Magnifique appartement entièrement rénové niché le long de la rive est de la Garonne, près de la célèbre Place Stalingrad.
Faites comme chez vous dans cet appartement confortable et accueillant, joliment décoré et disposant d'un magnifique mur en pierres apparentes.
Dans une ambiance urbaine et conviviale, l'appartement est organisé autour d'un salon lumineux avec une cuisine entièrement équipée avec machine à café filtre, un canapé et un fauteuil.
2 chambres confortables avec un lit double de 140 cm et 2 lits simples avec rangements.
La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un porte-serviettes chauffant, ainsi que de toilettes séparées.
Situé au 1er étage, sans ascenseur, entrez dans le salon par 3 petites marches et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur les toits de Bordeaux.

Depuis la gare Saint Jean
Prenez le tram C ou D depuis la gare Saint Jean jusqu'à la station Porte de Bourgogne, puis traversez le pont à pied (12 minutes) ou prenez le tram A jusqu'à la station Stalingrad.
Pour garer votre voiture, le stationnement dans la rue est gratuit uniquement entre 19h et 9h et les dimanches et jours fériés.
L'appartement ne dispose pas de parking, le parking public le plus proche est "Parking Indigo Bordeaux Bastide".

Apartamento reformado, luminoso, camas cómodas. Bien ubicado: accesible en coche, aparcamiento de pago cerca y zona azul en los alrededores, solo cruzar el puente 10 minutos andando ya estás en el centro, parada de tranvía casi enfrente de la puerta. Supermercado a 5 minutos.

La limpieza debería mejorarse, es una pena que un apartamento tan bonito tenga fallos en la limpieza (horno muy sucio, algunas telarañas, ....) así como el olor al entrar en el vestíbulo del edificio.

Points à améliorer : le rideau de l'une des chambres était coincé, nous avons donc passé deux jours sans aération ni lumière naturelle dans cette pièce. Le fait de devoir effectuer le paiement d'un caution en dehors de la plateforme Airbnb n'était pas non plus ce à quoi je m'attendais, et lorsque j'en ai parlé, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de l'agence, seulement du service client d'Airbnb qui m'a dit que ce n'était pas recommandé mais que je pouvais le faire.
Le logement est bien situé, 10mins à pied de l'hypercentre et conforme au photos, je recommande.

Le logement se trouve dans le quartier Bastide, près de Stalingrad. Le tram passe devant l'immeuble, même si nous avons tout fait à pied. Un bon resto asiatique en dessous, d'autres commerces dans le quartier. Un pub au RDC, mais honnêtement, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit, un peu de musique jusqu'à 23h, mais cela est resté raisonnable en terme de nuisances.
Bonne literie et bon équipement de la cuisine.

À part ça, un logement bien situé et dans un budget raisonnable afin de visiter Bordeaux sur trois ou quatre jours.
Pour le stationnement, prévoir une réservation au parking Indigo Belvédère, à 10 mn à pied.

Nous avons facilement trouvé à nous garer a proximité. La communication avec le service de conciergerie était fluide.
Toutefois, le logement est situé au dessus du Red Lion (bar). Le samedi soir, il y a eu de la musique particulièrement forte qui a duré jusqu’au petit matin. Il a été très compliqué de dormir.

The accommodation is managed by a travel agency, and the communication with their representative via WhatsApp was smooth. The key handover went without any problems.

The apartment was exactly as described, and based on previous reviews I was prepared for the fact that there is a bar underneath, open until late at night. I am a light sleeper, so I could hear the noise, but I had earplugs ready. The smell and the garbage container in the entrance hall and on the stairs were unpleasant. The cleanliness was good, though not excellent (some cobwebs and dust on the carpet, but nothing extreme). I would also have appreciated shower gel being provided.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt auf der rechten Fluss-Seite und ist geräumig, charmant und klimatisiert. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Wie andere Gäste bereits geschrieben haben, liegt sie über einem Pub. Am Samstagabend haben wir Musik von unten gehört, am Sonntagabend nicht - uns hat eher der Geruch der überquellenden Mülltonne im Treppenhaus irritiert. Und wie ebenfalls ein anderer Gast geschrieben hat: Gebucht war eine Wohnung direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Dass die Verbindung wegen Bauarbeiten auf der Brücke unterbrochen war, dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts - aber es wäre schön gewesen, wenn darauf hingewiesen worden wäre (ebenso auf die defekte Spülmaschine).

Nous avons aussi apprécié l’appartement, moderne et bien rénové. La climatisation a vraiment été la bienvenue.
Le seul point un peu moins positif est le bruit la nuit, venant du bar en dessous de l’appartement. Avec les enfants, ce n’était pas toujours évident. Vendredi matin, nous avons aussi été réveillés très tôt par le brasseur qui venait chercher et remplacer les fûts, ce qui a fait pas mal de bruit.
Ce serait utile de préciser dans l’annonce que l’appartement se situe au-dessus d’un bar animé.
Mais encore une fois, c’est un bel appartement agréable et frais, où nous étions contents de rentrer le soir.

