Situé au 1ᵉʳ étage d’un immeuble sans ascenseur, le logement comprend :

## Emplacement
Le 12e arrondissement de Paris est l'un de ses plus grands arrondissements avant même de considérer l'immense Bois de Vincennes qui lui est rattaché. En dehors des quartiers voisins de Bastille, Gare de Lyon et Bercy, le 12e arrondissement est situé en banlieue. La Coulée Verte, ou passerelle située près de la Place de la Bastille, au carrefour des rues de Lyon et de Charenton, s'étend au Périphérique, en suivant une ancienne voie ferrée qui transporte des marchandises jusqu'au Port d'Arsenal.

Small flat in an excellent location
Positive:
The location is excellent, near Bastille with 3 metro lines, and another metro station in front of the house with a fourth metro line. On top of that, a bus stopping in front of the house takes you all the way along most of Paris attractions, you can use it as a sightseeing bus. Le Marais is really close, and the area has plenty of restaurants and cafes. Opera Bastille with a great artistic programme is also there. The San Martin canal is 7 minutes away and the river maybe 15? The flat itself is small but functional, the kitchen has basic but enough utensils to make pasta or something simple. The bed is comfortable. although not immense.
Negative:
There were a few things that can be improved.
Cleaning was OK but not perfect, the toilet has some stains, that can be removed. The fan was dusty, so the first day, we swallowed all that dust during the night and had throat issues in the morning. The window opens into the courtyard, the external window sill was not clean and the leaves and dust came into the flat every time we opened it. Besides those real issues, there are other things to improve to make it better. For example, in the wardrobe, which has two parts, they keep the cleaning tools and other things, in both. I guess they can put all in one place and allow for a part of it to be used completely by the guests. Another one: we were given just 1 and a half roll of toilet paper for 5 days. Even spending the entire day outside, that did not suffice. Equally, it would have been good to get an extra change of towels and bedsheets, again, 5 days is a long time and it needs replacement. A bag in the rubbish bin would be good, and some kind of kitchen paper or napkins. The light next to the bed is good but it is high and it has no switch nearby and being so hight in the wall it did not work for reading. And there is a nice coffee maker, maybe leaving 2 complementary capsules of coffee is a nice touch, or some tea bags like usually are in hotels and renting houses. These are improvements that could have made our stay much better and are easy to make and at a very low cost.
En general, recomendable.
Positive:
Lo mejor la ubicación. El tamaño para 2 personas es suficiente. No tiene ascensor pero es un primero cómodo de subir. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida. Estuvimos en agosto y aunque hay ventilador no nos hizo falta porque se ventilaba bien y no había calor acumulado

El baño no estaba limpio. Además, en el baño faltaba una de las cortinas y da directamente a las ventanas del patio de luces
