## Emplacement
Indissociable du fameux quartier du Marais qui s'étend également sur la majeure partie du 4ème arrondissement et qui en constitue la partie la plus calme, le 3ème arrondissement est l'un des endroits de Paris les plus agréables à vivre, du moment que vous aimez le calme. "Village sophistiqué", le 3ème arrondissement contient plusieurs marchés de plein air, un immense marché aux fleurs couvert et de nombreuses boutiques alimentaires spécialisées, notamment le long de la rue de Bretagne.

Purtroppo avremmo sinceramente voluto dare di più ma alcuni aspetti personalmente sono da rivedere. Prima di tutto la condizione di igiene e pulizia della casa è stata piuttosto deludente. In particolare la cucina...stoviglie sporche lasciate negli armadietti, la spugna dei piatti vecchia e lurida lasciata sul bancone, capelli ovunque, il frigo quasi da orrore con il vasetto di cetrioli e non si sa cosa che fermentava nel freezer. Le aspirapolveri con ancora dentro la polvere di chissà quanti ospiti precedenti....
Altra cosa da rivedere è la consegna delle chiavi: perché non dire subito che per ritirarle ci si deve recare in un altro indirizzo? risparmierebbe agli ospiti una bella "passeggiata" con le valigie seguendo le indicazioni stile caccia la tesoro per il quartiere.
Segnaliamo, infine, consapevoli che probabilmente non c'è possibilità di cambiare le finestre e insonorizzarle, che la camera da letto non dà nella chiostrina bensì nella strada da cui fino a notte fonda, tutte le sere provenivano forti urla e schiamazzi.
Peccato perché l' appartamento è molto bello, se pulito sarebbe davvero ottimo.
Quiet, tasteful and spacious apartment in the heart of Marais - I will be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed this unusual and charming place in the heart of Marais. The sunlight during the day as well as the different lamps within the apartement are great. While my mother slept in the bedroom I was sleeping on the daybed in the living room and we both slept wonderfully the 3 nights we stayed. I will be back in this spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment.

Everything else. It’s an old person’s home being let out as a holiday rental. That should be fine if it’s well looked after, but unfortunately it is not. There is a hygiene issue. Cleaning was not being done, and this was obvious. No hoovering done and dust/crumbs on the surface everywhere.
The worst part was the ‘representative’ who is supposed to be responsible for the property. Jean was impossible to deal with and he was so incompetent with his presumed role. Not only he didn’t fulfil his responsibilities but unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. There is no way I could recommend this place with that fact alone.

The apartment was lovely and the decor was great, lots of character, interesting pictures and objects to look at, stunning gated entrance area. The location was the real star, right in the heart of La Marais, with incredible shops, bistros and museums all around us. Loved it.
Negative:
It was wonderful overall. The only thing we would add is that a kettle to make a cup of tea would have been nice (we're Irish, we love a cup of tea in the morning). Maybe a wee Bluetooth speaker/radio too.

Geen contact met persoon die bij incheck en uitcheck zou zijn. Bij vertrek lang gewacht, niemand gezien.
