Chaleureux et bien aménagé, le logement comprend :

## Emplacement
Le 18ème arrondissement se trouve au nord de Paris et comprend les quartiers de La goutte d'Or et de Montmartre. Ce dernier est l'une dessus plus hautes buttes de Paris et la vue du sommet vaut le déplacement. L'église du Sacré-Coeur, Bastion de la Commune au XIXème siècle, Montmartre est ensuite devenu le quartier de nombreux artistes comme Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec et bien d'autres. Le 18ème arrondissement est donc très contrasté, intégrant îlots ethniques à un secteur bourgeois ou le contraire. Le Boulevard de Clichy, près de la Place Pigalle, a de nombreux cafés et bars très agréables, conférant au quartier un certain dynamisme et une certaine respectabilité.

Appartamento vicinissimo alla stazione della metro

Vicinissimo alla metro, appartamento in ordine e pulito. Comodo per gli spostamenti e nei dintorni trovi tutto, ristoranti, supermercati, ecc... A 2 passi da Montmartre! Noi eravamo una famiglia con 2 bambine e siamo stati bene. E se mi capitasse di nuovo ll'occasione di andare a Parigi ci tornerei!

Non mi é piaciuto l'odore di fritto che proveniva dalla cucina del ristorante subito attaccato al portone di ingresso del palazzo, ma purtroppo non é colpa dell'host. Forse dovrebbe dare qualche servizio in più ad esempio fornire le cialde del caffè per la macchinetta che si trova a disposizione, e fornire più carta igienica soprattutto per soggiorni lunghi, noi abbiamo trascorso 6 notti in 4 e c'erano solamente 2 rotoli di carta igienica.

Poorly Equipped Accommodation

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, making it very easy to get around Paris. It's also situated in the beautiful Montmartre neighborhood, one of the city's most charming and authentic areas, with a wonderful atmosphere, great cafés, and plenty to explore.
Negative:
I expected much more from this accommodation. While the location is excellent and one of the property's greatest strengths, the lack of basic amenities and the very minimal equipment significantly detract from the overall experience. The apartment is very sparsely furnished and equipped, with only one towel provided per guest regardless of the length of the stay, no air conditioning, and a dishwasher that is installed but not connected, making it unusable. It's a real shame because the excellent location in Montmartre is overshadowed by these shortcomings.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wygodny apartament

Lokalizacja!!!! Lokalizacja absolutnie wyjątkowa, jeśli chcesz poczuć prawdziwy klimat Paryża, w sercu przepięknej dzielnicy Montmartre. Bazylika, urocze uliczki, artystyczna magia, winnica, kawiarenki i restauracje na wyciągnięcie ręki.
Metro po drugiej stronie ulicy, co przy całodniowym zwiedzaniu było bardzo wygodne. Obok fantastyczna restauracja Rita, kawiarnia i bar (mimo tego w nocy było cicho). Blisko sklep spożywczy otwarty do 2 w nocy.
Apartament wygodny, przestronny, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, chociaż jadaliśmy głównie w mieście, na plus ekspres do kawy, wygodne łóżko.
Świetny kontakt z obsługą apartamentu, dokładne instrukcje zameldowania czy obsługi ekspresu. Miejsce z ogromnym potencjałem, za dobrą cenę. Jeśli wrócimy, to nie będę szukać niczego innego.

リビングスペースのランプが壊れていて、灯りが何も無かった。テレビはあるがチャンネル登録されておらず、使い方の説明書もなかったので、何も見られなかった。
シャワールームから悪臭がした。また、2人連続でシャワーを浴びると、2人目の途中でお湯が出なくなり、不便だった。
キッチンの蛇口がきちんと固定されておらず、使う度にグラグラ動いてとても使いにくかった。

Very basic but in an excellent location

Excellent location with lots of delicious food options nearby. Opposite the metro station for easy travel. An easy walk for sunrise at Sacre Coeur.

