Situé à Montreuil, l'appartement est proche du 20ème arrondissement de Paris. Le 20ᵉ arrondissement contribue à créer un quartier vivant, animé, populaire et convivial. Il se caractérise notamment par un très grand nombre de théâtres et de café-théâtre. On y trouve toutes sortes d'ambiances, du punk rock à la musique ethnique, notamment dans les environs de Bagnolet, au sud du cimetière, et de Ménilmontant, autour de la colline et de l'avenue du même nom. La principale attraction touristique du quartier est le cimetière du Père Lachaise.

don't choose this place at all.
Couple days before the travel time, I received a message about applying on a 3rd party company, called Swikly, for depositing 250 USD for the possible damages in the apartment and I entered my credit card information there.
When I arrived in, I recognized some damages in the apartment, and I reported all of them through the link sent by Swikly including damages on the floor, door, and curtain.
Moreover, I wrote I am not sure if the coffee maker works.
After we left the apartment, I received a message from host that due to some damages, I have to withdraw your deposit.
When I said I reported these damages, the host said you can report it to Swikly and we can discuss. After sending email to Swikly, they said that the host didn't accept your explanation and based on the terms and conditions that you already accepted when you entered your credit card info, we must send the money to the claimer.
Since, that time host does not answer to my messages at all and booking does not take any responsibility for this issue.
In the attachment you can see all the evidence.
Beside all of this, the linen was dirty and through whole period of our stay time, I asked the host to change it but every day I received a short message that we are sorry and we are investigating your problem.
I decided to keep continue to ask for changing even after I checked out from the property and surprisingly, they still were investigating my request.
After 3 days of the checkout, they said that we checked and the linen was changed at your check in time. I also attached my chat with the host, and you can see my messages even after I checked out from the property.
We enjoyed our short stay here. Would recommend!

Thought the bed was comfortable and was generally a nice, cozy space. Was also a 5 minute walk from a Metro station, which made it easy to go into the center of Paris.

A small section of the flooring was warped, so could trip on that if not careful.
