🌆 EMPLACEMENT ET QUARTIER
Vous séjournerez face à la Gare Saint-Jean, dans un quartier vivant et animé avec tous les lieux d'intérêt à proximité. La ligne de tramway C passe à 100 mètres de l'appartement et dessert tous les lieux stratégiques de la ville.
Depuis l'aéroport de Mérignac : Tram A ou bus 1 jusqu'à l'arrêt Gare Saint-Jean, puis 1 min à pied.
Stationnement : L'appartement ne dispose pas de parking. Le parking public Gare Saint Jean est situé à 200 m (19 €/jour). Stationnement en rue gratuit de 19h à 9h ainsi que les dimanches et jours fériés.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son emplacement idéalement situé en face de la gare des des lignes de Tram et de notre restaurant préféré à Bordeaux.
L’appartement est spacieux et très lumineux.
Nous avons aimé la pierre de Bordeaux, la cuisinette et le frigo .
Si nous retournons à Bordeaux, nous sommes certains d’y réserver encore quelques jours!

The location is excellent. Just across the Gare and you can easily access the public transpo. Definitely a value for money. You don't pay for the weddings, towels and cleaning at all as previously mentioned in some comments. Contacting them is also very convenient through WhatsApp.

来自中国有素质的客人～客观而公正的评价：这个是一个由波尔多房屋出租公司统一托管的房源。需要额外支付押金（在没有看到房间之前），会吓走一批亚洲的旅行游客（我们租住一个月，坚决要求先检查房屋设施，再网上用银行卡担保押金）。因为此房源没有提供卫生间与淋浴间图片（诚实的说没有洗衣机，不方便，而且老房子没有抽油烟机，只能用微波炉做菜，不适合一周以上的租住）。但优越的地理位置，适合短期几天的临时居住。房子的网络很奇怪，不会自动连线，经常掉线！手机每次都需要重新登录。我不得不另外花费十五欧购买更多的流量！对于需要手机网络的租客，是个严重问题，估计是大楼用户太多，控制流量！（房子服务人员与工作人员态度很好。我们离开之前按照要求拆卸了床单，尽可能打扫干净了卫生。退房时间应该调整到十一点，而不是十点，这样给我们的打扫时间非常仓促！客人也没有专业打扫工具，不能对于退房卫生要求太高了。总之，这个房子有交通与出行方便的极大优点，也有老房子的隔音不太好、网络等的缺点。）。短租几天完全没有问题，石头墙有波尔多古建筑的历史感，暖气与热水都不错。希望能够更加改进服务，更加贴心为客户着想，提供人性化的温暖服务。生意才会越来越好🙏

The apartment had a terrible toilet smell, which persisted throughout our stay despite trying to mask it with perfume—it seemed to come from the shower. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get proper sleep. The internet was painfully slow, making remote work impossible. We had to rent a workspace in the city, and WhatsAp calls were unusable due to the poor connection, which was incredibly frustrating. Basic amenities were insufficient—only one roll of toilet paper, two bin bags, and one towel per person were provided for our entire stay. When we asked for more, the concierge offered to deliver them the following afternoon, which was far from helpful—Très décevant. window between the two rooms so no privacy and no lights if the other party wants to sleep.
Otherwise, this was a fine place to be for a few days. Not far from the center or river, and a stones throw from the tram/bus/free city bike station. Definitely try the canele stand around the corner!!

It wasn't obvious until well after I booked that you had to pay another 49 euros for bedding and cleaning. Also that you had to pay a 250 euro bond.

Ils ont débité la caution de 250 euros le premier jour alors que ça ne devait être qu'une empreinte, et m'ont remboursé 17 jours plus tard ! Faites attention, si vous prenez pas l'option ménage de 49 euros, vous aurez à ramener vos propres taies d'oreiller, draps, et serviettes !! Même quand vous pensez avoir fait le ménage, vous êtes débités des 50 euros de frais de ménage, parce qu'il reste des traces d'eau dans la douche ou dans l'évier, donc si vous êtes obligés de choisir cet appart, prenez l'option pour être tranquilles !

Assim que o valor foi retirado da conta, recebi um e-mail cheio de burocracias, caução no valor de 250 euros e ainda cobraram mais um valor 50 euros de limpeza, sabendo que isso ja estava descrito no aluguel o a limpeza, ate hoje não percebi o que peguei, na verdade sai tendo que deixar tudo limpo, organizado e tive que retirar o lixo, sob pena de pagar multa por causa disso.
Não sou contra a caução, mas é lamentável o Booking apresentar serviços destes sem mencionar CLARAMENTE, o que é suposto.
Detesto ser enganada a esse ponto.
Tive que preencher um formulário onde tive que colocar meus dados de cartão de crédito, sabe-se lá aonde. Infelizmente já não podia cancelar a estadia, pois essa surpresa chegou depois de o valor ser cobrado.
Até toalhas de banho estavam a cobrar.
As fotos revelam que entreguei o apartamento arrumado, sob pena de ser retirado da caução.
Deixaram um rolo e meio de papel higiénico para 4 mulheres de para 3 dias. Péssimo e é lamentável.
O Booking está decaindo nos atendimentos.

