Ce logement est un 3 pièces (2 chambres de 9 m² et un salon - cuisine de 25 m²) à proximité de la Tour Eiffel et de la vivante Rue du Commerce. Vous l'apprécierez pour la luminosité, le calme ainsi que sa vue dégagée sur un toit paysager (végétalisé). Ce logement est parfait pour 4 personnes (un lit bébé est également fourni gratuitement).
L'appartement a été rénové entièrement en octobre/novembre 2016.
Situé au 3ème étage, ce 3 pièces de 47 m² comprend :
- une petite entrée
- 2 chambres de 9 m2, une avec lit double et l’autre avec 2 lits jumeaux pouvant être rapprochés en lit double (merci de nous préciser la configuration voulue lors de la réservation)
- une salle de douche avec toilettes
- un salon / cuisine de 25 m2 (lave-linge séchant, lave-vaisselle 6 couverts, four combiné micro-ondes et chaleur tournante, machine à café Nespresso)
Le four est à la fois un micro-ondes et un four à chaleur tournante. Bien lire la notice dans le classeur bleu avant de l'utiliser.
A noter : L'immeuble disposé d' un ascenseur, après quelques marches à gravir, de ce fait il n'est pas accessible en fauteuil roulant.

Location location location! It was very central to the Metro & the Eiffel Tower in particular.

We didn’t receive a key for our entire stay which meant that we had a lot of difficulty and time spent getting into the apartment building. Our host Deborah was wonderful trying to sort it out and keep us informed, however the issue couldn’t be resolved and it negatively impacted our stay quite a lot.

Einfach und zentral, klein für 4 Personen - aber ausreichend.
Positive:
Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, hat wenig Ablage- und Verstau-Möglichkeiten. Alles ausreichend wenn man keinen hohen Komfort braucht (durchgelegene Couch, Bettlaken und -bezüge ohne Verschluss die nachts irgendwo hin wandern, offener Stromkasten etc.). Der günstige Preis - bei dieser Lage - macht alles wett. Auch wir hatten das Problem mit dem verstopften Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Allerdings haben wir gleich am ersten Tag unserer Ansprechpartnerin Deb eine kurze Nachricht geschickt, solange das Waschbecken in der Küche benutzt und 36 Stunden später war der Handwerker da und hat das Problem im Badezimmer gelöst. Gastronomie und Supermärkte sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen und die Metrostation sowieso.

Wir sind mit Anleitung des Fernsehers nicht zurecht gekommen, haben unser Tablet dann im WLAN genutzt. Ein neuer Smart-Fernseher, ohne seltsame extra Kästchen, würde mit wenig Aufwand jedem ermöglichen auch in seiner Sprache online fernzusehen.
Die schweren blickdichten Vorhänge stauen die Feuchtigkeit vor den Fenstern und deshalb löst sich um die Fenster herum überall die Wand auf. An manchen Stellen sieht es schon nach Schimmel aus. Bei uns waren die Temperaturen gut (Herbst), wir haben einfach ab der zweiten Nacht die Fenster gekippt und dadurch waren wir das Wasser auf den Scheiben wieder los.

Das Appartement liegt sehr gut und ruhig in direkter Metro Nähe. Ausstattung gut. Betten bequem.
Einige Töpfe waren nicht sauber im Schrank.
Schlüsselbergabe hat gut funktioniert. Allerdings haben wir unserer Concierge Deborah sofort mitgeteilt, dass die Heizung kalt ist. Die alternative kleine Stromheizung war auch defekt.
Wir sollten zuerst abwarten. Allerdings fühlte sich die Dame nicht dafür zuständig, das zu regeln. Sie wurde frech und unfreundlich, als wir sie mehrmals kontaktierten.
Schließlich hat sie überhaupt nicht mehr geantwortet.
So hatten wir 5 Tage bei 14 Grad keine Heizung. Es war frisch aber zum Glück waren wir kaum im Appartement.
Schade, wenn der Service nicht stimmt.

Die Lage des Hotels war äußerst zentral, der Eiffelturm war in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Metrostation befand sich direkt vor der Tür. Busstation auch um die Ecke. Disneyland ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Min erreichbar. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm und komfortabel. Wir hatten tagsüber straffes Programm und waren erst abends und nur zum übernachten im Hotel aber es gibt im Zimmer eine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet.

The host was nice enough to let us check in earlier than the designated 3 pm check in time. The location is very close to several metro lines, it's very convenient to go around Paris, and go to touristy places. The location is also very close to supermarket and lots of cafes and bars nearby.

The location, it's 20 min walk to Eiffel tower, and the Metro stop is across from the apartment. It's quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is functional, and as described in the posting.

The service of management was bad, and needs improvement. We sent questions if it's possible for early check-in, or luggage storage because our flight came in the morning. The response was the same, "no guarantee" and no suggestions or recommendations what to do with early arriving. When we called the management with the contact (Jeremy) given, he was not aware of our coming and did not have keys for the apartment. Finally another person Deb showed up at 3pm to bring the keys, after we stood outside the building for 2 hours. During our 6 days stay, the glass panel in shower fell, and the drain in bathroom sink was extremely slow from day 1. We called and texted Deb, she said that we could put the glass panel back on track ourselves ( we are over 70 year old), and never came to fix the problems.

