I was not able to be there due to Visa issues, but my wife and 2 boys did go, and Jérémie was there to help them out. The checkin process was pretty smooth and the apartment itself was very comfortable and centrally connected. It's located right on top of one of the Metro lines and is one stop away from a hub where you could change lines. My wife loved the fact that it was on a normal Parisian street where you could enjoy the daily hub-bub, but everyone closed shop at 7pm. My kids loved the authentic baguettes they got at the nearby bakery and how hassle-free travel was. I was relieved they had a good time despite my not being there. The apartment does have 2 or 3 different keys to get into the actual room, which I think is par for the course for Paris, but was slightly annoying to my wife. Overall they had a great time

Nous n'avions pas fait attention que le loueur était une entreprise et pas un particulier, ça change la relation et s'éloigne du concept AirBnB, décevant pour nous.
La personne, très sympa à l'arrivée, n'avait pas les clefs, il fallait appeler un dentiste qui bien sûr ne travaille pas les samedis. Nous avons décidé d'appeler un voisin, car ça pateaugeait pour entrer. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait et il a été fait dans la soirée quand nous étions en balade ; tout ceci nous a nous a gâché la prise en mains.

Appartement très pratique, directement à une station de métro et arrêt de bus. Boulangeries, petits supermarchés, Monoprix tout près. A quelques minutes à pied de la place de la République. L’appartement est spacieux pour Paris ! La communication avec l’agence très facile, avons été bien accueillis par Hacene. Je recommande ce logement !

Goede locatie vlak naast het metrostation en vlakbij een grote supermarkt. Ruim genoeg voor met 3 personen te verblijven. De tafel en stoelen in de woonkamer zijn wel dringend aan vervanging toe, als je de tafel nog maar aanraakt denk je dat deze gaat inzakken.
De host Jérémie heeft ons vriendelijk ontvangen en korte rondleiding gegeven, we konden zelfs al vroeger inchecken dan aangegeven.
Bedden sliepen erg goed, zelfs de slaapbank was zeker in orde om in te slapen.
Badkamer en douche zijn ook zeker in orde, alleen wel aan de smalle kant en soms wat moeite met de watertemperatuur geregeld te krijgen.
Over het algemeen dus zeker wel tevreden van ons verblijf!

The apartment is located in an easily accessible location, super close to the metro and a fantastic bakery. Supermarket, wine stores, restaurants are all very close. Great boutique/non-chain shopping nearby. Dishwasher and washing machine with drying rack meant we could stay on top of our washing. Communication was excellent. Apartment had everything we required and still had enough space to accomodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenage girls). We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The code to get into the building didn't work and they didn't reply to any of my attempts to contact them. Airbnb tried to contact them for an hour and got nowhere. Left me absolutely out to dry in Paris in the rain, at night, with all my luggage. Take some time to read the bad reviews because they all say pretty much the same thing: you absolutely cannot trust this business at all. Don't waste your time or risk your safety by relying on them and their janky AI platform that does their communications. Go with anyone else or you might end up stranded with nowhere to stay like I was.

It was a lovely and clean place. There is elevator available, cooking utensils and plates. There is no air conditioning but the air is cold enough that you don't need one (I visited during autumn), just open the windows. But the place can be a bit noisy at night if the windows are open. The host team as well as the contact person, Karim are responsive which was very much appreciated.
Plus points - the apartment is located right in front of the metro which is very convenient. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and cafe within walking distance. All in all, it was a lovely place to stay.

Tiendas y panaderías en la misma calle muy cerca y a mano. La ducha está genial pero el caudal del agua es flojo y está un poco atascado el desagüe. El mobiliario, mesa y sillas necesita renovación o mantenimiento, la mesa parece q se va a desarmar de lo q se balancea. La tele es pequeñísima y creo q sin antena, no la usamos. Para familia con niños o q no sepa vivir sin tv puede ser un problema. Los cierres de las ventanas necesitan mantenimiento. En olas de calor no tener aire acondicionado es un problema dormir con ventanas abiertas demasiado ruido y luego... los mosquitos que son enormes y voraces. Hay ventiladores q no les gustan a los mosquitos. Sin embargo en líneas generales es confortable el apartamento, lo recomendaría.

We had a great time staying at this apartment! The location is fantastic – very close to the city center, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and bars. The metro station is literally just outside the door, which made getting around the city incredibly easy.
The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had.
Just a couple of things to be aware of: there is no air conditioning, only a fan. On hot nights, if you keep the windows open, it can get quite noisy due to the street below. It didn’t bother us too much, but it might be an issue for lighter sleepers.
Overall, a lovely apartment and we would definitely recommend it!

