When I arrived, I was unable to open the key box. I called the contact number many times, but no one answered. I eventually had to call the taxi driver to return and help me, and I ended up waiting outside in the cold for about two hours.
Inside the accommodation, I faced more problems. I have allergies due to the room that did not receive any sunlight. There was also a door leading to a small terrace that didn’t close properly, and the humidity triggered a severe allergy crisis. Although cleaning fees were included in the price, I did not saw the cleaning lady once during my entire 6‑day stay.
What bothered me most was the lack of communication. I had informed them clearly that I would arrive late and emphasized it several times, yet they still did not respond to my calls. They were also not honest about the sunlight, the humidity, and the cleaning service. not recommended
Excellent location studio apartment
Positive:
The location is exceptional. Just a short walk to the metro and easy access to a variety of restaurants, groceries, etc. The kitchen is small, but has most of what you need. It's on the ground floor, so no need to climb up stairs.
Negative:
It does feel a little "small", and the heat (we were there in January) takes a long time to get to a comfortable level. There is a "pod" coffee machine, but no pods provided, which is highly unusual for all the places I've visited in Europe. "Throw in a few pods, management." There is no convenient parking, and parking is very expensive in this area, but if you drive around and look for a while, you can usually find a place for overnight which is free 8pm-9am.

C'était un appartement où il y avait vraiment tout même pour chauffer des serviettes de bain 🤩
Le personnel chargé de la communication faisait (bien avant notre arrivée) de répondre aux questions rapidement....
J'y reviendrai certainement et sûrement ❤️❤️
