Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, hatten alles was wir brauchten, hätten uns jedoch eine richtige Dusche gewünscht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, jedoch nicht sauber (wir haben alles vor Benutzung spülen müssen und die Trockentücher waren aufgrund von Fusseln unbrauchbar). In der Nacht war es eigentlich ruhig, jedoch war es schon hellhörig. Den kleine Balkon haben wir genossen und das Bett war auch völlig ok. Der Strand ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ein guter Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten weit weg und der Bahnhof ist in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen - das ist super. Wir würden vielleicht nochmal wiederkommen.

Close walking distance to a market to get some grocery essentials for the full kitchen. We stayed 7 nights and it truly felt like a home base during our travels. Easy check in experience and the host was very responsive! Would recommend to a friend :)

Wir waren für 5 Tage und 4 Nächte in dieser Wohnung und hatten insgesamt eine sehr gute Zeit in Nizza.
Es wurde im Vorfeld Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, um abzusprechen, wann der Check-in stattfindet. Elisa war pünktlich da und hat uns den Weg zur Wohnung gezeigt.
Aufgrund eines Systemfehlers war die Wohnung zwar noch nicht gereinigt, aber Elisa hat sich direkt darum gekümmert (sogar nach Feierabend), dass die Reinigung eine Stunde später kam.
In der Zwischenzeit sind wir schon einmal in die Stadt gegangen. Sobald die Wohnung fertig geputzt war, konnten wir auch schnell zurück.
Ansonsten war alles super – die Lage (nah zum Hbf und zur Innenstadt/Meile) sowie eine sehr gute Bäckerei in derselben Straße.
Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls einfach und sehr hilfsbereit. Auf Nachfrage haben sie uns sogar eine zweite Decke besorgt.
Gerüche habe ich keine wahrgenommen, das einzig laute in der Wohnung war die Badezimmertür 😂

However, communication and flexibility from the managing agency were disappointing. We were charged an additional 25 EUR for a “late check-in with concierge,” which is not mentioned in house rules. Later it became clear that no one was actually meeting us and the keys were simply left in a lockbox. After raising this, the fee was refunded.
In addition, their self check-in form had a faulty payment gateway, which resulted in my card being charged three times. Although the amounts were eventually refunded, it caused avoidable inconvenience and required follow-up on our side.
We also asked for an extra set of bed sheets so one of us could sleep on the couch, after explaining a specific sleep-related need. This request was flatly refused, which was disappointing, especially given the context and length of stay.
Overall, the apartment is great, but the communication ruined our experience.

We have mixed feelings about Welkeys’s apartment in Nice. The positives were it was very clean, felt safe, well equipped, and we felt relatively to other city centre accommodations represented a good value proposition. While it’s close to the main train station of Nice it’s a bit of a walk to the beach and old town where we spent most of our time when in the city. Unfortunately we did have some issues. The WiFi did not work for the entire duration of our stay. I believe this was an anomaly and the host did make it right at checkout. Also a neighbor above us made a lot of noise during the weekend, until 03:00, so two nights we didn’t get the best rest.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, um Südfrankreich zu erkunden, da sie fußläufig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs liegt.
Bis zum Strand oder in die Altstadt sind es ca. 25 Min zu Fuß.
Leider hat die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage, was auch in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Dadurch ist es im Sommer sehr heiß in der Wohnung.
Auch liegt die Wohnung im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug, was man ebenfalls bei der Buchung berücksichtigen sollte.
Es wäre toll, wenn auch im Bad noch ein kleiner Mülleimer für Hygieneartikel untergebracht werden könnte.
Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben und es hat uns bis auf die genannten Punkte an nichts gefehlt.
Der Check-in lief reibungslos und wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Geen airco en geen lift voor naar het derde verdiep te gaan maakt wel dat je moeilijk kan afkoelen tijdens de warme dagen. Over het algemeen zeker de prijs waard vanwege de locatie.

However tried to charge us £85 for a replacement toilet seat which was broken accidentally and we would have happily replaced for €20 ourselves. This felt ridiculous and was poorly handled, which left a negative impression despite an otherwise decent stay.