The property is advertised as a “ quiet retreat”, however it is located right on a very busy road. Constant flow of traffic during day and all through the night. There was a lot of road noise heard in both bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep. Master bed was very firm and not comfortable at all to us. We had to sleep in the second bedroom. Communication from the management company was good and they were very responsive in bringing by a toaster, as there was not one in the home.

Loved the bakery right across the street, all the interesting nearby shops, and the convenience of the Monoprix for extra toilet paper and tissues, and forgotten items. Our greeter was great, but communication with the agency seemed no existent, the promised fixed to the plugged sink never happened, and the odd deposit amount to the agency's 3rd party has yet to be refunded and there is no one to call about it.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful historic city. The apartment is perfectly located, clean and safe, and with excellent amenities. Jeremie was wonderful and very helpful throughout and stayed in close communication. The 11th Arron. is a perfect place to stay; safe, bustling, and with plenty of wonderful restaurants and in reasonably close proximity to all the important places in Paris and a metro station right outside the front door.

Estive com minha família em férias novamente no apartamento. O apartamento é muito confortável e funcional. A localização é excelente, ao lado do metro, e é também bem localizado para caminhadas. Além disso, tem várias opções de supermercados e restaurantes próximos! Recomendo fortemente para quem quer curtir Paris com conforto e segurança! Jérémie was very responsive to any communication we sent. We had issues with wifi and Jérémie ended up coming to the apparent to try to resolve the issue. This would be the one complaint, but it was entirely out of his control and he did his best to troubleshoot the problem. The property manager offered a late check out to compensate, which worked out perfectly for us. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, zona buona e attaccata alla metro. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato buono a parte qualche dettaglio da migliorare come la pulizia. C’erano capelli e polvere per terra appena siamo arrivati.
Una cosa molto fastidiosa è che avevamo solo un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica per 4 persone, per 4 giorni. Quando abbiamo chiesto dove fosse, ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto comprarla al supermercato.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Parigi e per godersi un quartiere diverso, pieno di negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. La fermata della metro è davanti al portone (Goncourt). L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, anche a livello di fornitura della cucina.

Il palazzo è in ristrutturazione (Dicembre 2023), stare in appartamento con le impalcature e gli operai che lavorano non è piacevole...Bisogna tenere tutto chiuso. L'appartamento aveva alcuni particolari non curatissimi, come lampade non funzionanti o sedie un po' traballanti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con uno scarico della doccia pulito male: i gestori sono intervenuti per risolvere, ma ci è voluto un po'. La mancanza del Bidet è un problema tutto francese.

The apartment is well located close to the Canal St Martin, and there is a metro station right outside the front door. The apartment is on the first floor and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable.

There was an odd assortment of dishes, some cups needed a good scrub, one was cracked and there was only 1 wine glass. Most apartments provide a couple of tea bags and a few coffee pods to get started, as well as the basics, such as salt and pepper. Nothing was provided in this apartment. Indeed, there was barely enough toilet paper for the week.
Our major complaint was about the check-in process which was nothing short of appalling. The agent did not appear to be in a normal state: he did not meet us at the property as we were told he would; we had to ring him to find out where he was and then he kept us waiting another 20 minutes - without apology. In addition, he was unable to identify the apartment or open the door (which was a simple process). This resulted in a lot of swearing on his part and he treated the whole process as a big joke. Upon receiving our complaint, Welkeys offered us a €40 refund and a 5% discount on a future booking. The refund has not been paid as yet. Needless to say, we would not book another property that is managed by Welkeys.

It was a great place to stay. It was actually our favourite place we've ever stayed in Paris.

The beds were comfortable, location was great, the apartment was clean, furniture was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The fans kept it cool at night even in the summer. It was great value for the money. The tram line is literally directly out the front door. It is located in a safe area and everyone in the building was nice and friendly. There is a bakery steps away, as well as restaurants, bars, clothing shops, etc.

It would have been nice to have an extra set of keys as our family had to accommodate our different schedules quite a bit. A set of hand towels would have been nice too.

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean with good size shower and the kitchen well equipped, including dishwasher. The accommodation is particularly spacious for Paris. The location is also excellent, with everything one needs literally around the building - metro, bakery, café, supermarkets, restaurants, ATM. While it is within easy walking distance (or short metro ride) from major tourist attractions, the area didn't feel too touristy. Checking in and out were hassle free.

Gestion par un autre organisme que booking : welkeys = une nouveau compte à créer, des mails + messages par Whatsap + des textes à n'en plus finir pour créer son compte, renseigner son profil, des infos sur son arrivée, et puis encore un 3eme organisme Swikly pour payer la caution, et re-mails etc...
Et la même avant le départ, pour recevoir les infos de check out...trop trop trop saturés de messages avant, pendant et après le séjour.

