La mezzanine dispose d'un second lit double. La pièce de vie et sa grande hauteur sous plafond est très agréable à vivre grâce à ses deux velux qui apportent un maximum de luminosité.

Postele boli všeobecne zlé, aj dcéry, ktoré spali hore na prístelku, mali problém. Jasné, že sme sa cez to vedeli preniesť, celé dni sme behali po okolí, nič sme nevarili, len sme sa chceli vyspať.

Nice apartment, clean quiet, excellent location. As everyone else has mentioned, the stairs are very steep, with different height steps, which can be considered a trip hazard. And the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are a little difficult to navigate, requiring you to stoop doubled over to get under the beam at the top. But once at the top, short people, like me (5'4") can stand. The shower is very small, also previously mentioned. But over all a nice apartment in a great location.

Benoit was a great host in a GREAT location. They went out of the way ahead of time to create a line of communication via what’s app and ensure we were aligned on logistics. I will say the place itself has a very small shower with a very low ceiling to the extent that showering was quite uncomfortable. The 4 flights of steep stairs are also no joke. The bedroom and living room views are amazing but the upstairs ceiling is super low for the 2nd bed. As I said, good host and great location / cost for what we paid. Just note these things if they are important to you when choosing a place to stay. 5 stars for the host, 4 stars for the place.

Clean and light apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. The washroom is clean and heated.
Negative:
Beds were too short. If you are 185cm and taller the beds are too short for you. It was uncomfortable to sleep with the legs dangling over or have them folded through the night.
Poor quality of bed linen (some kind of flimsy synthetic material), pillows were uncomfortable.
Sofa was broken, uncomfortable to sit on.
The ceiling at some places in the living room was too low. We had to walk around bent for not to bump into the ceiling. One of the bedrooms was an open attic, with far too low ceiling. The steps leading up to the attic are dangerous. Got my head bumped many times during the stay.
There i no lift in the building. The apartment was on the 5th floor.
The apartment was too expensive considering all these flaws.

The place is nicely decorated and great for parties with 4. We all know how hard it is to find hotels that can accommodate 4 in a room. It also has elevator which is nice when you have all your luggage. When we stayed in the old town, we have to go up and down 5 stories which was a pain. The place is a bit farther from the old town. This turns out to be a blessing since we rented a car. I was able to find street parking after returning from day trips from Nice. But it is still only a few mins walk to the beaches, so you are not missing that part of the itinerary.

We had a great stay in the heart of Nice’s old town. The apartment was exactly as described—charming, clean, and well-equipped. Being in the middle of the lively old town, we really appreciated the completely soundproof windows, which made it possible to rest well even with the buzz of the city just outside. Everything was easy and smooth, from check-in to check-out, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the local cafés, markets, and the beach. A great spot to experience Nice!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Benoit’s loft apartment! Benoit and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The location is perfect, with charming cafes and bars nearby, and the beach is just a short 5-minute walk away. We loved starting our mornings at the Hobbo Cafe located right downstairs.
The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed, including two air conditioning units, one in the living room and another upstairs. The air conditioning in the living room effectively cooled the entire space, making it comfortable during the summer heat. The bedrooms are reasonably sized for two people.
Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would highly recommend this place to others. As noted in previous reviews, the stairs can be a bit of a workout, but we didn’t mind at all!

The location is fantastic. You will hear people out and about on a Friday or Saturday night but that’s because you are close to everything. The first floor bedroom could use a fan for circulation. 5th story steps were no joke but the property manager was nice enough to help carry all our bags. The place was clean. We had an issue with a shower initially being backed up but I cleaned out the drain and it was a non-issue after. The ceiling in the loft is very, very short. We thought we would have our kids sleep up there but even though the ladder is stable I wasn’t comfortable having my 4 year old go up and down so she slept on the first floor.Overall it was a bit quirky but good and the manager was responsive. (They even came over to check the drain to see if it needed additional cleaning out.)

Overall this place was wonderful! The location was amazing and the space was comfortable and functional. I’m only giving 4 stars because the wifi wasn’t working well (which only really matters if you are trying to do work) and the water in the shower doesn’t stay hot for long! Both of those may not be specific to the unit but more for Nice in general.

So just be mindful if you have heavy suitcases. Sebastian checked us in and the process was easy. He even brought gifts from the owner, which was delightful. There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby and the sea is less than 10 minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location in old Nice. We were in walking distance to most tourist attractions. Place and clean and tidy. The only downside to this place is the stairs. You have to hike up 5 flights with tall risers. Also, have to get your own paper towels and Kleenex.

