Il se compose d'une cuisine équipée et ouverte disposant d'un bar avec 2 tabourets, d'un séjour salon avec TV, internet Wi-Fi fibre, 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain avec douche.
L'immeuble donne sur la rue du Commandant André, rue centrale avec ses restaurants et magasins, à 2 pas de la rue d'Antibes, de la célèbre Croisette et de la gare à pied. Le parking payant Gray d'Albion est également à proximité. Vous ne serez qu'à 8 minutes du Palais des Festivals.
L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Cannes à pied et profiter de ses nombreux atouts : plages, soleil, festivals, congrès, shopping...
Salle de bain avec sèche-serviettes, douche avec robinet thermostatique, sèche-cheveux puissant, grand réservoir d'eau chaude.
La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur avec petit compartiment congélateur, d'une plaque à induction 2 feux, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'un micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire et d'une machine Nespresso.

## Neighborhood
L'appartement se situe dans la célèbre banane cannoise. Vous y trouverez de nombreux commerces et vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes des rues animées de Cannes (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes...), du Palais des Festivals et des nombreux marchés de la ville.
## Transit
L'appartement ne se trouve qu'à 5 minutes de la gare. C'est le moyen de transport le plus simple pour venir à Cannes. Si vous venez en voiture, un parking public (payant) se situe au niveau de la gare ou au Gray d'Albion.
## Notes
Attention, l'appartement est au 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Il est donc déconseillé aux personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité.
L'utilisation du câble et de l'Apple TV est un peu compliquée, mais tout à fait gérable :
identifiez d'abord les télécommandes
- la longue télécommande, celle pour la télévision
- la télécommande moyenne avec un petit bouton bleu sur lequel est dessiné une maison, celle pour le câble
- la télécommande Apple TV, la petite télécommande métallique.
1/ Pour regarder le câble, allumez la télévision avec la longue télécommande et appuyez sur « source » jusqu'à ce que « HDMI 1 » apparaisse. Passez ensuite à la télécommande avec la maison bleue, allumez-la, puis appuyez sur le bouton bleu « Home » (Accueil) sur le téléviseur, appuyez sur « OK », puis naviguez parmi les chaînes à l'aide des flèches. C'est tout !
2/ Apple TV Allumez le téléviseur à l'aide de la grande télécommande et appuyez sur « Source » jusqu'à ce que « HDMI 4 » s'affiche. Prenez la petite télécommande et appuyez sur le bouton central pour allumer l'Apple TV. À partir de là, vous pouvez regarder Netflix, mais n'achetez pas de films sur iTunes, sinon vous serez facturé. Écoutez votre musique en vous connectant à l'Apple TV.

Soggiorno di lavoro, il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo, non si possono pagare 500 euro al giorno.
Positive:
Di positivo la location, in pieno centro con il Palazzo del Cinema facilmente raggiungibile. Situato al 4 piano con scale molto ripide senza ascensore non puoi permetterti di entrare ed uscire più di 2 volte al giorno. Ho rinforzato i polpacci in 5 giorni di soggiorno. La cosa più negativa in assoluto la pressione dell'acqua veramente debolissima, difficile non solo fare la doccia ma anche lavarsi i denti.

Deux choses à prendre en compte :
- Absence d'ascenseur et 4 étages à monter
- Pas de place de parking à proximité, il est nécessaire de payer une place dans le parking souterrain

I think technically this apartment can sleep four, but it would be a very tight squeeze for four people! It's also at the top of 6 flights of stairs, so would not suit anyone with any kind of mobility issue. However, it's situated about 10 minutes' walk away from the Palais, and the entire route is lively and well-lit, so feels safe even at night. Great for a short stay.

I arrived early and bumped into Juliens mother who was cleaning the apartment and she greeted me with a big smile and helpful suggestions for the local area. The only downside to the apartment is that as it is central it is noisy especially at weekends. Keep the windows shut at all times. Which you would in full summer anyway!

Bilan: un peu cher, sachant qu'a 220€ la nuit (tout compris), on est quasiment au prix d'une chambre au Martinez ou au Carlton en promo. Ma collègue avait la même semaine une chambre au Marinez à 240€.

