La terrasse offre également une vue magnifique sur la ville et le port. L’immeuble est calme et est idéalement situé au cœur de Bastia, à proximité de tous les services du quotidien. Pour la voiture ; parking souterrain public et payant à moins de 200 mètres. Ce petit bijou mérite 5 étoiles !

Un appartement extra ordinaire au sens propre du terme ! Un emplacement exceptionnel (sans doute l'une des plus belles vues sur le vieux port de Bastia), un véritable travail d'architecte dans la conception, l'aménagement et la décoration font de cet hébergement un lieu unique. Certes, il se mérite (6ème étage sans ascenseur) mais il en vaut vraiment la peine. Cyril, notre interlocuteur est à l'écoute, réactif et de bons conseils. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour à la découverte de Bastia , du Cap Corse et de sa région. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Très agréable séjour à Bastia dans cet appartement qui est d’un grand confort et très joliment décoré. Idéalement situé, il est central, proche des commerces et restaurants. Il permet de profiter facilement de la ville. La grande terrasse offre une très belle vue sur la ville et la mer et constitue un atout certain pour profiter pleinement de son séjour.

In Laufdistanz sind viele Restaurants und kleine Geschäft. Bastia ist so en herziges Hafenstädtli.

We stayed four nights in this magnificent apartment. Beautifully designed and decorated and with the most spectacular roof top balcony that gives panoramic views over the city and Mediterranean. A short walk has you by the old port and into the heart of old town. Close to both the ferry port and train station. Florian and Cyril were helpful in giving advice and aid. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to explore Bastia and the amazing Cap Corse to the north.

Both Florian and Cyril were very proactive reaching out well ahead of our stay and throughout. I'd say they were the absolute perfect hosts. Now the apartment itself is stunning, finished to the highest standard and spotlessly clean. A top a charming and historic building. I would say the terrace is the best spot in all of Bastia. Absolutely private, not overlooked, sun all day and a magnificent vista in all directions. Yes there are stairs and we are in our late 50s and found them no problem at all. If you are visiting Corsica I'd recommend Bastia and Florians place.

Everthing was excellent, we felt very comfortabel, everthing is so well decorated, the terrace is amazing, we didn‘t want to leave the flat because it was so nice and beautiful. Florian’s apartment is incredible, really the best view in Bastia. The thought that has gone into the design really makes this place truly special. Carrying the luggage to the 6th floor is worth every step. Don’t be put off by the low ceilings, I am 1.95 tall and it was ok for me.

We had a fantastic week in this apartment. Florian and Cyril are exceptional hosts. Cyril met us and was so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was incredible and we had absolutely everything we could have asked for. The terrace is incredible with breathtaking views of the Citadel and Harbour. The apartment is a real gem and we really felt immediately settled. It was super comfortable and really peaceful but still a fabulous location. I can recommend this so highly. We had a very special week with you. Thank you so much and we would love to come back !

This converted attic space is an artist's dream. The architecture and attention to detail is unmatched. Further, you'll find Bastia's best patio/deck with a great view. Walking anywhere in the city is easy, and nearby parking is also convenient. The bedroom is so cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is done very well with a beautiful shower. We needed to work in the evenings while there, and everything was set up nicely for that with great Wi-Fi speed. Of note, there are lower ceilings. It is a converted attic, after all, and it is on the 7th floor with no elevator, so those with mobility issues may need to factor that in. Cannot imagine a better place to stay in Bastia exists.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und mit allem auf dem neuesten Stand ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich im sechsten Stock ohne Aufzug, war für uns aber kein Nachteil. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es im nahe gelegenen öffentlichen und sehr hellen Parkhaus. Die riesige absolut uneinsehbare Terrasse bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Altstadt von Bastia. Der Kontakt mit Cyrill war sehr nett, kompetent und zuverlässig. Absolut empfehlenswert.

