Ce superbe appartement de 60m² peut recevoir jusqu'à 6 personnes.
Il est composé de 2 chambres ayant chacune la possibilité de choisir (sur demande) 1 lit double ou 2 lits simples. Une des chambres dispose de sa salle de bain en suite (douche italienne, wc, sèche cheveux). 2e salle de bains privative disposant également d’une douche italienne, avec wc séparés.
Il dispose d'une cuisine américaine entièrement équipée (frigidaire et congélateur, micro ondes, machine espresso, bouilloire, lave linge et sèche linge, lave vaisselle) qui ouvre sur une pièce à vivre vaste et lumineuse, et qui dispose d'un canapé convertible haut de gamme pour un excellent sommeil.

Well located & great OLAM team
The property is conveniently located for the local attractions (bars, restaurants, station, beach) and the market, albeit that means it can be noisy at times.
Two toilets, two showers, two bedrooms, a modern kitchen was great for the family.
I will highlight the great team at Olam, who took exceptionally great care of us and my thanks goes to them.

The apartment was lovely however the bar stayed open until 2am so was very noisy and then the market opened at 5am - so not ideal.

Apartment is amazing. It was the best apartment in all the 2 weeks trip we did in the south of France. Extremly confortable with 2 rooms, 2 WC's, 1 fully equiped kitchen, washing and drying machines, recently renovated and very well decorated.
Location is also great. It's in front of the train station and in the area full of restaurants and entertainment. It also has several supermarkets and stores around. It also has a market every morning in front of the apartment. You can literally walk everywhere in Nice from the apartment.
Negative:
I liked everything. Maybe the price is a little bit high for a longer stay.

Very very bad.
The apartment is not in a good shape.There are many things are broken. The door in the shower is broken, as the door in the bathroom.The drain was stuck and it was difficult to take a shower because it was always full of water.The apartment wasn’t so clean and it was full of small ants.My son went to the toilet, locked the door and couldn’t open the door because the lock stuck. The owner of course came, opened the door but after one week of our departure asked lot’s of money for the compensation.He is trying to solve his problems for the costs of the tourists.At the end, I forgot my new t-shirt and the owner refused to give me it back.I recommend to AVOID this place.Very BAD experience!!!

Also, we had to buy spoons, knives, forks, dishes, Kleenex etc.. don’t expect that you are walking into a hotel. The pictures were token with a good photographer! This flat is ideally located, only a 3 minute walk to the seafront and a 1 minute walk to the main shopping street. Cannes is a city that never sleeps so it is noisy during the day and through the night. The market which is right outside starts setting up at 6 am and the midnight revellers keep going to the early hours of the morning. To be honest once we shut the windows this background noise didn't stop us from sleeping. The flat itself is not as nice as the pictures depicit. Although a thorough clean and probably 1/2 hour of handymans time would probably fix the majority of the problems. The kitchen is under equipped, only 2 wine glasses, no chopping boards and only the bare basics and draws full of various broken bits and pieces plus the fridge freezer external door was no attached so it felt a bit scrappy and unloved. If I was the owner of this flat I would be questioning whether the agent that is looking after this flat is doing it justice. The bathrooms are fine although there was a terrible smell emitting from the shower drain in the ensuite bathroom and the toilet roll / toilet brush holders in both bathrooms require a good clean or replacing. The building and entrance and stairs and exterior shutters are rather dilapidated and could do with some care and attention. Best thing about this flat is the location and the air conditioning which worked really well and kept us lovely and cool. I don't normally write such a critical review but if I owned this flat I would want to turn things around.

The location is very good. It is near to the train station. You have a market, stores, bakeries und many restaurants very near by. So you can eat at the apartment or outside in the restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach. The apartment was nice and useful for us (4 persons). The contact with Céline was very nice. Thank you that we had again a nice stay in Cannes.

The apartment is in a great location. Across the street from a small open air fruit/vegetable and mini flea market that is open every day of the week. A small Carrefour grocery store is 1/2 a block away and a pharmacy is across the street. The beach is 4 short blocks away with stores and cafes/restaurants along the way.
The Inside of the apartment is wonderful, bigger than pictured and very bright. The 2 separate bathrooms is great and two of the best features are the washer and dryer and A/C throughout the apartment.

Céline's apartment is secure, clean and very well located for exploring Cannes. My friends and I were met by Céline's husband Mike at check-in after we requested an irregular check-in time. This was done smoothly with excellent communication and at no extra cost to us which was very much appreciated. We would certainly try to stay here again if we visit Cannes in future.

A noter qu’il faut prévoir quelques provisions pour l’arrivée car l’appartement en est dépourvu MAIS, il y a de quoi faire avec les boutiques des alentours qui ferment tard et ouvrent tôt.

Our stay at Céline’s place was amazing! It was located directly next to the market which had a great, daily selection of produce and merchandise. Tons of restaurants within 100m and the public beach was a 5 minutes walk. The apartment it’s self was also outstanding with an AC that worked very well!

Céline’s flat was superb! We were met by Mike her husband who gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. We booked very last minute as we were let down by alternative accommodation and thank goodness as Céline’s flat was 100% fantastic. The apartment is in a great location and only a few minutes walk to the sea front and Croisette. It is very modern and is beautifully furnished with great facilities and air conditioning. Communication with Céline was excellent and she gave us some lovely tips too! Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to stay with you again soon!

Nos hospedamos en un Apartamento para 5 personas , muy cómodo y espacioso. ubicación perfecta , está en un segundo piso por escalera , pero amplias y cómodas , nada malo para decir. Feria enfrente, averigüen porque en determinado horario es gratuito si encontras lugar. Tres estacionamientos pagos por la zona. Ideal para salir a caminar por la calle Gambetta hasta la costanera / playa, o para sentarte en un de los bares de los alrededores. Ruidoso si estás con las ventanas abiertas , pero súper silencioso si mantenes las misnas cerradas. Tiene aire acondicionado. Celine muy atenta, nos respondió por mensaje con mucha celeridad ante cada consulta efectuada . Volvería !!

The beds were comfortable, there were ample towels, the washer and dryer were great, and the showers were amazing. Everything was as pictured- very modern and spacious.
The location is perfect. If you are very light sleepers who aren’t going to take advantage of the nightlife, the noise may bother you on Friday - Sunday nights, so be prepared for that. It was fine for us though.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

We were two professionals sharing the place for a conference. The two separate and complete bedrooms and bathrooms made that really work well. Nice bathrooms, beds, kitchen and linens.
