Localisé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur, il offre une vue imprenable sur le Massif du Mont-Blanc et dispose d'un BALCON qui sera très apprécié pendant les beaux jours.

Vous pourrez profiter du balcon, équipé d'une table avec deux chaises, pour manger à l'extérieur avec vue sur le Mont Blanc.
L'immeuble est très calme, et vous pourrez tout faire à pied : le Super U est à 350 mètres, la poste à 150 mètres et de nombreux restaurants sont à proximité.
L'accès aux pistes se fait facilement grâce à la navette. Vous serez aussi proches des départs des nombreuses randonnées.
Vous disposerez de carte de transport pour circuler gratuitement sur les trajets internes du train entre Servoz et Vallorcine et à des tarifs réduits avec les navettes urbaines Chamonix Bus (sauf Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Célèbre station de ski, Chamonix est réputée pour sa localisation au pied du Mont Blanc, le plus haut sommet d’Europe occidentale. Capitale de l'alpinisme, Chamonix est bien plus qu'une station : 10 domaines skiables composent sa vallée, un centre ville authentique et animé et de nombreuses activités sont proposées en hiver comme en été (raquettes, ski de fond, balade en chien de traineaux, magnifique spa face au Mont-Blanc, randonnées vers des lacs d'altitude, VTT…). D’autres lieux touristiques sont très appréciés : l’Aiguille du Midi, point de départ pour la mythique Vallée Blanche, vous invite à une experience unique à 3800m d'altitude, ou encore le Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, menant à la Mer de Glace. Cette dernière est une vallée de glaciers de 7,5 km de long. Des paysages spectaculaires sont à découvrir tout au long de l'année.

La gare SNCF de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc est à 6 minutes à pied.
Il y a un arrêt de bus à 50m, qui dessert toute la vallée.

Clean, modern, centrally located. A great option for 2 pax.

The flat is modern, clean and well appointed with a great view of Mont Blanc from the windows and terrace. The kitchen is modern and well furnished with a variety of equipment for cooking. Plenty of closet space for a short trip. The bathroom is clean and modern with hot water. Wifi is fast and The SMART TV with streaming service was great for relaxing in the evenings. It is centrally located in the center of town near shops and restaurants. It's a short walk from the train station and near the bus stations. It is a very easy walk to the cable care of Aigule du Midi or the train for La Mer de Glace or other activities. I would gladly stay again.

There is only one key for the apartment. They didn't provide enough toilet paper and we had to buy more. Since it's in the center of town, it was common in the evenings while trying to sleep to to hear the occasional yells of people partying below. We also heard the the explosions from the avalanche control being done on the mountain. They ask you to provide an inventory of check-in and check-out that can be quite tedious to do. It's really more suitable for 2 people. There is a sofa bed to host up to 4 but I wouldn't recommend it as the person/s sleeping here will not have any privacy and be in the common area.

I had a great stay. The apartment is in an excellent location right in the city centre, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. The building also has a lift, which made it easy to bring my luggage up to the apartment. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