Inizio spendendo due parole su Julien il quale si è mostrato una persona molto disponibile, corretta e puntuale nel soddisfare le proprie richieste.
Giudizio positivo ma non a pieni voti sull'appartamento, iniziando dai pro:
- location: in pieno centro veramente a due passi dal mare e dalla croisette
- appartamento moderno con tutto il necessario: dalle pentole alla biancheria non manca nulla.
Passando ai contro:
- parcheggio inesistente: se non si è baciati dalla fortuna tocca parcheggiare nei parcheggi sotterranei a pagamento (30€ 24h)
- niente ascensore e quattro piani a piedi. Può essere un pro per chi vuole rimanere in forma, ma preferisco allocare questo punto tra i contro.
- solitamente a Cannes il clima è mite, ma se dovesse far freddo non sperate di confidare nel calore di casa, perché l'appartamento ha dei muri antichi e quindi freddi e il il riscaldamento rende l'ambiente solo più umido che caldo.
Nonostante i contro evidenziati (era opportuno sottolineare maggiormente i contro dai pro), consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo appartamento nella dolce Cannes.

Julien is a perfect host! Even though we didn't meet, it was very easy for us to get to our place...
Julien is a perfect host! Even though we didn't meet, it was very easy for us to get to our place. He informed us about every important things, from how to get to our home to where to go out and see all around the city. It was possible to contact him all the time, and he was always very polite!
The appartment was clean when we arrived, it included all we needed!
And it's a PERFECT location in the middle of Cannes next to the Festival house, to all the nice restaurants, shopping streets and train station.
It was really a pleasure for us to stay there and we absolutely recommend the appartment! And of course we want to visit again :)

Julien's apartment is very conveniently located, very close to the station and more importantly the French Riviera! I had a very enjoyable stay there with family and would gladly use it for a 2-3 person trip several times over! It is however on the 4th floor and there's no elevator so those with lots of luggage should be a bit wary.. On the plus side it keeps you fit for the beach :)

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con il mio fidanzato e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Julien è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile, e veloce nelle risposte. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione fornita nell'annuncio, è molto carino e confortevole e ti fa davvero sentire come a casa. Le stanze sono luminose, e l'arredamento bianco fa risaltare l'ambiente.
Mi è piaciuto trovare tutto il necessario, molte pentole, una macchina da caffè Nespresso, tanti attrezzi per cucinare... Inoltre Julien ci ha lasciato l'attrezzatura base che di solito non si trova negli appartamenti di vacanza, tipo sale-olio, caffè, detersivi, spugne, bagnoschiuma... Una bella sorpresa!
La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dai negozi.
Sono pienamente soddisfatta dell'esperienza!

The apartment was very easy to find and in a very central location, I understand what other reviews mean about the noise but I think thats the price you pay for a central apartment in Cannes! We unfortunately had a power outage on our arrival due to a thunderstorm but Julien was easy to contact. The apartment is clean, as desribed and suitable for a short stay in Cannes. It was lacking a few comforts like beach towels or coffee for the coffee machine and the aircon isnt that powerful during a heatwave..but other than that cant fault it.

Julien was very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The place was very very clean with everything one might need for a short stay. Glad to recommend.

I had a very pleasant stay in Cannes. The apartment was very clean and bright, it’s a cozy place if you need a base to stay in Cannes. For coffee lovers, there is nesspresso machine, with variety of coffee choices,, fridge with water and some beers, available wifi. The apartment is located right in the centre, with easy access to the main areas. The only downside of the place is that AC is not very powerful and could get very hot inside; also the apartment is on the 4th floor. Not fun if you have a heavy luggage but on the plus side, it could be a good exercise especially after high carb meals ☺
The best thing about this apartment is the landlord who is reachable at any time, cordial and accommodating.

Le studio est donc moderne, propre, très bien aménagé et équipé. Rien ne manque !

Julien est un hôte TRÈS agréable et qui, bien qu'il ne soit pas sur place, répond TRÈS rapidement à toutes nos interrogations. Ses petites attentions (comme les dosettes de café :-) !!) sont appréciées et nous font sentir comme à la maison !
