## Neighborhood
Le quartier du Mont Boron est de loin le quartier le plus chic de Nice. Situé juste après le port, il permet d'être à l'écart de la foule et des bouchons pendant les périodes touristiques. C'est un peu la campagne dans la ville.
## Transit
Nous recommandons de louer une voiture pour mieux visiter la région. Il est très simple de la prendre et de la récupérer à l'aéroport et des places de stationnement sont disponibles dans la résidence. Néanmoins, il est aussi possible de se déplacer en transport en commun avec 3 lignes de bus qui ont leur arrêt au pied de l'immeuble.
## Notes
La piscine ne sera accessible qu'en saison estivale (les dates exactes ne peuvent pas être connues à l'avance mais son en général de mi juin à mi septembre). En dehors de ces périodes la piscine sera fermée.

Nous avons passé cette semaine à Nice dans un appartement de vacances absolument merveilleux. L’appartement était très confortable, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Sa localisation était idéale : proche de tout, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer qui nous a vraiment enchantés chaque jour.Le quartier est très agréable, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité où nous avons pu découvrir la cuisine locale. Il y a également un supermarché tout près, ce qui était très pratique pour le quotidien. Les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles, ce qui nous a permis de nous déplacer sans difficulté dans la ville et ses environs.Nous souhaitons aussi remercier tout particulièrement Sébastien, la personne qui nous a accueillis et remis les clés. Il a été extrêmement gentil, accueillant et professionnel. La communication avec lui a été parfaite du début à la fin. Il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer en détail et s’est toujours montré disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions.Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit cadeau qui diffusait le parfum de la Côte d’Azur dans l’appartement — une attention délicate qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial.Ce séjour a été une très belle expérience et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute avec grand plaisir !

Wir (Vater/erw. Sohn) nutzten die Unterkunft im Dezember, habe dort auch gefrühstückt und tgl. gekocht.
Sie hat ihren Zweck gut erfüllt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, es war ruhig, ein Supermarkt einen Steinwurf entfernt war für uns perfekt. Alles war sauber. Der Parkplatz vor dem Eingang war sehr angenehm.
Leider konnten wir infolge Wetterwechsels den vorhandenen Meereszugang nicht zum Schwimmen nutzen.
Die Ausstattung erwartungsgemäß mit den üblichen FeWo-Wundern: keine Garderobe, keine Haken in Bad und Küche, Dusch-Überschwemmung des Bads, Messer kinderfreundlich (man hat ja Taschenmesser dabei), der Türöffner am Tor zur Straße funktionierte nicht (war wohl ein grundsätzlicher Defekt, jedoch problemlos, da Zugang über das Tor möglich), leckendes Tiefkühlfach (?) im Kühlschrank.
Betriebsanleitungen für alle Geräte wäre auch ganz praktisch.
Für Winter war der Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Der Sommerpreis wird der Leistung eher nicht zu entsprechen.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Nice. The location is perfect — situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood while still being close enough to reach the city center and the beach easily. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was straightforward. We especially appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Nice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and tranquil stay.

My husband and I stayed for the last two weeks in October. The weather was still quite nice, but beginning to change. The view is simply outstanding and it was delight to wake up and have coffee on the patio watching the light change over the water. You can see for miles and miles. Also, it is lovely to see the lights of Nice in the evening. The balcony was our favorite spot. It is residential.
We used electric bikes and the buses to get around. It was very easy to visit the old City, Monoco, Villefranche-sur-mer,and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat by bus and to get to the train station for trips to Antibes and Grasse. There is a walk uphill when returning from the bus station, but very doable. (Everything in that area requires a climb)
The grounds of the apartment are maintained beautifully as is the pool.
The kitchen is sufficient for cooking meals and the hosts were readily available. Having the grocery store near by was a bonus as we cooked many meals,

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
The view was amazing — completely unobstructed, with a stunning sea view where we could enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The host was very responsive, and Sébastien warmly welcomed us upon arrival, helped us with our luggage, introduced the apartment in detail, and even prepared a lovely small gift for us.
A few minor downsides: there were no slippers provided, the indoor curtains were a bit old and slightly damaged, and sometimes when we returned in the evening, there was a bit of a sewer smell. The location is also a little far from the city center — after public transport stops running at night, taxis may take a longer route.
Overall, still a great experience — we truly enjoyed our stay here.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas maravillosas, la piscina es una preciosidad y siempre tuvimos tumbonas. La comunicación fue perfecta y respondieron rapidísimo a un par de consultas que tuvimos.
El supermercado al lado es un plus también.
En las fotos parece más grande de lo que es porque están hechas con gran angular aunque los tres estuvimos muy cómodos.
Volveríamos seguro.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. The view from the apartment was beautiful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony whilst enjoying the view and the swimming pool. The air conditioning was also very welcome! Very convenient location for access to the port and old town. Bus stop was just outside but was also walkable in under 30 minutes. Supermarket next door. Only minor issue was the shower leaking a bit, but nothing serious. Would definitely recommend and hope to return at some point in the future to soak up that view again!

This was on the higher end of our budget but felt it was completely worth it. Great pizza down the street with a grocery store next door was unbeatable. The neighborhood is safe with easy access in all directions with gates entry and parking. The pool was amazing and so was the view. Some people might be irritated with traffic noise below but we loved watching people and cars go by along with the boats. It was smaller than expected but wasn’t an issue. My son loved the twin bed with the view and the darkening shades were incredible. We slept well and enjoyed our three nights.

