Upon arrival, we were welcomed by our host Sébastien, who showed us around and explained everything clearly. The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything. Whenever we had any questions during our stay, Sébastien responded quickly and took care of everything right away.

The only issue we encountered was regarding a sofa. We received a message with a photo claiming it was damaged by us, but it was actually already in that condition when we arrived. We simply didn’t realize it needed to be reported.

Our recommendation for future guests is to take photos and share anything you notice right away with the host, even if it seems minor, to avoid any misunderstandings.

Overall, everything else was great. We’re very thankful to Sébastien and Bruno — we had a wonderful stay, the place is beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

We had a wonderful stay in Nice! The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the train and perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Despite being in such a central area, the unit was easily accessible with minimal stairs, which was a huge plus.
The space itself was super clean, beautifully updated, and full of character. It truly felt like an authentic Nice experience while still offering all the modern comforts. Having all the amenities we needed made our stay incredibly convenient and relaxing.
We also loved being steps away from so many great shops and restaurants—there was always something new to discover right outside the door. Sebastian was extremely friendly and communicative- we had a slight hiccup when we arrived and he walked us through it quickly and efficiently.
Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Nice!

Really amazing stay, would 100% recommend for everyone.
The location is incredibly central, which made everything super easy, we had no need for tram/bus because of how close things were. The apartment itself was spotless and very well maintained, you can tell the host really cares about the place.
What stood out the most was the host. Communication was quick and smooth the whole time, and the personal check-in made a big difference. He didn’t just hand over the keys, he took the time to give us tips and recommendations like a local, which honestly made the experience even better.
Overall, everything was seamless and exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Had the best time at this stay, absolutely incredible location in the heart of the Old Town. Bruno was very flexible with check in time and made it super easy to check in/out. Also very responsive, answered within minutes! Apartment is even more beautiful in person, very spacious, big windows, great kitchen and amenities etc. 5 min walk to beach. Truly amazing could have stayed there for weeks!

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian and Bruno’s apartment. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and Sebastian was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. They were kind enough to let us check-in earlier than the specified time.

The location was absolutely perfect - within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and cafes. It can be a little lively at night, as the apartment is situated directly above a club but the windows are great at soundproofing so this didn’t disturb our sleep.

The air conditioning was also amazing and kept the place cool. Overall, it was the perfect base for the three of us, and we’d definitely stay again!

Positive:
The apartment is newly renovated and in very good condition. It has everything you need, and it’s close to the sea. The sound insulation is excellent, and the place was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The host was very understanding and allowed us to check in earlier than the official check-in time. The neighborhood itself is quite lively, but with the windows closed you don’t hear anything. Personally, I even liked that with the windows open you can really feel the atmosphere of France.

Negative:
However, on the third day of our stay, the hot water stopped working. We informed the host, and every day he said it would be fixed the next day, but unfortunately, for the remaining four days it never came back. My advice would be to discuss the hot water situation in advance.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, genau wie beschrieben. Direkt in der Altstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Neben der Unterkunft hat es einen Cub, weshalb es in der Nacht und bis in die frühen Morgenstunden etwas lauter werden kann, dafür ist mn mitten im Geschehen.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Nice! The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the waterfront, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was very spacious with great amenities, making it feel like a home away from home.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and resourceful, offering great tips and recommendations to make the most of our time in Nice. The only small downside was a bit of a moisture-related smell in the washroom, but it was easily managed by keeping the doors open for ventilation. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again!

First the positives - the apartment is light, clean and located right in the heart of Nice's old ...

First the positives - the apartment is light, clean and located right in the heart of Nice's old town. The lettings agent Sebastien came to meet us, let us gain access a little earlier than usual, and was very responsive, helpful and informative.
But then the negatives - when we arrived there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom and there is clearly a problem with the drains which needs to be dealt with. Sebastien kindly gave us a strong air freshener to mask the smell and it eventually got better. Also, the bathroom is at the back of the apartment with no natural light or ventilation so it gets quite hot.
So, all in all, a mixed experience - that said, it was OK for a stay of a few days.

Muy buen apartamento en un Barrio conocido como “Old Nice” (La vieja Niza). El acceso es por escaleras, solamente debes de subir un piso. El barrio es muy bonito, tiene varias locaciones turísticas a menos de 5 - 10 min caminando. Los anfitriones muy atentos y serviciales. Fácil comunicación y todo muy bien explicado.

Parasta huoneistossa oli sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa, lähellä kaikkea kiinnostavaa. Kuitenkin huoneisto sopisi parhaiten 2 henkilölle, ei kolmelle aikuiselle, vuodesohva ei mukava. Huoneisto ei sovi myöskään herkkäuniselle, sillä lähes kaikkina öinä (viikon aikana) alakerran disko/trancemusiikki kuuluu huoneeseen, alkaa kello 12 yöllä kestää aamuun asti, musiikki ei vain kuulu vaan tuntuu kehossa, koska jytke on suurta. Myös ikkunaa ja näkymää kaipasin, koska näkymä on kadulle/seinään ja siten korkealla ettei oikeastaan näy mihinkään. Mutta kaikki toimi hyvin, Sebastien vastasi nopeasti, tosin alussa oli väärinkäsitys tulopäivästämme hänellä, mutta kaikki meni ok, vaikka tulimme yöllä. Huoneistossa saisi olla joku opaskirja lähiympäristöön, roskien vientiin ym, eli sitä suosittelen huoneiston omistajille ja sellainen yleensä muista huoneistoista löytyy. Kuitenkin viikoksi mahtava majoitus, koska ravintolat, kaupat ja kaikki ihan lähellä. Nizza on kaunis kaupunki!