Dem Bett fehlte die vorgesehene Stütze in der Mitte und in der ersten Nacht ist das Lattenrost dadurch plötzlich mit einem lauten Knall herausgefallen. Wir informierten den Ansprechpartner. Der Bitte um eine provisorische Reparatur kam er nicht nach und wir mussten zur Unterstützung einen Koffer unter das Bett schieben.
Die Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft, obwohl beschrieben. Der Föhn aus der Wohnung war nicht mit den Steckdosen kompatibel.

Par contre, vouloir nous facturer une table basse Ikéa à 55 € alors qu'il n'y a eu aucun état des lieux, ni de possibilité de constater par nous même que le pied de cette table était défectueux me parait abusé.
Il est trop facile après notre départ de prendre quelques dizaines d'euros par ici ou là sans que l'on puisse faire valoir notre bonne foi.
Soyez donc très prudents !

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Metro Kreuzung, super zu erreichen. Dafür natürlich etwas lauter, die Fenster sind nicht sehr gut isoliert.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Qualität der Ausstattung ist eher niedrig. Ein Beistelltisch hatte einen kaputten Fuß, kein Handtuchhaken im WC vorhanden.. Es ist aber wirklich alles vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Fön, Bügeleisen. Die Betten sind weich, das Ausziehsofa sogar unserer Meinung nach bequemer als das Bett.
Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

L'alloggio è bello, ampio e confortevole, però.....Serve manutenzione. Il prezzo alla fine mi è sembrato eccessivo anche per alcuni problemi che abbiamo avuto nell'appartamento. Per il resto l'alloggio si trova proprio all'uscita della metro stazione Goncourt, si devono fare 3 metri! Nei dintorni si trova di tutto, dalla posta ai supermercati, negozi di alimentari, panetterie ecc....

Algunos pequeños fallos a comentar, serían que no había secador de mano a pesar de que así me lo indicaron ante la pregunta que formulé antes de acudir al piso. Se ofrecieron a traerme uno con enorme amabilidad, pero como turista es difícil poner hora para la recogida. Por otra parte, una de las camas tenía las tablas del somier sueltas, se le caían ya que faltaba que colocaran una de las patas de la cama para que estas quedaran sujetas.
Sería estupendo que añadieran algunas cápsulas para el café, mayor cantidad de jabón friegaplatos y algún trapo más para la limpieza diaria.

O mal cheiro dos corredores e elevador pois no nosso andar tem consultório dentário ( não informado). Trata-se de um prédio residencial e comercial. Infelizmente não gostamos. Nos adaptamos.

Chętnie wrócę w to miejsce przy okazji kolejnej wizyty w Paryżu.

Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Metro i autobus znajdują się przy wyjściu z budynku. W okolicy piekarnia, sklepy i restauracje. Mieszkanie czyste, jasne i dość przestronne, jak na 2 pokoje, dwa podwójne łóżka (w tym rozkładana kanapa, ale bardzo wygodna), duże szafy, stół dla 4 osób. Stan wyposażenia oceniam na bardzo dobry - wszystkie sprzęty sprawne, niezniszczone. Na wyposażeniu ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, ekspres do kawy, toster, czajnik elektryczny, piekarnik i wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria kuchenne. Do wszystkich największych atrakcji Paryża ok. 20min.

Начну с того что мы приехали поздно вечером,были с ребёнком, который после длительного перелёта уже засыпал,связались с человеком который нам должен был передать ключи,он сказал,что квартира не убрана.В квартире был беспорядок,за целый день они даже не соизволили убраться перед нашим приездом.Обещал на утро ,что будет человек который наведёт порядок,поменяют постельное белье, полотенца.Утром мы ушли гулять на целый день в надежде прийти в чистую квартиру,но увы этого не случилось и в этот день нам пришлось ночевать в грязной квартире.Связались с менеджером Букинга,она сказала поговорит с начальником,можем ли мы снять отель на ночь чтобы они заплатили,но звонка мы так и не дождались.Кинули в пакете чистое бельё,мы сами заправили постели и только через 2 дня пришла уборщица.Мой отзыв о квартире,о хозяине и тем более о такой компании БУКИНГ кардинально поменялся в худшую сторону.Не советую снимать за такие деньги эту квартиру, половина отдыха ушли у нас не на посещение Парижа,а на звонки и разбирательство.Так мы ещё не отдыхали не в одних аппартаментах,в которых мы раньше бывали.