Stunning views from the flat, and modern/recently refurbished, great communication with the host. Location was super convenient as well, with a supermarket just downstairs as well. I cannot stress how beautiful the view from the balcony is, it's magical.
The only feedback I have to give is that some of the kitchenware required washing before using, and there was also a water issue where it got cut and in the morning dirty water was coming out for an hour, but thankfully this resolved itself. The apartment is also quite smaller than expected, but the pictures are definitely accurate.
Sébastien was great at communicating and you could count on him for anything needed.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Our stay at Benoit’s air bnb was wonderful! The view is incredible and we found it easy to walk down into town. The walk is all downhill, so keep in mind the walk back from town is all uphill. However, taking the bus was super easy. Instructions were clear and host was very accommodating and responsive.

I had a wonderful stay at Benoit’s place. We opted to not have a car and it worked out perfectly fine using public transportation as there was a bus stop just outside the apartment. The view is incredible and within walking distance to less busy beaches than the promenade downtown.

Tout était comme décrit 👍, la communication sur place et avec Benoît = parfait. La seul chose qui manquait, était de nous prévenir du bruit énorme sur la terrasse, qui venait de la rue très chargée. Presque impossible d'être sur la terrasse et se reposer.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans l'appartement de Benoit. Vue exceptionnelle sur Nice et la Méditerranée, l'appartement est idéalement placé pour les les cyclistes. Après chaque sortie vélo, la piscine était aussi la bienvenue. Merci enfin à Théa pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir rapidement !

Apartamento recentemente reformado e limpo. Thea e seu marido estavam sempre de prontidão para nos ajudar. Não tem como se arrepender: a vista da sacada é linda e sem ruídos, ideal para descansar e apreciar a paisagem.
O carrefour do lado do prédio é outro ponto positivo para quem busca cozinhar no apartamento.

Benoit did NOT oversell his property, it was really amazing to stay there and we enjoyed the fantastic view from the balcony every day. You`ll find every thing you need in the kitchen (a toaster, kettle etc., Nespresso machine, even wine glasses!) and it`s very well equipped. The appartement is furnished very nice and you feel the decoration there comes from a loving hand.
A supermarket is just around the corner and the bus stop approx. 300m away.
Everything was very clean and Théa was a fantastic, charming host and very helpful.
We`d definitely come back for a next visit. The Cote d`Azur mustn`t be mentioned, a lovely place to be and many things to see.

Wir haben zu zweit wunderbare Tage in Benoits Appartement verbracht. Der Ausblick ist der schönste, den man in Nizza haben kann und auch die Lage in dem edlen Stadtviertel Mont Bonon, mit den wunderschönen Villen, der Nähe zu Cap Ferrat und gleichzeitig dem Stadtzentrum von Nizza. Direkt unterhalb der Residence fahren verschiedene Buslinien in wenigen Minuten ins Stadtzentrum, aber auch bis nach Monaco und Menton. Wunderschön ist es aber auch zu Fuß, am Meer entlang zum Hafen und ins Zentrum zu laufen. Ideal ist auch der Supermarkt direkt neben dem Gebäude. Thea die Verwalterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat sich um alles perfekt gekümmert. Merci beaucoup Thea e Benoit! On reviendra bientot Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder!

Die Wohnung verspricht einiges - und Sie hält noch viel mehr bereit. Der Schnitt ist top, die Ausstattung neu und der Blick - unbezahlbar. Wir haben 1 Monat hier verbracht - gern wären wir noch länger geblieben...Es ist alles vorhanden was für einen schönen Aufenthalt von Nöten ist. Zudem ist mit Thea eine superliebe und charmante Ansprechpartnerin jederzeit vor Ort. Unser kleiner Sohn hat Sie gleich ins Herz geschlossen. Das hat den Aufenthalt gleich nochmals viel charmanter gemacht.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut gigantisch. Der unverbaubare Blick aufs Meer - gern hätten wir diesen Ausblick jeden Tag. Das wir 1 Monat noch bestes Wetter hatten, umso besser. Es sind ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt und ein Supermarkt (Carrefour) ist 50 Meter entfernt. Dazu der Pool im Garten. Alles in Allem -> 100 von 100 Punkten

Perfect in every way. We stayed in Benoit's apartment for 5 nights and loved Nice, the surrounding area and the apartment. The view is spectacular and the apartment is clean, modern and has great wifi/cable tv.
I would highly recommend the apartment for a base to explore the area.
Benoit and Thea were fantastic hosts.
We will return.

The flat is definitely worth the price! What you see in photos are what you see in person. Clean room, quiet environment, fantastic balcony just facing the sea. Tools in kitchen were well prepared, although we didn't use it. Transportation is convenient with a bus stop within five minutes' walking distance. There is also a supermarket near the place, just pay attention to its closing time. Benoit left sweet presents which we really like. The door was a bit difficult to open, but once you know the trick it can be really easy. Here we want to thank again for Sebastien's quick response when we were locked out of the door in midnight. He also provided very clear guidance for our first day's self-check-in. In all, the experience in Nice and this flat was perfect and we'd like to come back one day:)

Absolut perfekte Superwohnung, sehr modern und neu gestaltet. Der Balkon mit der sensationellen Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Auch wenn die naheliegende Strasse etwas laut ist (beschleunigende Motorräder) überwiegt die Traumsicht und blendet den Lärm aus. Haben zwei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
