The apartment is situated right in the heart of Canne's shopping district and only a short walk to the beach and main attraction around La Croisette. Don't be fooled by the entrance, which is dated and in need of decoration, because the interior of the apartment is clean, modern and bright. There are plenty of facilities inside including washing machine, coffee maker and kettle for tea. We had no issue with noise from the street, apart from 4am revellers one night being arrested by police for fighting. I would recommend this Airbnb without hesitation! Thankyou.

Отличное жилье по привлекательной цене...Расположение лучше вам не найти...буквально под дверью каждый день есть рынок с фруктами и овощами, рестораны и пивные в 3-5 минутах ходьбы, пляж находится в 250метрах(очень чистый), так же рядом Казино, Пале дю Рейн, бутики с одеждой...
Квартира небольшая но очень уютная, чистая, ухоженная, тихая кондиционер работает отлично. Есть все необходимое для проживания! Рекомендую!

We really enjoyed staying at Céline’s apartment! The location couldn’t be more convenient with shops, restaurants, bars, and boulangeries around. You can access the beach in about 3-4 minutes, which was one of the most important criteria for us while choosing the apartment.
The place is quite spacious, luminous, clean, and comfy (there were three of us and I can say that the couch is pretty comfortable which is rare for most apartments). Bonus point: we watched a Croisette firework show straight from the window!!
The communication with Céline was perfect through the whole stay, she helped us whenever we needed and provided useful advice for our convenient stay.
I can really recommend the place as it has combined everything we needed: location, space, and price!

Innsjekkingen var veldig fleksibelt og enkelt, leiligheten var rent og ryddig med moderne design og funksjon. Leiligheten er komplett med alt du skulle trenge i et hjem, AC var et stort pluss og veldig nødvendig under vårt opphold. Beliggenheten var perfekt med alt du skulle trenge i nærheten: matbutikker, restauranter, togstasjonen, stranden, barer og butikker. Og til tross for å ha alt dette like utenfor så var leiligheten likevel veldig godt isolert for all lyd utenfra.
Vertene var utrolig god på å kommunisere og lett tilgjengelig. Alt i alt var opplevelsen av leiligheten og vertene 10 av 10 og vi vil absolutt benytte oss av det igjen!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Cannes, just minutes walk away from the beach and the middle of the Cannes film festival. The building exterior is old and the lack of a lift was inconvenient for guests with larger suitcases or have mobility issues that would struggle with stairs. However, the unit itself is very nice and seems to have recently been remodeled. The bathroom is very nice with modern rain shower. Bedroom was nice and fold out sofa bed was also comfortable. Celine et Michael were great hosts. The check-in process was clear and smooth and so was the check-out process. Beyond that, they were very responsive via Airbnb messaging, offering suggestions on parking and even offering us late check-out (which we did not need because we had to catch an early flight). All-in-all, I would recommend this listing and these hosts to anyone visiting Cannes, especially those who are younger (maybe a group of up to 3 people) and don’t have troubles going up and down stairs with your luggage. Thanks Celine et Michael!

What I loved most about staying here was the ease of communication, especially when we needed to extend our stay for a night towards the end. Celine always replies within minutes and I really appreciated that.
The apartment itself is clean , tidy and everything’s works well in the kitchen / bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the windows are well insulated against outdoor noise (and there is a lot sometimes! Especially from scooters).
The building itself I liked less as it’s very old with holes in walls , creaking noises, bits of stairs coming off and humidity issues that you can sometimes smell in the bathroom / bedroom , but i am aware that there is nothing Celine can personally do about this , so that’s why the flat itself is still 5 stars to me. I also felt safe here, even when I left the apartment door unlocked for long periods of time , and that’s very important to me. I liked that pets were allowed here and my dog also enjoyed his stay!
Everything we needed was on the same square - bakery, supermarket, pet store, dry cleaning etc.
Tip: if you are staying for longer than 3 days , I advise to bring your own shampoo and shower gel as the bottle provided is hotel size and is shampoo/ shower gel combined so it’s fine for a weekend but not more.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé (sauf peut être la cuisine où il manque quelques accessoires pour cuisiner), salle de bain propre avec serviettes fournies. Très bonne literie avec linge de lit fourni. Excellente communication avec Céline, à l’écoute et sympathique ! Seul petit bémol de ce super séjour : le manque de rideaux occultants (la chambre et le salon ne sont pas dans le noir complet à cause des volets qui ne sont pas de première jeunesse !!) ce qui est un peu gênant sauf si on a prévu de se lever à l’aube 😉

Die Wohnung von Cèline war wie auf den Fotos abgebildet: geräumig, modern, gemütlich, sehr ordentlich und sauber und super klimatisiert! Es war draußen sehr erdrückend und in der Wohnung konnte man sich gut entspannen und die heiße Mittagssonne meiden. Das Bett war bequem, an Küchenutensilien alles enthalten, was man brauchte. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum. Jeden Tag gibt es einen Markt vor der Haustür mit Obst, Gemüse und sonstigem. 80m entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Alle Modegeschäfte sind nicht mal eine Gehminute entfernt. Den Strand erreicht man in 5 Minuten. Das Auto parkt man am besten im St. Nicolas Parkhaus (8 Gehminuten, 22 € pro Tag). Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Even though the building is located on a busy square, the flat is quiet. Celine is very nice and responds quickly if we had any questions. Palazzo molto vecchio.... l'entrata del palazzo che sarebbe da ristrutturare perché sta cadendo a pezzi dovrebbe essere pulito con più frequenza in quanto abbiamo trovato più volte la presenza di scarafaggi!!!
La casa all'interno era abbastanza pulita a parte il frigo che abbiamo dovuto rilavare....molto umida in quanto non dispone di alcun tipo di balcone e alcun tipo di spazio per poter stendere asciugamani ecc!!
In pratica è un appartamento diviso in 2 zone separate da 2 porte con un unica entrata!
Wi-Fi ha sempre funzionato bene, per quanto riguarda acqua calda va usata con attenzione in quanto la cisterna finisce e bisogna aspettare per riaverla....

Situated perfectly central. You step outside and the Gambetta market with fresh food, clothes etc. in front of you. Armenian restaurant next door, fast food, but fresh, tasty made by friendly people. Everything you need or want is very close. The sea front, shops, cafes, bars, the railway station... We highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting Cannes. We enjoyed our stay very much - not least because of this appartment.

Has AC/heating, great bathroom, Washer/dryer, all new and work great.
Apartment is very safe, security lock on the building door, an outside locked door and inner door for each apartment.

Très belle appartement, lumineux et propre, pas bruyant, même s'il est en plein centre ; arrive et départ indépendant c'est parfait (à part mon problème pour trouver les clés, mais maintenant j'ai compris comment ça marche)
Seul chose à remarquer, il manque les couvercles pour les casseroles, un peu difficile de cuisiner sans !

Molto centrale
Ottimo appartamento secondo piano, senza ascensore, ristrutturato a nuovo, soleggiato e confortevole. unica pecca: se arrivate in auto non parcheggiate in Place gambetta dove ogni mattina si svolge un mercato (anche il 1 gennaio) noi non purtroppo non siamo stati avvisati; pertanto la nostra automobile è stata rimossa con salata multa di 126 €😖.
5 min a piedi dalla stazione 10 minuti a piedi dalla passeggiata.