If you have not been to Corsica - we highly recommend! Bastia was a great town and was our jumping off point to visit the rest of the island. Florian was very responsive when we y booked our reservation. He has someone in Bastia who will meet you at the apartment and will assist with the check-in process. Cyril was AMAZING. Met us at the apartment - showed us everything, recommended the closest car rental locations, best "non-touristy restaurants, other places on Corsica to visit. The apartment is exactly as shown on Airbnb. The deck was amazing for morning coffee or afternoon wine and dinner. Grocery store was close to walk to and get supplies. IF you are traveling with a lot of luggage, or coming by Ferry from Livorno or somewhere else - I suggest leaving the big bags and just bringing your carry-on bag. It is a 6 flight walk up which would be very difficult with heavy bags. Newspaper shop in Livorno train station will store luggage. We would book again!

Accueil aux petits soins de la part de Cyril, très avenant et agréable, au top pour nous mettre à l’aise et partager adresses et anecdotes.

This apartment has to be the best in Bastia and maybe even Corsica. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with all comforts and luxuries. What I really liked were the views created from the different rooms. And then the view from the spacious roof terrace, what else can be said about it that has not already been said in previous responses or that the photos do not show? Probably nothing. It is a perfect place to have breakfast in the sun with Bastia at your feet. Finally, the hosts are very punctual, sympathetic and attentive. Highly recommended.

It may be the time of year that we were there (early October), but the overnight dew caused the terrace to be very wet in the mornings so I would recommend bringing the furniture cushions inside overnight. Cyril was very accommodating and responsive.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé entre la Citadelle et les rues commerciales du centre. Le décor est soigné, chaleureux et accueillant. Tout est très douillet! Les couchers de soleil de la terrasse sont tout simplement magiques. Attention toutefois aux personnes très grandes, car le plafond est très bas sur la moitié droite de l’appartement notamment pour la toilette. L’hôte a été très accommodant pour le check-in et le check-out!

Wow! Diese Wohnung ist genial! Sie ist extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen speziellen Details. Könnte nicht schöner sein! Aber das Bijou ist die Dachterasse! Der Blick auf die Stadt und den Hafen, wir konnten nicht genug bekommen! Die Kommunikation mit Cyrill super, er ist extrem hilfsbereit, hat uns genau die Restaurants empfohlen, die wir wollten, hat sie uns sogar grad reserviert. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Ein Parkhaus für das Auto ist grad in der Nähe von 12,80€/24h. Die Wohnung ist im 6.Stock, man muss also ein bisschen fit sein. Aber sie ist jede Stufe wert. Wenn wir wieder nach Bastia kommen, würden wir nirgends anders wohnen wollen.

The whole interior design of the appartement are super tasty and you can see that the landlord has put a lot effort in this.

Absolutely stunning apartment! Everything was newly renovated and very elegantly so as well. The apartment is fully furnished with everything we needed. The view from the terrace was amazing and we were positively surprised to find an outdoor shower on the terrace. Lovely decorated apartment and completely worth the six floors without an elevator as soon as you get to see the view from the terrace. Very nice contact who was flexible with the arrival and gave us lovely tips during our stay.

Directly located in the old town of Bastia. Everything is in walking distance. Perfect starting point for the north-eastern region of Corsica. Public car park nearby.

Only drawback is that it’s in the 7th floor without elevator. But the view and the apartment are definitely worth the climb.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, with the rooftop terrace offering a dreamy view directly over the harbor where you can watch the ferries come in. The apartment itself is upscale, making you feel right at home the moment you step in. Cyril, the housekeeper, was incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Don't be deterred by the staircase or the six-floor climb since there's no elevator—it's truly worth it. Do keep an occasional eye on the seagulls on the terrace, as they've been known to swoop down for an unguarded snack, though this is quite rare. These are minor points in the grand scheme of things. All in all, I highly recommend this place. Bastia is a vibrant city, bustling with life, and is largely frequented by locals in the evenings. An amazing experience!

We loved our stay at Florian's place. It was just as described - just gorgeous, with high quality fittings, appliances and linen. The terrace and its view are to die for! Cyril was super responsive and went out of his way to welcome us by arranging an early check in and picking us up from the early morning ferry. The coffee shop opposite - Okoffee - was a real bonus - best coffee we've had in France.