Buona Posizione , appartamento accettabile ma Gestione della comunicazione davvero PESSIMA

Ho prenotato per 5 giorni la struttura principalmente per la posizione ( nella magica atmosfera di Montmartre e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Basilica del Sacro Cuore ) ma anche perche' era proprio di fronte alla fermata della metro Lamarck , il che per una famiglia di tre persone era un vantaggio non di poco conto, appartamento facilmente raggiungibile e accessibile , discretamente pulito , non molto curato nei particolari ma dotato di tutto quello che poteva servire per chi (come noi ) lo usava per lo piu' per dormire trascorrendo la maggior parte della giornata fuori ad ammirare le meraviglie che la citta' di Parigi ha da offrire, bagno in uno stato discreto , certamente avrei apprezzato la presenza di qualche rotolo di carta igienica in piu' rispetto all'unico rotolo presente all'arrivo che per una famiglia di tre persone che soggiornano 5 notti obbiettivamente e' un po' troppo poco ( tanto che ne ho dovuto comprare altri)...cucina nemmeno utilizzata ma sembrava in ordine e dotata del necessario per cucinare , macchina da caffe' presente sul piano della cucina ma non dotata di alcuna capsula di caffe' ( altro dettaglio che diversamente sarebbe stato anch'esso apprezzato ....del resto si sa'.... i dettagli di poco conto molto spesso fanno la vera Differenza ...) prese elettriche nella stanza da letto scomode da raggiungere ( la prsa sul lato sx era inaccessibile per la presenza del letto che la copriva completamente , termosifoni ok anche se un po' lenti a riscaldarsi , finestre moderne , porte interne che avrebbero bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione insieme al piccolo e fragile tavolinetto bianco e rotondo presente in soggiorno , muri con qualche segno di umidita' , presenza di parquet in discrete condizioni , nell'insieme appartamentino accettabile per un uso per lo piu' notturno e per chi ama la zona di Montmarte.

E' stato molto spiacevole ed imbarazzante constatare la pessima comunicazione nella gestione del check-in : circa un mese prima del check-in mi si chiede tramite SMS su booking i dettagli circa il mio soggiorno (numero di persone, stima dell'ora di arrivo ) facendo presente al contempo le regole generali tra cui l'orario del check-in previsto per le ore 16.00 e precisando che se avessi avuto bisogno di un early check-in or di un late check-out avrei potuto contattare il loro collaboratore (Djema Aissi). Precisavo che l'orario del mio arrivo presso l'appartamento era stimato tra le 11:00 e le 12:00 ..chiedendo al contempo se potevo lasciare per alcune ore le valigie prima dell'apertura del check-in ! Mi si risponde che per quanto riguarda il check-in anticipato o il deposito dei bagagli prima dell'orario standard era possibile concordarlo con il referente locale, Djema Aissi, contattandolo telefonicamente entro 2 giorni dal mio arrivo.
Cinque giorni prima del mio arrivo (sempre tramite booking) ricevo le necessarie istruzioni per accedere nell'appartamento precisando che potevo effettuare il check-in a partire dalle ore 7.00 AM ( testuale: As requested, you can pick up the keys from 07:00 AM.) Rassicurato da quest'ultimo messaggio, dall'aeroporto mi dirigo all'indirizzo della struttura, arrivo intorno alle ore 11.00 davanti al portone esterno...ho qualche difficolta' ad entrare, provo a contattare via whatshapp Djema Aissi, mi risponde che il chech-in era intorno alle 16'00,c he l'appartamento non era ancora pulito e di ritornare alle 4 PM...invio diversi screenshot inviatomi su booking ma mi si rispondeva in maniera incongrua e assurda ..morale...con la zavorra delle valigie ci siamo diretti in centro (ile de la cite') quando alle 13.42 con le dovute scuse per il misunderstanding mi si dice che ero autorizzato ad accedere in appartamento gia' da subito senza costi aggiuntivi .

Dobra lokalizacja- stacja metra prawie pod drzwiami. Łatwe zameldowanie, stały kontakt z personelem. Bardzo przyjemna okolica, mimo szczytu sezonu nie było wokół tłumów, niedaleko są świetne piekarnie i inne sklepy

Słychać pociągi metra przejeżdżające pod ziemią oraz do późnych godzin muzykę z restauracji na dole.
Wysoki depozyt u zewnętrznego pośrednika jest stresujący, brak informacji jak długo obiekt może pobrać kwotę depozytu (w przypadku zniszczonych rzeczy w mieszkaniu baliśmy się, że zostaniemy posądzeni o zniszczenia).
Mieszkanie bardzo brudne - pleśń pod prysznicem osad prysznicowy w całej łazience, brudna kabina, lustro, zlew, wszystko zachlapane. W kątach pokoi brud - kurz, paprochy. Wyjątkowy nieporządek w szafkach, pozostawione rzeczy i jedzenie po poprzednich gościach- również w niepostrzątanej lodówce. W szafie znajdowało się brudne prześcieradło.
Wyposażenie częściowo zniszczone - ruchomy kran, zniszczona lampka, telewizor nie odbiera sygnału, nieszczelne okno, porysowany stół, spalone żelazko.
Podczas kąpieli w łazience tworzy się wodospad, nie da się wziąć komfortowo kąpieli, próg i zasłona rozwiązały problem. Czajnik był w mieszkaniu, jednak stał obok śmietnika - nie wiem czy sprawny, wolałam nie używać. Brak mydła w łazience, stare i brudne gąbki do naczyń. Na 6 dni i 3 osoby zostawiono nam 1.5 rolki papieru i jeden worek na śmieci.
Problemy z czystością i wyposażeniem zostały zgłoszone personelowi, który o zniszczeniach wiedział, jednak ich nie naprawił. Problemom z czystością zaprzecza i nie proponuję rozwiązania.
Cena nieadekwatna do jakości - obiekt potrzebuje gruntownego sprzątania oraz napraw.