We had an amazing stay at Bruno and Sebastien's place!!! We booked it three days before and were immediately welcomed with helpful information and friendliness. On the actual day, check-in was a breeze. Bruno and Sebastien were super accommodating and moved up our check-in time since we landed very early in the morning. The location was amazing- close to countless restaurants and maybe 15 minutes to the beach. One thing to note is it's located on a main street, so it was a little loud at times, but nothing too annoying (they even provide earplugs!). Overall, I highly recommend everyone stay at this Airbnb. It was just perfect for me and my two friends.

When we got to the property after requesting early check in as we didn’t know check in was at 5pm! Which is ridiculous if you expect us to check out at 11am. Kindly, Sebastian confirmed we could check in at 3, when we got there we were informed that the key was stolen from the checkout location as the previous guests had not left. After 15-20 mins, we finally got into the property, the floors were filthy, a cleaner did come to clean it up afterwards however. The check in experience was not smooth.

The bathroom after a few days developed a stale smell as there were no windows, works/ Renovations were being done in the entry way of the property which resulted in a lot of our clothes being stained by paint, this would have been useful information to provide prior to check in, a lot of noise from the renovation also.

It would have also also been nice to be given spare towels atleast to freshen up after a few days. I would say the apartment is suitable for 2 people but not more

Great accommodation centrally located in Nice. Sébastien met us and showed us through the apartment and talked us through how to use everything and check-out, this worked well. The apartment is close to amazing restaurants, bars, promenade and public transport. Modern decor and amenities. Very clean. Good communication with Sébastien. As the location is very lively of a night, you can hear noises from the street, this wasn’t an issues for us but may be for some. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The space and decor were really nice. The bathroom and shower were great. Everything was very clean. Great kitchen space. All bedding felt clean and nice. The air conditioning worked fantastic. Very convenient location in the Old Nice district. I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

I arrived at Nice at 10pm due to traffic and looked for parking on check-in day. Seb is still waiting for me and have a quick briefing about the room and the neighborhood.

The location is great for travelers, as it is only a 3-5 minute walk to the outdoor market, beach, and the tram. There are convenient stores and bars that stay open late, so there's no problem if you need any snacks or drinks when you return to the flat late. Overall, it was a great stay in Nice.

The only thing is that the apartment was a little bit humid, so you might need to keep the windows open to keep the room refreshed and dry.

De plus, il est situé au dessus d’une boîte de nuit… EXTRÊMEMENT bruyant la nuit, le moindre son et bruit passent à travers les fenêtres. Pas le top lorsqu’on a un semi marathon le lendemain.

Stunning location in the heart of old Nice. The apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photos, very clean. easy to find and Bruno was very friendly.

Abundance of bars and restaurants, food was amazing. All of these within a stones throw.

The beach was about a 5 minute walk away, tram stations just around the corner and about a ten minute walk to the hill looking over Nice. We had no issues getting where we needed to go.

Excellent location and beautiful renovated apartment, on the first floor of a secured building, with new kitchen and bath. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the coffee capsules. The only thing missing in the kitchen were kitchen towels or paper towels, but otherwise it was perfect.

Unfortunately we had an really unpleasant stay. But let me start with the positive:
The location is right in the Center, which is quite Convenient.
The Apartment has pretty much everything you need.
Now the negatives:
1. There’s a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, which spreads in the whole apartment - handyman tried to fix it, which was impossible.
2. There’s a Club right under the Apartment (open FR-MO from 4AM-11AM), the noise kept us up pretty much all night.
3. Also notice that there’s a lot of trouble in front of the house, because of the drunk people from the Club - we had an unpleasant encounter with a drug dealer.
4. Some of the furniture needs repairing (Wardrobe-Door was only held up by a Chair leaning against it).

We wouldn’t come back to that place. But Nice is definitely worth a trip. :)

A truly wonderful and well decorated apartment, located perfectly in the center of old town Nice, only a few minutes walk away from the beach, market and small shops. The apartment is also conveniently surrounded by restaurants. The apartment had anything we needed, Bruno was responsive and very friendly. Overall a great stay, we sure hope to return someday!

Bel appartement bien rénové et très bien situé dans le vieux Nice, proche des rues commerçantes, monuments, et de la promenade des anglais... petit inconvénient est le bruit la nuit mais cela est stipulé dans l'annonce du fait que le logement se trouve dans les petites ruelles animées et manque un rangement dédié aux hôtes pour pouvoir défaire sa valise. super séjour !

L'appartamento è nel centro della città vecchia, posizione ottima. Per chi raggiunge Nizza in auto, è molto comodo il parcheggio a pagamento palais de Justice (5 minuti a piedi). Essendo in pieno centro storico, durante il weekend c'è un pò di rumore e musica. Le pulizie potrebbero essere fatte con maggior attenzione ma nel complesso sono contento del soggiorno. Check in e check out ok! A bientot
