Ce très bel appartement de 70 m², situé au 4ème étage (avec ascenseur), est composé de :

- une chambre avec lit double,
- une cuisine bien équipée (machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain, mixeur, four, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, frigo, lave-vaisselle),
- une salle de bain avec douche,
- aspirateur, lave-linge, sèche-cheveux, matériel de repassage,
- TV et Wi-Fi.

Profitez-en également pour faire du shopping rue du Commerce ou au centre commercial Beaugrenelle, ou promenez-vous dans le Parc André-Citroën. A 25 min de marche, vous trouverez le centre aquatique Aquaboulevard. L’appartement se trouve aussi proche de nombreuses tours d’affaires, abritant des entreprises telles que BFM TV, AccorHotels, Microsoft ou Canal+, ainsi que le Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Would not recommend this property to anyone as we were unable to stay due to safety and hygiene concerns.

Nothing. There was so many deficiencies we were not able to stay.

Smoke alarm not working!
Old rotting pizza left in microwave!
Used tea ball in sink!
Old sponge!
Dirty dishes in dishwasher!
Dirty glass with hair in it in the bathroom! Soap scum still in soap dish!
No duvet on bed, it was impossible to discern if the one we found crammed in a cupboard was clean or an old dirty one!
No bath mat for anti slip on tile flooring!
Lots of dust and dirt and disorganization everywhere!
Broken entry hall closet preventing access to iron!
Washing machine door was not operational!Pole handle for bedroom shutter was taped together and only partially operational!
These are just a few of the major issues we discerned on entry, there are plenty more minor issues.
Not a welcoming property to say the least.
Making it impossible for us to stay.
Scam! Avoid this place otherwise you will €1000 deposit fine.
Positive:
Nothing was fine. When we arrived they didn’t arrange a cleaner to come and clean the place. We had to give the cleaner the keys as they hired another cleaners which took at least an hour of our time and then instead of giving the keys back to us they told us that we had to collect it from the grocery shop before 19.45 so we had quickly rush to get our keys. From the moment we stepped in to the property it was a chaos. The lady was generous but the place had old furniture which seriously needed upgrading.
Negative:
And now The property took €1000.00 from us for some keys which we have put inside the flat. They haven’t been clear where to put the keys and where not to and now they are blaming us that it’s our fault which is in fact quite opposite and there was a miscommunication.
If we don’t get our €1000 we will be calling legal authorities to tackle this stupid deposit scheme which is more than the stay. It’s a daylight robbery and pleas don’t book this place again and as they have been very unpleasant with this whole situation.