No horário em q pedimos para deixar as malas ela nos contacta dizendo que poderíamos deixar. Fui então com todas as malas num carro de aplicativo, porém ele nos deixou um pouco mais para o lado. Qdo avisei a pessoa do contato, ela foi grosseira dizendo que era muito fácil chegar lá, e eu, sozinha com 4 malas, tive que me equilibrar para levá-las. Quando cheguei, o apartamento não estava limpo. Ela prometeu a limpeza para até a hora normal de check in, o que não ocorreu. Fomos ao nosso compromisso enquanto a limpeza era feita.

Зупинялись сім'єю на 4 доби у травні в цих апартаментах. Ще до заселення нам надали всю потрімбну інформацію про те як знайти та потрапити в апартаменти. Додатково зі мною з'язалися за допомогою Whatsap та продублювали всю важливу інформацію та надалі за допомогою цього контакту можна було вирішувати будь які питання. Нам дозволили потрапити до апартаментів ще до прибирання після попередніх гостей та залишити валізи.
Апартаменти не нові, але все виглядає добре, вся техніка у робочому стані. В якийсь день, трохи не вистачало кондиціонера (їх майже немає в Парижі), але потім погода змінилась і це стало не актуальним. Розташування - ідеальне, прямо біля станції метро, Ейфелева вежа у пішої доступності. Вікна апартаментів виходять у внутрішний двір, та навіть з відкритими вікнами доволі тихо вночі. Поруч є пара супермаркетів, декілька кафе та ресторанів, та макдональдс - для тих хто не може бех цього.

We spent a wonderful week here and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The apartment was set up perfectly, with two bedrooms allowing my wife and me to have some separation from our two teen boys. The small kitchenette with a washing machine meant that we could start the day with coffee and a croissant from one of the many nearby boulangeries/patisseries.The apartment itself is a peaceful retreat, facing a spacious courtyard that keeps it blissfully quiet, yet its location couldn’t be more ideal. Sitting right across from the Motte-Picquet–Grenelle metro stop, we found it incredibly convenient to reach virtually anywhere in Paris within 20 to 30 minutes. The proximity to the Rue de Commerce was another highlight, with an abundance of excellent shops and restaurants to explore. A nearby Monoprix made it easy to grab anything we needed throughout our stay.Adding to the experience, the team at Welkeys was communicative and genuinely helpful, ensuring our visit was smooth.Thank you for making our Parisian getaway so special!

We arrived at 3pm when we were told someone would be there to meet us. We waited about 10 minutes then texted to say we were waiting. No reply. We texted again. No answer. We then phoned and spoke to Yann who said he had 12 other people arriving on the same day and we told him that wasn’t our problem. He gave us the code to get 8n and the code for the key box, this was after we had been waiting for at least an hour. My sister and I are in our 80’s and standing for a long time is a problem. Having retrieved the key we couldn’t open the inner glass door as we didn’t have the code. Another phone call and Yann told us to use the fob which we did and finally got in. As I’ve already said the apartment was excellent but we would hesitate to recommend it because of no-one was there to meet us as promised and the very long wait we had. However, I must stress that the apartment was first class and helped us to enjoy our short break in Paris.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! For being in the heart of Paris, it was so quiet. We were two adults and 2 small children so that was very useful. The apartment was in a perfect location. We spent two days traveling via metro all over Paris and one day went from the apartment to Disneyland- it was all incredibly easy to reach. We didn’t speak to Catherine directly but rather the management company- who was very professional and helpful. Amazing quality for the price! 100% recommend!

Great location, it's like on a crossroad of a metro stations, 3 stations were very near (6, 8, 10), so we could get everywhere easily. Nearby restaurants were quite well and affordable, also the apartment was placed in a quiet place far from city noise. Neighbors were very friendly, too.
One disadvantage was that although we'd asked to make the baby cot ready and connect the single beds together they did non of our requests. Fortunately, we found the baby cot and managed to make the baby cot ready by ourselves. The dishes and the floor were not well cleaned.
Overall we loved the apartment and the place.

4명 가족이 지내기 좋은 숙소였습니다. 제공된 정보와 같이 바로 앞 지하철역, 마켓등이 있어 편리했고, 무엇보다 조용하게 지낼 수 있어 더욱 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 열쇠가 하나라 여러 사람이 다니기 좀 불편했었고, 오랫동안 환기를 시켜야 했습니다. 그래도 좋은 기억이 있는 숙소입니다.

Lovely apartment 1 minute walk from a metro station and 2 minutes from a supermarket. The area is bustling with lots of restaurants, but as the apartment is at the back of the building it is very quiet. Check in was easy with great communication. Would definitely recommend.

