Vous pourrez également profiter facilement depuis l'appartement des attractions de Marineland, du vieil Antibes et du musée Picasso d'Antibes.
Au pied de l'immeuble, vous trouverez l'animation traditionnelle des bords de mer : plusieurs dizaines de restaurants, de cafés, de boulangeries, de snacks, de jeux pour enfants, de magasins proposant des locations de vélos... afin de ne rien manquer des activités de plein air !

Zu unserem Bedauern mussten wir bereits am ersten Tag einen starken Schimmelbefall an der gesamten Schlafzimmerwand feststellen. Zudem war die Unterkunft extrem laut, da die Fenster praktisch keinerlei Geräusche abgehalten haben. Zusätzlich waren mehrere Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Schränke und Türen beschädigt.
Aufgrund des massiven Schimmelproblems hat uns Airbnb glücklicherweise bereits am nächsten Tag eine alternative, geeignete Unterkunft vermittelt.
Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft daher keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Einmal über die Strasse und man ist direkt am Meer. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwischen 5-15min. zu Fuss erreichbar.
Dickes Plus gibt es für den privaten Parkplatz auf dem abschliessbaren Hinterhof.
Das Self-CheckIn hat gut geklappt und wurde ausreichend gut beschrieben via Foto und Video auch wenn den Standort (bei einem Ständer für Mietfahrräder) der Schlüsselbox nicht ganz optimal ist.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist zwar für bis drei Personen ausgeschrieben aber es wird schon ein bisschen eng dann. Vor allem das Bettsofa eher zu der kleinen Sorte gehört.
Aber wir konnten uns arrangieren.
Was unser gesamt Eindruck leider wirklich getrübt hat, ist die allgemeine Sauberkeit.
Flecken an der Wand, zum Teil klebrige Oberflächen, zum Teil fleckige Kissen, unsauber wirkendes Geschirr hinterlassen leider einen unsauberen/schmuddligen Eindruck. Das ist gerade wegen tollen Lage schade.

The place is not well maintained. A lot of things are broken, old and not clean. The elevator is broken at the day we checked in so we had to take stairs to 4th floor with two 23KG luggage. And we noticed the hot water ran out in a few minutes and we messaged the host. We never get any response. Wifi connection is terrible. We stayed here for 6 nights. The only good thing about this apartment is the location.

The apartment is magical, with an incredible view and the perfect size for what I was looking for.
There were a few things to note: the lockbox had several keys inside, and there were no clear instructions on which one to use, which caused some initial confusion. My assigned parking space was taken, so I had to park elsewhere. Also, there is no direct access from the back parking lot to the apartment you need to walk around and enter from the front.
During my stay, the water was out for about a day. Additionally, there was no dish soap, yet they ask that you wash the dishes before leaving. There were no basic amenities like soap or shampoo. The apartment only had a capsule coffee machine with three capsules there was no French press or drip coffee maker.
Overall, if you come prepared and bring your own essentials, the apartment is truly wonderful, and I would stay again. Just keep in mind the small details that you may need to plan for.

Séjour agréable, une vue magnifique qui fait oublier le fait que ce soit plutôt un studio qu'un appartement, la chambre n'a pas de fenêtre et n'est séparée que par une paroi mobile , le lit trop grand on a du mal à tourner autour. la rue est bruyante et l'isolation phonique un peu insuffisante.
Par contre nous sommes arrivés tôt et avons apprécier le fait de pouvoir occuper les lieux de suite.
le parking est bien pratique.
le point fort est la vue.

Mieszkanie położone w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji z pięknym widokiem na morze i bezpośrednim dostępem do plaży. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna, co sprzyjało relaksowi, a krajobrazy robiły naprawdę duże wrażenie. W okolicy znajduje się kilka restauracji, kawiarni oraz barów, które wyróżniają się bardzo dobrą kuchnią.
Niestety, zaraz po wejściu do apartamentu dało się wyczuć nieprzyjemną woń kurzu oraz zapach zwierząt, co było dla nas dość uciążliwe. Ogólny poziom czystości mieszkania pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Ze względu na nieszczelne okna, do mieszkania łatwo docierały hałasy z zewnątrz.
Podsumowując, lokalizacja, widoki, a także szybki i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami rekompensują pewne niedociągnięcia.

First off; our stay here was lovely! On the promenade, wonderful bakeries just below, close to restuarants and 15 mins walk to the train station. The view really is spectacular. We gave it a 4 star because the view is a bit of a playoff with the noise of the road and restuarants below. I would advise earplugs to future guests if you're a light sleeper.
Be advised that there is no cleaning fee mentioned on the listing but we were still charged an extra €100 for a cleaning fee. Language barrier made this discussion a bit difficult but we understood that it was a necessary charge despite not being listed.
All in all, lovely stay, beautiful view and good location.