Apartment is new, kitchen is very well equipped and apartment is very well situated in city center. All is on walking distance, restaurant, ocean, museums, shops, parks everything. Amazing place that is at the heart of Nice. You have about everything in walkable distance and if it’s not, you have quick access to a train that can bring you there. Beautifully furnished and comfortable beds, it’s quite a great place if you are comfortable with the below:
- Parking is terrible, come by train if you can. There is no parking close to the apartment, as it’s in the old Nice.
- The wifi is really slow! You can do social media, but forget about video chats. I had to be on my cellphone network the whole time, which is not the point of renting an Airbnb with wifi.

We stayed here for a week and here are the pros and cons of this apartment.
Pros:
1. Great location in the heart of Nice old town and it's a 4elatively quiet street yet steps away from restaurants and shops and the beach is only 3 min walk.
2. The apartment is not big but very functionally designed. Everything has its purpose.
3. It's air-conditioned which is really nice in the heat of the summer. No AC in the bedroom but just need to keep the door open and the fan on and it was no issue.\
4. Cute welcome kit and there were 2 large bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived.
Cons:
1. The shower drains slowly (even after the management came to unclog it) and the shower ledge is too low to hold water so there is often water outside of the shower door. So we learned to take quick showers.
2. Weak internet at best. I would suggest you upgrade your international data plan during your stay here.
3. Walking up and down 4 story can be tricky with large luggage

The apartment is as described and as shown in the photos. One bedroom off of the kitchen / living and another mezzanine bedroom upstairs. The apartment is spacious for central Nice. Excellent location in Old Town and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The apartment appeared clean at first glance, clean surfaces, bedding, towels etc, but under the sofa and beds it was extremely dusty. The shower head in the bathroom was also full of limescale. The only cleaning products provided were a sponge and washing up liquid, it would be nice if a couple of bin bags, dishwasher tablets and surface spray was provided. It may be worth noting, air con is not in the downstairs bedroom so in order to keep the room cool you need to sleep with the door open onto the kitchen / living room. Finally the 4 flights of stairs are very steep, so beware if you have heavy luggage or struggle with stairs.

Die Wohnung stank ekelhaft nach Abfluss (Küche & Bad). Wir kontaktieren unseren Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Cristian). Der tat ganz überrascht. Trotz Lüften und Spülen ging der Geruch nicht weg. Uns wurden dann zunächst 200€, später 400€ Rückerstattung von Cristian nach Rücksprache mit dem Besitzer angeboten, hauptsache es würde keine Bewertung schlechter als 5 Sterne geben. Wir haben trotz Nachfrage bis heute kein Geld erhalten und Airbnb eingeschaltet. Finger weg von der Wohnung oder Nase zuhalten!
Die Wohnung liegt superzentral, Cristian war immer erreichbar und tat bemüht. Nachts Lüften ging nicht, da in der Altstadt halt viel los ist. Es war unsere erste Airbnb-Buchung und wir sind total enttäuscht.

Tolles Appartement mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch die Lage im Zentrum ist es bei offenem Fenster etwas lauter. Wenn man die Fenster schließt hört man aber nichts. Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Toll war auch die kleine Willkommenstüte mit Kleinigkeiten wie Tabs für den Geschirrspüler usw.
Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay here. We were able to check in really early which was a huge help. The apartment is spacious and had everything we need and the location was perfect. It’s at the top of the building - fourth floor - so be aware if you struggle with stairs but it was worth it for the view. We would happily return. Thank you!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Nice. It was just as it was described in the pictures, very clean, and great location which made it easy to walk everywhere in Nice. I would definitely recommend staying here with up to 4 guests it worked perfectly for us and we had a very nice and comfortable stay. Benoit and the check in contact were both very nice and helpful as well!

La mezzanine peut être difficile d’accès pour personnes grandes et/ou d’un certain âge. Pour notre ado ça n’a pas posé problème malgré sa taille.

Très bel appartement, confortable et idéalement situé. Seul petit bémol, on entend très bien les cloches de la cathédrale Sainte Réparate sonner à 8h le matin... Mais c'est le prix à payer pour voir son beau clocher de la fenêtre !

De Airbnb is gevestigd op een prachtige locatie midden in de oude stad van Nice. Binnen 5 minuten sta je op het strand en de pleintjes vol met restaurants. Ook is het openbaar vervoer in de buurt.
In het weekend - met name de nacht - is het wat rumoerig, maar dat is begrijpelijk middenin een stad. Het appartement is erg mooi en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Kortom, een heel fijn appartement!

Apparemment propre et fraîchement rénové. Est situé dans un quartier animé mais nous sommes à l’abri du bruit puisqu’il est au dernier étage. Les plafonds sont bas mais nous nous adaptons facilement. Climatisation fonctionne très bien.

Everything was great! The location was perfect and Sabrina, who greeted us was super nice. You should know though that the ceiling height was quite low in the bathroom and kitchen area. If you’re over 190 cm you probably won’t be able to stand up straight in these areas. I’m 180 and hit my head on ceiling beams a few times. But other than that it was a great experience, would recommend!