I don’t usually leave a negative review, but all of the little inconveniences added up felt like enough to write here as they made our stay less enjoyable. The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and spacious. For the things that went wrong, when checking-in, they told us there was no identifying information on the specific door and was just told it was the door in front of the stairs. The door did in fact have a name plaque on it that could have been used to easily identify it. When asked when we would arrive, I said 2pm (even though check-in is stated for 3pm) and I didn’t get a counter response. When we arrived around 2:15pm, all of the previous guests’ towels and bedsheets were still there. I had to contact the manager of the apartment who then had to contact the cleaning lady to come and clean while we stepped out. If I hadn’t reached out, I am uncertain if the apartment would have been cleaned in the time between 2:30pm (when we left to get lunch) and 3:00pm. On the second day, the WiFi abruptly stopped working and said the WiFi password was incorrect. We tried numerous times to reconnect and when I reached out to the manager, they said the password hadn’t been changed and to check the WiFi router for the information (which is what they were providing online but still didn’t work). The manager wasn’t entirely helpful in getting this issue resolved and we were offered no apologies for not having WiFi for the rest of our stay. Because of that, we had to purchase new data plans as we ran through our original ones with 5 days of not having the WiFi we were expecting to have when we paid for this apartment rental. Lastly for check-out, they expected us to wash the dishes but didn’t provide dish soap to do so.

A rip off. Way Overpriced for what it is.
1. The floor was dirty and dusty
2. No blackout curtains in the bedroom. Forget about sleeping in the morning
3. The shower head could not be fixed on the wall which made the shower very uncomfortable
4. There is no air conditioning & the fans they put are simply not enough for the summer.
5. We stayed for 5 days and the towels were not changed. No spare towels were available in the flat.
6. We complained to wellkeys who manages the flat and got no answer from them. They just ghosted us.

The door however is difficult to unlock, and we had to call for help however once you know how to do it it’s easy!! Just bear in mind if you are arriving late at night. Had such a lovely week and would definitely recommend! :)

Ja nie zapłaciłam tego depozytu więc polecam ignorować wiadomości od nich. Przy zameldowaniu też jie ma nikogo z obsługi więc potem ciezko udowodnić ze np. Cos było już brudne/zniszczone. 2

I midten af vores ophold havde vi en meget ubehagelig oplevelse. Omkring midnat blev vi vækket at et højt brag, inde i lejligheden. Det var varmtvandsbeholderen på ca. 150 l., som var faldet ned fra væggen. Varmtvandsbeholderen var placeret direkte over badekaret. Hvis den var faldet ned mens vi var i bad, var vi blevet dræbt. Vandet væltede ud fra vandrøret under loftet. Det tog en time for os at stoppe det, da vi ikke havde værktøj og stophanen under køkkenvasken var rustet fast. Vi fik det kun stoppet med hjælp fra en nabo, som vi måtte vække midt om natten. Vi var dybt chokerede og skrev til Welkeyss og airbnb med det samme. Vi medsendte fotos af skaden. De reagerede først sent næste dag og sendte en manager, som dog kun skulle se skaden. Vi modtog ingen hjælp eller forståelse for vores situation og kun ringe kompensation, for de sidste dage. Vi har haft udgifter til hotel, fik ødelagt vores ferie og er stadig chokerede over hvad der kunne være sket og den behandling vi modtog.

Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable bed. Pretty good location for the price! Walkable to old town and train station.

The shower tub was not clean and the shower head did not attach to the wall. No coffee provided. Could overlook these for how nice the apartment was though. It would be easy for the place to improve those couple things to make it great. Self-check-in was also a bit difficult with a mix of auto booking.com messages and WhatsApp messages that were saying different codes for the lockbox. There is no number or anything on the apartment unit door to identify it so we felt uncomfortable putting the key in without knowing for sure. For other North American travelers, in Europe the first floor is “floor 0” so their their third floor would be considered our fourth. (To help you find the room!)

L'apartament està força ben situat ja que es pot anar a la majoria de llocs a peu. És un apartament semi reformat que cobreix totes les necessitats. Compta amb tots els estris de cuina necessaris i demés. El barri és tranquil i compta amb supermercats, botigues varies i bars- restaurants.

No hi ha ascensor (és un 3r pis). La banyera és força alta, cosa que pot provocar risc de caigudes..No hi ha campana extractora a la cuina. Les persianes no estan reformades i cauen trossos de fusta i pintura a l'exterior. Si es va amb cotxe particular és molt complicat aparcar i tota la zona és de pagament.