The train station is also an easy walk which made travel very convenient. Everything was even better than expected, for probably the best value property in the Nice area.

Opvaskemaskine fuld af vand, emhætte virker ikke, meget beskidt, værten ikke okay, betjening til port/parkering virkede heller ikke, brusestang falder ned, afløb i håndvask stoppet, fugt i vægge både i soverum og køkken, samt der stod at der var balkon/terrasse og intet er eksisterende - virkelig en dårlig oplevelse! - fraflyttede efter 1,5 dag!
Hade inte bokat denna igen men det funkade bra för en 3 nätters vistelse.

- otydliga instruktioner, fick filmer skickade som handlade om parkeringen och inte var nyckeln var utlagd. Blev förvirrande och tog tid, när det egentligen hade gått fort annars med tydlighet. Verkade även som att hosten blev irriterad och dumförklarade mig när jag frågade om detta…
- Det är lägenhet och inte hotell, så ingen möter en fysiskt vilket kan kännas som ett minus.
- det fanns bortfall av tapeten bla bakom sängen och allmänt dåligt skick på mycket saker.
- är en bit att gå till tågstationen
- kändes inte helt rent även om det var städat före. Men det kan vara att det mesta är gammalt i lägenheten som man får det intrycket.

- Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler stanken, waren ungepflegt/verkeimt und mussten erst selbst gereinigt werden (hohe Temperatur mit Essig)
- für kurzzeitige Aufenthalte kauft man keine Geschirrspültabs, musste per Hand gespült werden (nicht schlimm, aber: wie trocknen mit stinkendem Tuch und fehlendem Abtropfgestell?)
- folglich müffelnde Handtücher und Geschirrhandtücher
- nach Lagerort für Bettzeug musste erst gefragt werden
- die Halterung der Dusche kam beim Duschen aus der Wand
- Flächen wie Tisch/Bar ungewischt, total staubig/sandig
- Lärm (Meer: schön; Flugzeuge/Straße: nervig) war auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören
- Irre: dafür zahlt man auch noch Kaution, die man Tage später aktiv zurückfordern muss

Lack of convenient public transportation to the city center to which SNCF train is the only option. It is about 12 minutes' walk to the nearest station. It would have been nice to provide a copy of user manual for the washing machine as we had a hard time figuring out how to operate the machine optimally. It always went into delayed start mode after a program was selected.

Après avoir réparé le sommier dont il manquait des pieds, réparé la porte de la douche, acheté une poubelle manquante, rajouté une alèse de propreté sur le matelas et faire un peu de ménage le séjour à été parfait !!!
Il est très bien situé, la vue sur la mer est très agréable et il y a de belles promenade à faire.
Je tiens à préciser que suite à nos réclamations nous avons été remboursé de 60 euros, mais par contre aucune intervention ni réaction pour voir si les problèmes rencontrés avaient été réglés.

I had to use all the towels to clean up the floor. I sent a message to the contact and didn’t hear back from her for 10 hours. I asked for new towels and none were brought nor was the drain fixed.

Il ne manquait que les produits d’hygiènes mentionnés dans l’annonce.
Une poubelle autre que celle de la salle de bain serait à prévoir dans la cuisine.

Die Wohnung war super sauber und alles war schnell erreichbar. Der Bahnhof war nicht weit entfernt sodass Tagesausflüge nach Monaco, Nizza und weitere Städte in der Nähe perfekt machbar waren.

Apartment with beautiful sea view but is truly incredibly hot throughout the day! Expect the place to be a hotbox from 9am-4pm.
My chocolates left on the kitchen counter (far from the window) melted after a day - in the rather cool and rainy first week of May!
The sliding doors offered stunning views to the sea and functioned as the only window in the apartment. So, you enjoy relative silence and boil inside with windows closed or enjoy some breeze with traffic noises.
Communication was quite frustrating - you get passed among different staff.
They have 1) an airbnb staff who asks you reach out to 2) a local manager who directs you to a 3) third staff. There's little update among them so you get sent conflicting messages often about check-in/-out times and procedure.
While they asked several times about my check-in time to "ensure someone's there to greet me", I arrived to find out it's just self check-in. Don't abandon your plans just to make their check in time

Appartement très bien situé et vue magnifique !
Seulement quelques petits points nous ont déçu et mériteraient d’être améliorés. Beaucoup de bruit et de lumière le matin pour la 3ème personne qui couche dans la partie salon. 1 seul rouleau de papier WC prévu pour 3 personnes et surtout pour 4j/3nuits. Aucun sac poubelle prévu dans l’appartement. Une machine à café sans aucune capsule d’avance. Pleins de petits achats supplémentaires à prévoir (pas évidents sur un week-end prolongé avec jour férié)… Sinon facile d’accès et emplacement idéalement situé.