До заїзду запросили оплату за прибирання 49 євро, про що прислали цілих 3 листи, за пізній заїзд ми заплатили 40€, про який написали також 3 рази: «оплата кеш». був лише 1 рулон туалетної бумаги, 1 пакет для сміття, не вистачало дзеркала у весь ріст. Але найгірше - це хтось, хто ходив над нами по кімнаті ВСЮ НІЧ. 3 дні ми просто не спали, бо скрипіла стеля, звукоізоляція дуже погана. Написали консєржу (він був постійно на звʼязку , за що дякую), він сказав , що це не постояльці і спробує знайти їх номер телефону в агентстві. Також я запитала, чи є можливість замінити апартаменти-написали , що подивляться варіанти, але під кінець відпочинку більше інформації не було ніякої- ні підтвердження, ні скасування. Хотілось би почути хоч якийсь звʼязок.
Під кінець попросили винести сміття та прибрати.
Як висновок : не дуже зрозуміло, чому ці 49€ не можна додати одразу до вартості. Судячи із інших відгуків, сума фіксована. Але найгірше - це було те, що у відпустці ми не спали взагалі через когось, хто ходив кожну ніч нагорі. Цю проблему нам не вирішили. Ставлю + за те, що консʼєрж був постійно на звʼязку, що нас зустріли в пізню годину та за розташування.

Coffee was broken, on request was not exchanged. Not even during a full working day. Partial refund was rejected completely.
Cupboards were dusty, a bit, shower basin was smeared with silicon and orange'ish resin.
Hidden optional costs of 'cleaning' actually also include towels and bedding. There are also no cleaning utensils provided except for a used dishwash sponge, so the cost of cleaning are not optional, they are mixed with other services harder to resign of.

Lo único que podría destacar bueno de este apartamento es que es luminoso y la cama de matrimonio está bien. Por lo demás todo mal.

El apartamento en general es incómodo, pero el sofá cama lo peor sin duda, tuve que tirar el colchón al suelo y doblarlo por la mitad porque de lo fino que era te clavabas todos los hierros del somier y se supone que era para dos personas, menos mal que éramos 3 y no 4, además el somier estaba súper doblado. Pagar 100€ la noche para dormir en el suelo, no me parece normal. Les comenté esto a los empleados y me ignoraron.
La cafetera tampoco iba y tampoco nos pusieron solución.
Había vasos sucios y en la bañera habían pelos de afeitado de otras personas (adjunto fotos).
Sí quieres sábanas y toallas son 50€ más, algo que nunca había visto en ningún alojamiento en mi vida y si no los pagas te tienes que hacer tú cargo de limpiar la habitación (super lógico irte de viaje y llevarte productos de limpieza para limpiar la estancia en la que te vas alojar, nótese la ironía), pero claro no me extraña que estuviera sucio cuando nosotras llegamos si son los huéspedes los que se tienen que hacer cargo de la limpieza si no quieren pagar 50€ más. Además, pagar estos 50€ no te exime de tener que quitar las sábanas, limpiar el menaje que hayas usado y sacar la basura, si no quieres que te cobren otros 50€ más.
También tienes que dejarles una fianza de 250 euros y nos cobraron otros 50€ más por que nuestro vuelo se retrasó y no pudimos llegar al check in antes de las 20:30 (como si la culpa hubiera sido nuestra, ¿Qué hago si mi vuelo se retrasa? creo que deberían tener una política más flexible para este tipo de casos). Además, tuvimos que coger un taxi desde el aeropuerto (70€ la broma) porque no nos esperaban más tarde de las 00:30, dejándonos en la calle y el taxi era el medio de transporte más rápido.
Dejaron un rollo de papel para tres personas, 3 días, también se lo comenté a los empleados, me volvieron a ignorar...
Tampoco tiene ascensor.
EN RESUMEN, EL PEOR ALOJAMIENTO EN EL QUE ESTADO JAMÁS Y SÚPER CARO, YA QUE TE COBRAN 50€ MÁS HASTA CASI POR RESPIRAR.