L’appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas d’une station de métro permettant l’accès aux sites touristiques majeurs. L’appartement était tranquille et sécuritaire.
Je déplore le fait que certains items de base manquaient: sel, poivre, papier de toilette, mouchoirs. Également, comme l’appartement peut loger plus de 2 personnes, il aurait été utile d’avoir un deuxième jeu de clés.
Les surfaces étaient propres mais j’ai noté la présence de poussière sous les meubles.
En bref, nous avons eu un séjour agréable dans cet appartement

Excelente ubicación, iluminado y amplio. La comunicación fue muy buena y las instrucciones durante la estadía son claras y prácticas. Lo único que recomendamos mejorar es la cafetera porque tiende a regarse cuando se prepara el café, lo cual es algo fácil de solucionar.

lo unico que me parecio mal es que no te dan facilidades para el check out, si quieres salir un pelín mas tarde te cobran un dineral aunq sea una hora, este detalle me parece absurdo y un sacadineros total.
El recibimiento fue bueno porque ademas la persona que nos recibio hablaba español.

숙소 자체는 역이랑 정말 가까워서 편리했어요! 숙소의 보안도 잘 되어있었고 엘레베이터도 있어서 짐을 쉽게 옮길 수 있었어요. 내부도 아늑했고 특히 침대는 좀 불편해보인 것과는 달리 정말 편안해서 잠을 너무너무 잘 잤어요! 욕실 수압도 적절했고 좋았어요 그런데 사용 가능했던 토스트기, 전기포트, 냄비, 커피포트 등이 전부 먼지가 잔뜩 쌓여있었고 전기포트 내부엔 더러워보이는 액체도 들어있더라고요.... 그래서 사용 못했습니닷,, 그리고 욕실이 너무 미끄러워서 샤워부스에서 나오자마자 크게 미끄러졌어요 등이 전부 멍이 들고 여행 내내 제대로 걸을 수가 없었습니다...
아 그리고 슬리퍼 없으니까 꼭!!!! 챙겨가세요

Poorly cleaned, not comfortable, the bed is old and with hair.The toilet did not work correctly, the water in the sink does not drain. In the instructions for the settlement, right and left were mixed up, the lock did not open, we waited 30 minutes until the guy arrived and opened it ((we were late for the museum.BUT THE MOST HORRIBLE thing, mice live there!!!! we shot a video, we succeeded! but they told us that they didn’t see anything and sent us to airbnb.Thank you, airbnb helped us find and move to another accommodation, but these were additional expenses that we did not count on during the trip ((the money was returned only in a couple of days, and we had to pay for a new one I needed housing right away.Indifferent owners.I do not recommend it.The only exception if you like mice)

It was great apartment near metro stations, Eiffel Tower and other historic places. There is couple of groceries. Noice isolation wasn’t perfect most because entry door. The windows overlook the courtyard, so it was generally quiet.

Métro au pied de l’immeuble, commerces et restaurants à côté, proche à pied du Champ de Mars et de la Tour Eiffel.
Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir poser nos bagages avant l’heure d’arrivée.
Arrivée autonome avec les instructions données par un concierge.
Ménage à revoir . Odeur en rentrant pas très agréable, poussière sous les lits et dans le placard de la chambre.
Prévoir linge de toilette en supplément, nous étions 3 personnes et seulement 3 serviettes de toilettes pour 6 jours
Il serait agréable d’avoir une petite et grande serviette par personne.
Prévoir aussi gel douche et shampooing, il est proposé à l’arrivée un petit flacon de 12 ml par personne.
Très bel appartement, calme et lumineux.

Generally the place was everything it presented itself to be, but the details of the place was what caused the stay to be less than ideal.
- Only the kitchen outlets worked. The ones in the bedrooms did not.
-There were limited towels. They did not even have a towel for the kitchen sink.
- There was a washer, and the "drying area" was the super small space between the bathroom sink and the wall. All the clothes had to be hung around the apartment. A drying rack in the place would have been thoughtful and helpful.

Mi peor experiencia con un alojamiento en Airbnb, a mi llegada le dije al anfitrión que llegaría a las 12PM y aunque pedí hacer un check in antes en ningún momento me dijeron si se podía o no por lo que me quede esperando cerca, a las 3PM me contacto el encargado que debía dejarme ingresar que se tardaría 30 minutos en llegar pues yo no le había dicho a que hora llegaba, se tarde casi 50 minutos en llegar lo que me hizo correr pues a las 4PM tenía una reservación para ingresar a la torre Eiffel y ya no le puse Atencion a sus instrucciones. Ese mismo día al regresar por la noche casi me quedó fuera, aunque el encargado me dijo cómo ingresar no le puse atención, y buscando en las instrucciones enviadas no estaba como ingresar al alojamiento y a esa hora ya no me contestaban. Además de eso el elevador no funciona por lo que tuve que subir 3 niveles en gradas. 1 solo baño y la regadera de baño se acumula el agua, por lo que hay que esperar para que se bañe otra persona. Pésimo!!!

Séjour très agréable à Paris avec 2 de nos petits enfants. Le logement était adéquat, un Monoprix et métro à proximité très utiles. Les fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieure rendait l’environnement très calme. Endroit sécuritaire.