Il ne faut pas hésiter ! Alors oui, c est un petit budget, et oui, c est au 6eme étage sans ascenseur mais cet appartement est ABSOLUMENT INCROYABLE et vous oublierez tout le reste. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous avons été super bien accueillis par Cyril qui est vraiment parfait (gentil, souriant, chaleureux, dispo…). L appartement est d une grande classe, la terrasse et la vue sont grandioses. Je ne peux que vous recommander U Granaghju les yeux fermés, et je pèse mes mots : les yeux fermés.

Florian was responsive to emails and we were met at the appartment by Cyril who was very helpful, and who lived nearby.
The apartment was beautiful and fully equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. With the shutters open we could lay in bed and watch the sun rise over the sea, and there was a wonderful view of the old port of Bastia from the large roof terrace.
Yes, there were 122 steps to climb within the apartment building, but there was a landing with a window to admire the view at each of the six levels, and the view improved as you went up. By the end of the week we were used to the steps, and Bastia is full of steps, so a few more made no difference!
There is no on-site car park, but we parked our rental car in the nearby public underground car park which was very clean and secure. There was probably free parking in the surrounding streets, but we thought the convenience of the car park was worthwhile.
We had a great time and hope to go back some day.

Un séjour mémorable dans ce magnifique appartement avec une vue plongeante sur tout Bastia, grâce à une grande terrasse ensoleillée. L’appartement est super bien décoré et équipé, tout a été pensé pour y être bien, à la fois au niveau esthétique et fonctionnel. Son emplacement permet de tout faire à pied et un parking est à proximité à des tarifs très raisonnables. Cyril a été extrêmement disponible, de bon conseil, soucieux que notre séjour se passe au mieux, et très flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Tout était parfait !

Tout a parfaitement bien fonctionné, Cyril est un hôte très sympathique, qui répond à toutes les questions et donne des bons conseils. Merci pour ces beaux jours à Bastia.

La dernière marche est magique, elle vous fait oublier toutes les autres marches (six étages sans ascenseur). En montant sur la terrasse, l'espace disponible et La vue sur Bastia vous font oublier instantanément toutes les marches, je ne connais pas de meilleur point de vue. Pire encore, à présent, vous allez avoir du mal à redescendre.
Je ne vous parlerai pas de l’appartement, il est à la hauteur (sans jeu de mots) de la terrasse. Vous découvrirez une multitude de détails qui participent à rendre le séjour très agréable. Pour terminer, nous avons rencontré un hôte qui a su nous accompagner sans jamais nous déranger.

Beautifully decorated and thought-out place. Amazing the work that the owners did with an attic on the sixth floor of an old building about 220 steps up! The Terrace is the best! Unfortunately, we had bad weather, so we could not enjoy it. All the amenities are included even amazing sheets on the bed!

This was hands down the best airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The apartment is lovely with an out-of-this-world view of old town Bastia from the gorgeous terrace, and Cyril was the MOST incredible host. He was so accommodating and helpful during our visit, and really went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we could possibly need during our stay - he even brought us welcome gifts (it was our honeymoon) and helped us to rent a car for an adventure day exploring on Cap Corse. I can’t recommend staying at this apartment highly enough!! What a magical, delightful, fantastic experience!! Thank you Cyril!!! One thing to note is that the apartment is located at the top of many flights of stairs (no elevator), so if you have any mobility issues it might be challenging to access. We didn’t mind at all - the view is worth it!

8 jours passés dans cet appartement avec une spacieuse terrasse sans vis a vis surplombant Bastia et son port. Appartement haut de gamme rénové avec beaucoup de gout et les plus beaux matériaux. Cela fait 20 ans que nous louons des maisons/appartement surement la plus belle location qui nous a été proposée. Nous le recommanderons a nos amis.

The perfect stay! The apartment was truly beautiful with every amenity you could want. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. The view was incredible, totally worth the 6 flights of stairs. Location is fantastic, right in the centre of town.
Cyril, our host, was spectacular. He gave us the very best recommendations for restaurants (La Coude a Coude especially). He even drove us to the bus stop after our stay- a lovely man who made our stay so wonderful.