J’ai été très méfiante car il y a beaucoup de mails frauduleux qui circulent. Il a fallu que j’émette plusieurs appels afin de vérifier la conformité du mail et du lien pour faire mon règlement.De plus, j’ai du régler une caution de 250 également via un lien. Je passe par le site Abritel pour éviter ce genre de démarches avec les agences immobilières Ceci est très contraignant Donc je ne suis pas vraiment satisfaite

Nos encantó la ubicación. El alojamiento es muy bonito. Está rodeado de restaurantes y el Sacre Coeur a unos pasos.

Nos encontramos el lavavajillas con vajilla sucia en el interior y el sofá cama no se abría por completo y estaba un poco deteriorado. Era incómodo para dormir. No vinieron a ayudarnos, pero pudimos apañarnos durante la estancia. Una pena porque todo lo demás fue perfecto.

No funcionaba el Wifi, ni la TV, el baño estaba muy sucio(quizás no se haya limpiado en un mes), los útiles de cocina muy viejos. No pudimos dormir porque se encuentra en la misma puerta del metro y retumba el suelo y se escucha como un terremoto cuando pasa el metro, además como se encuentra junto a un ascensor de oyen ruidos cada vez que alguien baja o sube. Además nos hemos encontrado los utensilios de cocina sucios por otro inquilino anterior, ya que como se puede observar no estaba limpio. La lavadora se salía agua y tenías que abrir la puerta con una cuchara (ya que el tirador estaba roto). colchón del sofá cama del salón para los niños era muy incómodo. Yo no lo recomendaría a nadie este alojamiento, de hecho he recomendado a Booking que lo retire, puesto que no he podido dormir nada. ¿Lo mejor de todo? que te piden una fianza de 250 eu para posibles daños.... como si pudiera encontrarse en peores circunstancias. En las fotos que se anuncia se ve bien, aceptable, incluso esos colores azules parecen nuevos, pero no lo es. Si alguien quiere le mando los vídeos donde se oye el ruido y se ve todo perfectamente. Definitivamente esta ha sido la estancia que me hará decidir que ahora elija hoteles en lugar de éstos alojamientos donde quieren exprimir tu dinero al máximo (ya que tampoco es barato) pero no quieren ofrecer buenos servicios. Una lástima.

Le canapé-lit ne devrait pas être proposé comme couchage. Il est dur, peu confortable et grince. Un accoudoir manque, le matelas est usé. Il manque de la lumière dans le coin salon (absence de lustre ou lampe).

Almost everything was good. The location is close to a metro station and also a bus station and it's easy to get around. Also a lot of restaurants near and mini markets for something quick to buy. The cleanliness was good and the apartment spacious

The only part which was not great was sleeping on the couch (if there are 4 persons), not comfortable at all and a bit small for 2 adults. Some small details here and there like more garbage bags (for the bin's size), I found 2 extra but smaller and maybe some more lights, and 2 wall outlets were not working, but overall good.

Appartement idéalement situé face a la bouche de métro Lamarck, à côté d’une excellente boulangerie, d’une supérette , d’un bar restaurant, et à 5min du sacré cœur.
Bilan : super séjour.
Point fort : situation , taille de l’appartement pour une famille, équipement ( tv, wifi, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, étendoir, linge fourni, chauffage puissant, grand frigo, ménage compris )
Point à améliorer : propreté générale (toile d’araignée, recoins de l’appartement, casseroles et vaisselles tachées ) , qualité du matelas du canapé lit(ultra fin et inconfortable) , lampe secondaire manquante( une seule dans l’appartement dans la chambre ) , équipement de cuisine manquant (passoire à pâte, couteau , )