L’appartement est très confortable.
Le café situé au rez-de-chaussée ne nous a pas dérangé mais on l’entend malgré tout jusque minuit.

La concierge du logement est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons passé 3 jours impeccables sur Bordeaux. Grand pour 4 personnes avec de l’espace tout de même. Une grande table haute pour les repas. Accessible en voiture payant avant 19h car proche des quais à 5min à pied de la Garonne.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location is convenient for visiting the city and exploring the local wine regions. As mentioned, the apartment is above a small bar however we were not disturbed during the night and had the pleasure of enjoying the live jazz band playing there one afternoon. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We would happily stay at this apartment again on any return visits to Bordeaux.

Schönes und modernes Apartment, in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Etwas hellhörig, wie bereits vorab schon beschrieben. Bei unserer Ankunft fehlten Müllbeutel und das zur Verfügung gestellte Shampoo und Duschgel waren leer. Nachdem wir dies zunächst direkt der Concierge und später erneut über airbnb mitgeteilt hatten, wurde beides dann am zweiten Tag nach dem Check-In gebracht.

The place matches exactly like the pictures and the location was actually walking distance to tram and across city center. The apartment was fully equipped, nicely furnished, cleaned and well maintained.
The only thing I didn’t like was the bar directly below the apartment which was quite noisy till 2am sometimes and makes it hard to sleep. If the apartment was completely soundproof, I will definitely come back here. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, worth the value.

Did enjoy the stay overall. Beds were SO comfy and directly next to the tram station as well as simple access to downtown on foot across the river. Unfortunately had some trouble communicating with the third party company who is responsible for check-in. We did not fill out the link for a check in time because the link sent to us was inaccessible, meaning check in time was communicated via what’s app and there seemed to be confusion. However, the stay is well worth what you pay. Guaranteed a great night’s sleep and a perfect place to spend a long weekend in Bordeaux.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement joliment décoré et bien situé car très proche du tramway. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très bien équipé.
2 petits bémols pour nous : l'entrée dans l'immeuble n'est pas très agréable (poubelle dans le hall, ça sent mauvais...) et même si l'appartement est bien insonorisé, on entend bien le bar situé en bas de l'immeuble dans la chambre avec le lit double (on a assisté à la soirée jazz depuis notre lit le premier soir... puis la soirée karaoké le second soir...). En semaine, ça doit être plus calme mais vendredi/samedi, un peu gênant.
Facile de se garer mais c'est payant et assez cher.
Malgré tout on garde un très bon souvenir de notre séjour car l'appartement est très chouette !

Ha habido un problema con la conexión wifi. El primer día solicitamos que lo revisaran y la conserje nos indicó que avisaría a la agencia. Sin embargo no hemos recibido más explicaciones ni se ha solucionado el problema durante los 5 días de estancia. Por este motivo hemos estado sin wifi ni tv.
Por otra parte hay que señalar que el apartamento está directamente sobre un pub que abre hasta las 0:00 o 0:30 h. Aunque la insonorización es buena la música se oye un poco.

I can honestly say this was such a lovely place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main city.
Yes there’s a pub downstairs- but I wouldn’t book this place for a relaxing weekend away…it’s handy with a short walk or even quicker tram ride into town. Plenty of local places for a morning stroll coffee and croissant. The apartment was spotless and recently renovated with comfortable beds. 100% value for money! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Direkt unter dem Apartment sitzen die Gäste des Pub bis weit nach Mitternacht auf der Strasse und sind laut,
ebenso fährt die Tram direkt vor der Tür, so dass man eigentlich nicht mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann.
Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir informiert, dass wir VOR der Anreise eine Kaution in Höhe von Euro 250,- zahlen müssen -
diese Bedingung wurde im der Buchung vorher niemals erwähnt !
Wir erhielten einen Link, um die Kaution zu zahlen erst unmittelbar vor der Schlüsselübergabe.
Zur Schlüsselübergabe, die wir erst nochmals telefonisch anfordern mussten, kam jemand mit leichter Verspätung.
Zur Übergabe ( das check in war 14 uhr statt 16 Uhr) war das Apartment noch NICHT wieder gereinigt, so dass wir uns einige Stunden auswärts aufhalten mussten.
Das Bett im Doppelzimmer ist nur 140 cm breit- zu schmal für ein Doppelbett.

Good apartment but beware of extra fees!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and just like the pictures. It was in a great location, a couple of minutes walk to a tram stop and 15 minutes walk into the centre. It's above a bar and there's some music noise until late in the evening, but not enough to disturb us too much and our baby slept through it. Well equipped, comfy beds and good amount of space.

We were charged an additional €15 euros for a travel cot and €15 euros for checking in 'late' - beware, the late check in fee increases by €5 for every 15 mins after 8.30pm. We were met by a friendly concierge, but all she did was tell us to leave the key in a key box when we checked out so the late check in fee seemed like a money making scheme really - we could have just let ourselves in with the key box. Beware of the late check out fee too - €1.50 for every one minute (!!) past 10am.

