The agency behind the listing were responsive but when I flagged a missing portable fans (mentioned in the listing) when I checked in, they ignored me even though the weather was very hot and the sun hits the apartment all day long; my family slept the first night and woke up tired and suffering headaches which ruined most of our next day. When I re-asked them again the next day, they told me they will try to get us the missing portable fans but they never showed up.

Clean apartment, well situated, but uncomfortable sleep unfortunately.

Clean, nice apartment. Beautiful view and balcony. Communication was kind and considerate of our needs in terms of a slightly later check-in/check-out.
Negative:
The bed quality was very very poor. Adults are unable to sleep on the sofa bed, but even our small kids complained about the Iron bedframe that can be felt and the mattress is extremely uneven. The bedroom bed was equally poor; after the first night we realized it was because almost all bedslats were broken and a couple missing. If both beds are replaced, we would recommend, now unfortunately not.

Un probleme d’evacuation dans doute qui procure une odeur nauséabonde.