Hard to find the actually apartment and get in. No air flow whatsoever, no fans provided. Shower wasn’t even a shower it was a dirty bath tub with a small hand held shower head. Left over mess on the table and bird poo on the blanket. We left early because the property was unliveable. The hosts were unresponsive and unhelpful. Would not recommend

A few amnesties were missing such as the fan and soap and when we asked where the fan was because it was very hot in summer we got no response. Overall, it’s a nice apartment in a good location but there were many issues.

Квартира на 3 поверсі без ліфта, але це зазначали в описі, але якщо з важкими сумками, то трохи проблемно.
Також трохи шкода що балкон не придатний для сидіння там.
Сподобалося що ключі лежали у кодовій коробці і вам не треба додатково десь забирати ключі. Господар був весь час на звʼязку та ввічливий, дозволили заїхати трохи раніше.
Вулиця тиха і це великий плюс. Також не далеко від вокзалу та трамваю.

Check in was quite difficult for me (although the host was very responsive ) and confusing - and there was a major ant problem in the bedroom. Additionally, with all of the cleaning fees that Airbnb charges, it was surprising to be told to take out the trash. 3/5.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely view but host was not helpful instructions on how to get in we’re not clear and we were left with a half a roll of toilet paper and told we couldn’t get anymore, we had to do our own dishes which is understandable but we had to go out and buy dish soap because they wouldn’t provide any

Quelques petites choses à améliorer : pas de produit vaisselle, pas de bonde pour l'évier, un seul rouleau papier toilette, manque une mini poubelle dans la s.d.b. Des petits détails qui rajouteraient une touche de confort supplémentaire.
Malgré cela, je recommande sans hésiter !

Bakary shop and carrfour store is just 1 minutes walk.

AC-for summer, very hot to stay at day time, so at least owner should set up something
check in -not so simple, we need to call them and after 30 minutes, just drop the key from the car
No elevator- for 3rd floor is bit hard if you have big carry bag

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement im Zentrum von Nizza (5-7 Min. zum Bahnhof; 15 Min. zum Strand). Einfache Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe mit der Agentur und dem Concierge. Wir würden es sehr empfehlen!

We stayed in the flat for 3 nights. The pictures are accurate and the flat is nicely and practically furnished. However, the floor was very dirty. You didn't want to walk around barefoot and white socks were black after a few minutes. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, so it gets very hot (during the day and at night). The location is ok, you can reach most destinations by foot in 15-20 minutes. The train station is close if you want to make day trips.
The check-in and communication left a lot to be desired. We waited a long time for answers and then they were unclear.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, sauber, drinnen ruhig und hat eine super Lage. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und von dort aus kann man Ausflüge nach Monaco oder Cannes machen. Ich empfehle die Wohnung für Personen, die die Côte d'Azur erkunden möchten. Wer Ruhe und Landschaft sucht, sollte eher außerhalb von Nizza wohnen.

Great location and short walk to centre and transport. unusable balcony wasn’t described in the description of the apartment which was a shame but not the end of the world. Front door was found to be very difficult to open and close which may be unsuitable for some people. Overall fab apartment, will be visiting again. Merci!

The accommodation was fine and very clean. As we arrived just after 9am, we had to collect the keys from a locker which was quite a distance from the accommodation. A bit annoying with the luggage but okay. After landing, we were informed by message that we were not allowed to enter the balcony. This was extremely unfortunate as it was the only reason we chose this accommodation. We had the feeling that the problem already existed before we booked and was concealed from us. The communication was also short and not very helpful e.g. to find a scooter rental or some nice tips. Not extremely important but we have experienced this better with Airbnb. All in all, a solid accommodation for the price, but the Balkon situation made us very unhappy.

Immeuble très safe
La promenade des anglais à même pas 10min. La déco est épurée très jolie.
Le gros bémol à ne pas négliger LES TOILETTES NE FONCTIONNENT PAS CORRECTEMENT !!!!
Nous avons passé 4 jours à uriner dans la baignoire car impossible de les utiliser.
Mon fils de 4 ans a dû faire ses besoins dans des Sacs poubelles !!!!
Et apparemment c’est un problème qui persiste ! Ont nous a signalés que ce n’est pas la prEmière fois .
Je déconseilles pour un long séjour à plusieurs sauf si vous êtes sur d’être constipé durant tout vôtre séjour !!!!