Bad place for travellers with delay

The flat is newly renovated and clean in a good location.

There is a pub on the ground floor. It was loud and noisy until 2.00 a.m. almost every night.
The host didn't write exactly on booking.com that if we have a delay we have to pay more than 10 eur extra/ hour! This was not fair as our flight was delayed so much that we had to take another one. So we missed the connection. But we wrote this immediately to our host, so they didn't have to wait there for hours. And we payed the delay cost too. BUT the second flight was also delayed so they wanted even more extra money for it! That was disgusting, unpolite and unfair. Not an European behavior! The lady was waiting for us in front of the flat and she was shouting with us after such a long journey at the middle of the night! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANY FUTURE GUESTS! TAKE CARE WHEN YOU ARE DELAYED AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ARRIVE IN TIME! IT WOULD COST A LOT OF MONEY!

L’appartement est bien décoré,très bien réhabilité, bien équipé, propre et idéalement placé pour visiter Bordeaux. Correspond parfaitement aux photos.

Il y a un gros problème de nuisances par rapport au pub situé en dessous du logement, bruit et musique jusqu’à minuit et plus. La télévision n’était pas raccordée, nous avons signalé ces problèmes à l’agence, elle ne nous a apporté ni solution, ni dédommagement. C’est dommage, l’appartement est superbe.

Lovely, new apartment, very comfortable, effective aircon, beautiful kitchen and shower room and appreciated the nice soap and dishwashing tablets provided. Bedding and towels included and plenty of hanging and drawer space. Good value for money. Can reach centre in around 20-25 mins walking but very close to tram and boat stop. Above pub but quiet with the windows closed. Just like the photos.

Would have been nice to have some info about the area from the lady who greeted us. She was very quick to show us the flat. It wasn't possible to leave bags anywhere after checkout so we had to use a luggage storage facility on the final day. There is sometimes an unpleasant cooking smell which comes from the pub below from the extractor even when windows are closed.

Fabulosa estancia familiar en Burdeos

Fuimos mi marido y yo con nuestras dos hijas. El alojamiento es muy confortable, amplio, limpio, luminoso y moderno. Un punto a favor es contar con dos dormitorios independientes y dos camas individuales para mis hijas. Han dormido muy cómodas. La ubicación es maravillosa, tienes el Pont de Pierre al lado para cruzar al centro y el paseo es maravilloso. Al atardecer una delicia. Alrededor del alojamiento hay todo tipo de establecimientos como supermercados, farmacias, burguers, pizzerías, cafés, bistrots y panaderías, para comprar croissants y desayunar en el alojamiento.

L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla fermata della linea del tram che in pochi minuti attraversa la Garrona e ti porta in centro, raggiungibile tranquillamente anche a piedi in una decina di minuti. Presenta due stanze da letto, una zona giorno con cucina nuova e super accessoriata e un bagno con doccia molto ampia. Tutte le stanze hanno il climatizzatore. Le foto rispecchiano pienamente la bellezza dell'appartamento

L'appartamento si trova sopra un PUB (non è particolarmente rumoroso) ma è giusto saperlo. Nell'androne delle scale viene depositata l'immondizia che crea un odore poco piacevole. Sarebbe utile fornire l'appartamento di un locker esterno per permettere l'ingresso anche in orario notturno.

We had cambodian food at restaurant downstairs sittning outside. Very nice and serviceminded staff . There was also a nice bakery close.

Zeer proper, ruim appartement op wandelafstand van het centrum

Fanny was op het afgesproken uur ter plaatse om ons binnen te laten en ons de sleutels en uitleg te bezorgen. Parking (betalend) is vlakbij en ook diverse winkels zijn niet ver uit de buurt. Het centrum is op wandel afstand (de brug oversteken). Onder het appartement is een bar, maar daar heb je absoluut geen last van. Alles super proper en heel smaakvol ingericht! Ideaal voor 4 personen.

La ubicación. Estaba muy limpio y muy bien insonorizado, teniendo en cuenta que debajo del apartamento había un pub. No se escuchaba nada. Muy cerca del centro. Restaurantes y comercios en la calle y alrededores. Cocina bien equipada. Camas cómodas.

El acogimiento. Por llegar una hora más tarde para el check-in (habiéndolo concertado) nos han cobrado 30 €. La chica que nos trajo las llaves no estuvo ni 5 minutos allí. Estaba loca por irse. No nos comentó nada del barrio ni de la ciudad. Vimos varios coches con ventanas rotas en las calles aledañas. El apartamento lo gestiona una empresa, no te recibe el propietario.

El centro esta al cruzar el puente. Totalmente renovado y muy confortable. Con todos los servicios alrededor.

Nicely renovated and comfortable apartment within a short walk into Bordeaux centre. Please note however that it is on the first floor above a bar/restaurant which had music until 13.30 (Fri) and 12.30 (Sat). The lockbox is not for entry, and 'congiere' meet up was difficult and was changed at last minute to earliest time of 17.15. It seems we were the first Airbnb guests, and host needs to sort out efficient check-in. We had to contact the agent and concierge ourselves.