Tomamos la opción de llevar nuestras propias toallas y sábanas, omitiendo la limpieza automática a la salida del apartamento (aparentemente con un coste de 49 euros). Para nuestra sorpresa, a nuestra salida dejamos el apartamento en buenas condiciones y sin embargo, decidieron cargarnos un pago de 60 euros como penalización por supuestamente "no dejar el apartamento en perfectas condiciones". Nadie nos advirtió que habría que dejar el apartamento en unas condiciones de limpieza impecables.
Tras nuestra queja y varias conversaciones con ellos se han negado a devolvernos ese cargo. En mi opinión, esta es una forma de ganar dinero cuando el cliente decide no optar por contratar el servicio de limpieza. Adjunto las fotos que me enviaron al email para justificar la penalización de 60 euros. Está claro que si no contratas el servicio de limpieza inicialmente lo pagarás después si no haces una limpieza inmaculada.

Le fait de ne pas avoir été prévenu du ravalement de façade en cours. Je n'ai donc pas pu profiter des prestations pour lesquelles j'ai payé 1200€.
L'échafaudage métallique avec les baches de protection ne m'ont pas permis de profiter de la lumière. Les ampoules ont dû être allumées en permanence. Les poussières et la possibilité d'accéder au logement par cet échafaudage ne m'ont pas permis d'ouvrir les fenêtres comme bon me semblait. La structure métallique brouillait la réception de la télévision. Je trouve cela peu honnête au vu du prix engagé.

Les frais de ménage sont en supplément pour 49 euros or c’est pas clairement mentionné dans l’annonce donc mauvaise surprise. Une caution de 250 euros est demandée et bien que non débitée des frais de 3,30 euros vous seront imputés pour la procédure en ligne …
Le matelas du canapé lit est très abîmé tout comme la table basse. L’hôte n’est pas conciliant : nous n’avons pas pu déposer nos valises en fin de matinée dans le logement afin de profiter de la ville
La remise des clés s’effectue uniquement en personne ce qui ne permet pas une arrivée autonome. La moitié d’un rouleau de papier toilette était disponible pour 2 nuits et 4 personnes. Malgré ma demande d’en obtenir davantage je n’ai pas eu de réponses. L’isolation n’est pas idéale : on entendait les bruits des autres appartements.

Should put a lockbox which is easier for us to check in anytime we like.
I paid Euro 55 for cleaning fee but I still need to remove all the bedsheet and blanket cover and put aside. Why can't the cleaner do it? Waste my time as i need to rush to checkout by 10am, or will be charged again.
Overall, the house is spacious, comfortable & convenient as it is just opposite Bordeaux St Jean station. But doesnt hv a view as it is facing the side of the building, not main street

We were charged a cleaning fee (for our departure), however the apartment was poorly cleaned upon our arrival (garbage on the bathroom floor, some underwear in the room, used tissue paper under the sofa - visible when this opened to bed...). When we contacted the owner, asking for the money of that cleaning back, since the apartment was not clean for us, nothing was done.

If you check in after 20:30 for every hour you pay 10e extra in cash.We got there after 21:30, had to pay 20e extra. For bed linen, towels ,cleaning, I had to pay 53e.

Good location for access to transport, nice and simple apartment. It can be confusing to book because of the cleaning fee and deposit, but overall it's ok. Negative point, small bathroom and small mirrors.

À entrada roubaram-me 40 euros em notas porque cheguei à meia noite.
O prédio é antigo e foi recuperado e transformado em apartamentos através de divisões de pladur.
No nosso apartamento, a casa de banho divide-se em 2 divisões, ao lado da cozinha, uma com retrete, do outro lado, ao lado do quarto, outra com lavatório e duche. Para fazer a higiene após utilizar a retrete é preciso atravessar a cozinha/sala.
O apartamento tem uma janela de vidro da casa de banho do duche para o quarto, e uma parede de vidro do quarto para a sala/cozinha. Quando alguém liga uma luz em qualquer divisão, ilumina o apartamento no seu todo. Outra consequência é a falta de privacidade. Toda a gente se está a ver em todo o lado.
As janelas para o exterior não têm persianas ou portadas e as cortinas não impedem a luz de entrar no apartamento onde é sempre de dia com a ajuda do candeeiro de rua mesmo em frente às janelas.
O edifício estava cheio de moscas e à noite os mosquitos atacavam à maluca. desde as noites na Baixa da Banheira nos anos 70 que não tinha uma tão exuberante coleção de protuberâncias cutâneas.
As divisões em Pladur patrocinam uma intimidade com os vizinhos que parece que estão dentro do nosso apartamento. À saída palmaram-me mais 60 euros do damage deposit, com a alegação de que não quis subscrever um planao de limpeza, tendo eu pago 49 euros através de um link que dizia "frais de menage et draps". Como não sei muito francês e gosto das coisas como devem ser paguei tudo o que me mandaram pagar mas parece que ainda foi pouco.
Feitas as contas paguei a mais: 40 euros do atraso, 49 do plano de limepza e toalhas e 60 por não ter pago os 49 (que paguei).
Já corri meio mundo e nunca tinha sido tratado assim.
Senti-me ultrajado, embarrilado, vigarizado humilhado, diminuído e impotente.
