En 25 min de marche, vous rejoindrez la Promenade des Anglais et ses monuments emblématiques.

Disadvantages
- Deposit: The apartment is managed through the agency Swikly, which requires you to process the deposit before arrival. A deposit itself is fine, but they also charged a "special" fee of €11.50 in connection with the deposit.
- Communication with host: We agreed with the host that the apartment keys would be in the key box before our arrival at 5 p.m. However, the keys were not there, and we had to wait about 30 minutes for the host to bring them to the apartment.
- Broken AC / Buzzing noise: The apartment has only one AC unit, located in one bedroom. The AC itself works fine, but there is a device connected to the apartment on the terrace (a black box) that makes a buzzing noise every two minutes, which completely disrupted our stay. We asked to have it fixed upon arrival, but the issue was never resolved during our entire trip — so every two minutes we heard the buzzing noise from the black box on the terrace.
- Only one set of keys: I asked several times for an additional set of keys, but was told they only had one set available.
- Equipment: The kitchen is equipped, but some items are in poor condition — for example, the pans are very old and burnt, which makes them unhealthy to cook with.
- Parking: There is a gate to the parking area that is very difficult to open and close.
