Our stay at Bay View Village was amazing. The view was absolutely beautiful, the apartment was clean, and the swimming pool was great for both children and adults.
Everything we needed was provided, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner, and more. The hosts responded to our messages quickly and even came to check that everything was okay, which was very kind and thoughtful.
Because the house is located high on the hillside, you need to drive on a steep and challenging serpentine road to get there, so be prepared for that. However, the views are absolutely worth it.
This is such a beautiful place. I fell in love with the scenery and am very grateful for the opportunity to stay here for a while.

Unser Aufenthalt war toll! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, bot alles was man brauchte und hatte eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Der Kontakt zum Host war super und immer gut zu erreichen, inklusive Empfehlungen was man unternehmen kann. Die Unterkunft ist auf einem Berg, aber selbst für unsichere Autofahrer gut zu meistern. Man kommt schnell an andere Orte mit dem Auto. Check In & Out waren super flexibel. Insgesamt war es einfach toll und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!😊⛵️

The view is absolutely incredible! The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for 3-4 people. The host was fantastic even when one of our party arrived earlier than expected they were very flexible. Would definitely stay again.

The view from the house is phenomenal, the first drive up might be intimidating but after you’ve done it once it’s easy. The view is breathtaking, and the entire night you have a full view of the lite up bay areas. Was right next to a horse ranch where I kids got to enjoy a petting zoo and horse back riding. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Sehr schöne kleine Appartementanlage. Die Wohnung und Küche waren toll ausgestattet! Der Blick über die Bucht ist wunderschön! Man hat seine Ruhe und ist doch in 10Minuten mit dem Auto in Herceg Novi. Tolle Location!
Die bereits erwähnte Baustelle ist direkt vor der Terrasse. D.h. bis zur Fertigstellung hat man definitiv Baulärm.

Jerome’s place was excellent. My family with multiple children from 1 year old to 5 years old all had a place to call home for our stay in Montenegro. Jerome is a great host that went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The drive up the mountain was intimidating but safe enough to feel comfortable after the first drive. The view is unreal and nearby ranch was perfect for the kids. I highly recommend this to all.

Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch. Onbetaalbaar. Mede daardoor zijn we vaker bij de locatie gebleven. We konden er uren naar kijken en van genieten. Het zwembad is lekker. Er werd op dat moment gebouwd maar ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat wij er niet zo een last van hadden. Er was bedrijvigheid en er werd hard gewerkt zonder al te veel geluid.

Construction workers next to the house constantly monitored the house. Construction noises were heard day and night. At midnight on the last day, construction workers came to the roof of the house and looked at the people in the pool. There was work being done on the roof at night and it was very noisy. They flew a drone over our heads without our permission. The owner is a good person and the house was beautiful. However, if you are looking for privacy, you should not choose this house. It was not worth the money we paid.

Die Unterkunft ist Top. Sie sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig und ein Auto ist definitiv notwendig. Die Aussicht vom Berg ist sehr schön und es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

This place was amazing! These views from there were breathtaking. The road to get there was very unique and with wonderful views. The pool was pleasantly warm.
It was very nice outside in the evening, the view of the city was beautiful.
Apartment was very clean and everything necessary was there.
Jèrôme himself was very nice host, answered questions quickly and suggested places to visit. He was always very cheerful and friendly.
I recommend this apartment to everyone, who are looking place that gives you special experience. With views, which you have never seen.

We arrived late at night and were greeted by the host. A delicious surprise was waiting for us on the table.
The cozy atmosphere combined with impeccable cleanliness made our vacation truly unforgettable. The host was incredibly hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views that we had never seen before. While swimming in the pool, you can enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Kator. From the brand new room to the fantastic amenities, every aspect exceeded our expectations.
We can't wait to return for another fantastic vacation! I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a peaceful and pleasant vacation with the best view in the world. Thank you, Jerome.