Proche de la plage. Parking privé. Belle vue.
Negative:
Très bruyant. Petit lit mal placé. Problème dans la douche. Pas très propre.
Superbe séjour

La situation. Pouvoir prendre son café le matin avec cette vue , c'est magique.
L'appartement est bien conçu et bien équipé.
Negative:
Un petit bémol est peut-être le bruit du trafic mais la vue que l'on a fait vite oublié cela.

Le principal irritant lors de cette location a été la propreté des lieux. Je ne peux pas croire qu'on m'a chargé 142$CAD pour faire le ménage à mon départ dans un si petit appartement. Ceux qui sont passés avant moi ont dû payer aussi un montant pour qu'il soit propre pour les prochains occupants. J'ai envoyé des preuves photos : vaisselle sale, plancher sale, fourmis... Pour 142$, une femme de ménage au Québec nettoie deux maisons complètes de deux étages et c'est propre quand elle part. Welkey a consenti à un dédommagement de 120$CAD, c'est peu, mais mieux que rien.
Deuxièmement, bien que inclus, le stationnement n'était pas disponible, sans m'avoir avisé. Si j'avais su, je n'aurais jamais loué cet appartement. Méchant problème pour trouver un emplacement et sortir pour payer les droits de stationnement.
Finalement, l'endroit est très bruyant, la fenestration n'aidant pas. J'avoue que je m'en doutais en louant.

A notre grande surprise, pas de cuvette toilettes,ni d abattant. Nous en avons immédiatement informé le contact lui envoyant une photo et nous répond que les précédents locataires l'ont casse puis a rajouté:
"J’ai demandé à la femme de ménage de bien javelliser"
J'ai relancé un message demandant de quelle manière étions nous censé aller aux toilettes pdt nos 5 jours de séjour et elle ne nous a même pas repondu.

Nous n'avons eu le choix que de nous déplacer en dehors de la ville pour acheter une cuvette WC dans une maison de bricolage.
Nous retrouver sans parking et devoir le payer tous les jours c'est une chose que nous avons accepté mais ne pas pouvoir aller aux toilettes cela est inadmissible.
ET BIEN SUR AUCUNES EXCUSES.

On a passé un très beau séjour à Cagnes-sur-Mer. L' apparemment est assez petit pour 3 personnes, mais suffisant pour y passer une semaine. La cuisine est très bien équipée, sauf la lave-vaisselle qui n' est pas du tout pratique. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et la plage est juste en face. Il y une boulangerie juste à côté et aussi d' autres commerces pas très loin. Vu que l' apparemment donne sur une rue avec pas mal de circulation, il y a beaucoup de bruit, même pendant la nuit.
La communication avec Welkeys et avec notre hóte personnelle a été super! Check-in et Check-out sans problèmes par boîte à clé. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer wirklich tollen Lage. 1min bis zum Strand und es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und Supermärkte sind auch nicht weit weg. Auch die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen ist sehr gut. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen und ca 5 Tage auch ausreichend groß. Für eine längere Zeit dann aber etwas klein. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend und für eine Ferienwohnung prima. Leider funktionierte die Waschmaschine nicht richtig und die Duschamateur ist auch sehr lose.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Das Apartment hat eine super Lage, direkt am Strand. Restaurants befinden sich direkt in der Nähe und der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist selbst für ein größeres Auto geeignet. Check-in und Kommunikation sind reibungslos und sehr nett verlaufen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: beim Check-out kam das Reinigungsteam leider ca. 1 Stunde zu früh in die Wohnung (ohne zu klingeln). Das war etwas unangenehm. Ich würde das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war wie angegeben. Man erhält einen im Preis inbegriffenen Parkplatz auf einem abgezäunten Innenhof. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Der Ausblick ist ein absolutes Highlight. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Welkeys und unserem persönlichen Host verlief super. Der Check-In per Lockbox war unkompliziert. Das einzige Manko ist die Wohnungstür, die etwas Geduld erfordert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Malheureusement le reste est vraiment à revoir: Pas de bon double vitrage et donc pour dormir le soir c'est un peu galère vu que c'est sur une route très passante. De plus les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultant et donc le réveil chaque matin est un peu pénible.
L'ensemble du mobilier n'est pas de bonne qualité et la machine à laver est inutilisable (tellement pas propre). En fin la télé est vraiment à revoir, ancienne génération et fait la taille d'une tablette.

We like the pozition of the apartament that was close to the beach, there is a problem with the front door, and the drawers in the bathroom closet are hard to open, otherwise everything was wonderful.
