Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia per due notti. Nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e la disponibilità della persona che ci ha accolto, molto gentile e pronta a fornire informazioni utili.
L’appartamento si trova al piano terra. All’esterno, vicino all’ingresso, è presente un odore piuttosto sgradevole dovuto alle immondizie e alle fogne della zona. All’interno, invece, non si percepisce questo odore, ma gli ambienti risultano piuttosto umidi. L’aerazione non è ottimale, poiché le finestre affacciano sul cortile interno e non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio a lasciarle aperte. Anche il bagno è privo di finestra e dispone solo di un aspiratore.
La posizione non è centralissima: la metro dista circa 10 minuti a piedi, ma la zona è ben servita da supermercati e ristoranti. Nel complesso, nonostante qualche inconveniente legato all’umidità, siamo stati bene e siamo stati accolti co

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée de bonne taille pour 4 personnes, très bien situé et idéal pour visiter la région. Le logement se trouve dans une cour très calme et il est globalement bien équipé, ce qui est appréciable.
Cependant, quelques points pourraient être améliorés pour rendre le séjour plus confortable : la literie du canapé-lit est très usée et manque de confort. La salle de bain n’était pas parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons également rencontré un manque d’eau chaude pour 4 personnes. Enfin, une forte odeur de cigarette était présente dans la salle de bain et la salle à manger, jusque sur les serviettes de toilette.
Avec ces améliorations, le logement pourrait offrir une bien meilleure expérience.

There was plenty of bathroom storage which was quite nice to have.
It was a bit of a tight squeeze with the sofa bed out & the table but easy to make work and the table was nice during the day & for meals in.
The sofa bed was quite loud & uncomfortable, but the double bed was absolutely lovely.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Paris. Die Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Kommunikation beim Check-in lief reibungslos und sehr angenehm. Leider war die Küche kaum ausgestattet und das Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber sehr gut und ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall jedem weiterempfehlen vorallem für diesen guten Preis

Appartamento in ottima posizione, vicina a due fermate metro (circa 5/8 Min a piedi) perfetta per visitare la città. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso e dotato di numerosi ristoranti e boulangerie. Perfetto per 3 persone. In generale lo consiglierei per un soggiorno a Parigi.
Se posso dare un consiglio metterei degli appendiabiti perché non c'è molto posto dove lasciare le giacche.

The only downside was the futon in the living room, very uncomfortable and noisy that could be heard from the other room, there is a restaurant next door that you can hear dishes noise and when they dump their garbage also neighbour has construction and starts load noise in the morning, unfortunately none of the them mentioned in the add,
They said will fix the futon and talk to the restaurant, hope it is fixed for their next guests, other than that they are very nice and helpful.

Amazing location near so many restaurants and shops, and walking distance to the metro. The place was clean, quiet, and I felt safe despite the ground floor location.
Cons:
Amenities not as listed. Broken TV, broken power outlet next to the bed, broken light next to the bed and limited lighting in the bedroom. The listening advertised soap and shampoo, but unfortunately they ran out for our stay. Also, space would be tight for 4 people, but is very comfortable for 2. Also, the hosts offered late checkout due to lack of hand soap and shampoo, but took back the offer the day before checkout.
Overall, this place is the perfect location for visiting Paris and exploring the city, but has less amenities and worse service compared to other locations.

The place was AMAZING!! Jeremie was super responsive and provided clear instructions on the check in and made us feel very safe. He often checked in with us to see if everything was okay. The area was nice, close to many restaurants and bars. The amenities were also great as he provided multiple towels! Totally recommend!!

El apartamento estaba ordenado para nuestra llegada y el anfitrión consultó nuestra hora de llegada para encender el calentador del apartamento que fue maravilloso. Tiene buena ropa de cama y toallas limpias. Sin embargo no lo recomiendo para familias con niños por su ubicación. Tampoco para quienes tengan sueño liviano porque el apartamento queda en el primer piso de un edificio, compartiendo un patio trasero con un restaurante oriental que abre a las 8am y cierra a las 11pm con ruidos de cocina y conversaciones constantes. Tuvimos un susto grande en la primera mañana porque pensamos que iban a entrar al apartamento, pero cuando nos asomamos a la ventana, vimos que estaban recogiendo la basura de todo el edificio a las 6am. Aunque el apartamento tiene buena iluminación artitificial, no hay manera de tener iluminación natural y te sientes como en un sótano todo el tiempo. La cocina tiene tetera y ollas muy deterioradas que no provocan usar. Nosotros no volveríamos.

Great location not far from public transport lines which made it easier to travel around Paris.

The only negatives were that it was very hot. Another fan could be placed in the apartment as there is a lack of windows.

Alloggio con posizione ottima, ma molto sporco. Trovati rifiuti degli inquilini precenti, capelli e molta polvere. L'alloggio ha solo due porte finestre che danno sul cortile, solo una apribile. Risulta molto umido, credo derivato dalla ristrutturazione di un locale poco idoneo ad essere adibito ad abitazione. Di notte risulta freddo e umido, ma non presenta finestre per poter arieggiare, per cui si rischia di ammalarsi, come e' successo ad una persona del nostro gruppo.

Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour dans ce logement.
Les plus : la communication avec le concierge était bonne, le quartier est sympa, deux stations de métro à 700m, une bonne boulangerie et une petite supérette dans la rue, un appartement globalement bien équipé. L'appartement est facile à chauffer et il y a suffisamment d'eau chaude pour 4. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour 4. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussez au niveau d'une petite court intérieure, donc globalement calme.
Les moins : une TV non fonctionnelle, des équipements vieillissants (radiateur, sèche serviette), un meuble de salle de bain dégradé qui est tout collant et qui laisse penser que ce n'est pas propre, des murs qui ne sont plus vraiment blancs. Une sensation générale d'appartement pas 100% propre. L'appartement manque un peu d'insonorisation.

Great apartment to stay in—though a bit small, it was perfectly fine. The couch was comfortable to sleep on, and everything was clean. We especially loved how close it was to the Metro station for line 7, which conveniently connects to all major tourist attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and return ‘home’ quickly. We also used their partner, Stasher, to store our luggage—10/10, highly recommended. No complaints at all! Jeremie contacted us via SMS in English, making communication smooth and easy.

Ci sono stati dei disguidi all’arrivo. Probabilmente il boiler dell’acqua calda è stato acceso poco prima del nostro arrivo perché dopo la prima doccia calda non ci è stato possibile lavarci in tre, l’acqua era gelida. Nella stanza centrale in cui dormivano le bambine nel divano letto il riscaldamento era rotto e nonostante le altre stanze avessero radiatore la stanza è sempre rimasta freddina anche perché una parete è di vetrate.
Non buona la pulizia , capelli tra il divano e il letto armadi appiccicosi forse per l’uso di un disinfettante che non è stato risciacquato.
Mancano molti attrezzi da cucina .
Nonostante ciò l’host o chi di riferimento ha sempre risposto per cercare di chiarire i problemi

On night of arrival, the flat was super cold and one heater just didn’t work. We were freezing & had to use all the duvets provided which was uncomfortable. It says modern flat but really it’s a cheaply done flat that’s overpriced. The bathroom vanity units felt old as as if its varnish was out and left it sticky and didn’t feel hygienic, the toilet was not flushed & had black gunk in it the day we arrived. There were not enough shower amenities provided for the no. of guests & their stay. We asked for more but were told to go buy them. The worst was our shower FLOODED and water came all outside & to the kitchen area which was DISGUSTING. Then none of the sockets were properly charging and were buzzing with electric noise, and one of which BURNT our phone charger. The pillows and bed was not comfortable and gave us body pains. The toilet was close to the kitchen which doesn’t feel right. Furniture layout wasn’t best as we had to squeeze or move to get past each other. Don’t stay here

Loved the place, host was very friendly and super helpful. As we were leaving, we realized we had accidentally left a passport behind and the host was very helpful in helping us get it back, which was a huge relief! 10/10 would love to stay again the next time we're in Paris.

Place was dirty, 2 broken fan , dirty sheet was hidden in bed , pillow had big stain on , sink in bathroom and shower was dirty full of hair place was unsanitary , I purchased cleaning materials to clean the place fit for staying bottom line I had so many pi you the place which showed the real place we we walk-in we left it cleaner than we found tv of the place does not work too , entrance to place have not been cleaned for years , place was not worth even 10 € a night it should be out of market, pictures are big lies

Jérémie was the best host I had, the aparment was nice and clean and located at the liveliest part of Paris. Perfect for families and couples if you want to enjoy the night life of Paris. One note that the aparment is on the ground floor, I think it wasn't advertised on Airbnb. Nonetheless I had no problem with my stay and I will surely stay here when I visit Paris again!

Apartment need a serious maintenance , one Sofa portion found it broken , Fridge glass founded broken , Bath glass founded broken , 1 heater founded defect , not enough toilet papers, lack of Cleanup entire 4 days .coffee machine founded broken.
All items reported to Welkeys and Airbnb , but not fixed during the accommodation. Shower Boiler for Hot water not enough capacity for 3 showers and you need to wait another 3-4 hours for hot water to be prepared again.
In rest everything was perfect , apartment is in the core of Paris , practically you no need Public Transportation as the Apartment is in super central of everything . Probably this location is selling apartment so well and Host fail to invest in damaged equipment's . Was quite Clean , but not Sparkling Clean .Bath needs full reshaping . Again million thanks to Welkeys Jeremy as it was super nice, help

Jeremie was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items. The apartment was located in a quiet, private place. It is not far to walk to the shopping centers of Paris. The main attractions were also within walking distance.
Negative:
Didn't like that the apartment door had an automatic locking system that locked the door and you couldn't get in. The key was inside the door. Unfortunately, we didn't know that and we weren't told that. It is very easy to forget. If the key is forgotten or left on the other side and you close the door, you will not be able to enter. Fortunately, my problem was quickly answered and a locksmith was called who quickly opened the door.
