Ansprechende Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Positive:
Ruhige Lage, toller Blick aus dem 4. Stock. Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern, separate Toilette, saubere Betten und saubere Handtücher. Parken war kein Problem. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Empfehlenswerter Fastfood direkt am Eingang der Anlage. Komfortable Abwicklung sowohl beim Ein- als auch beim Auschecken. Insgesamt zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt.
Negative:
Der schöne Balkon war leider nicht nutzbar wegen verdreckter und desolater Möbel. Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft und unsauber. Geräteausstattung war ausreichend, aber nicht professionell installiert (Kühlschrank u. Tiefkühler). Waschmaschine war schwer auffindbar hinter einer Schrankwand. Hinweis wäre angebracht. Vierter Stock ohne Aufzug nicht für jedermann geeignet.

I would rate this property 2 stars due to our dissatisfaction during our stay for a wedding and vacation in Aix-en-Provence. The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage. Upon arrival, there was a strong odor of moisture, and all our clothes got very smelly We also noticed ants in the living room, which multiplied despite the owner's minimal response. The frying pans were in poor condition, and the old refrigerator froze our vegetables. The owner claimed it was my responsibility to adjust the temperature, but there were no instructions. The washing machine contained wet items upon arrival, and we were provided only four big towels and four face towels for four guests for the 7 days. The oven didn’t work, and while the owner offered to move out and refund unused nights, the credit wasn’t sufficient to cover our trip. The apartment was also infested with mosquitoes, leaving us with numerous bites. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place

Apartamento muito bonito, amplo, lençóis e toalhas muito confortáveis. Vista maravilhosa. Apenas o prédio é um pouco antigo e são muitas escadas para chegar no apartamento, ainda mais se você carrega muita bagagem. O apartamento vale a pena. A retirada do lixo na saída poderia ser feita pela equipe de limpeza, pois a lixeira é longe do prédio e, se você estacionou dentro do condomínio, deve retornar ao local para retirar seu carro e devolver a chave no cofre de chaves.

Positive:
Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat man hat einen tollen Ausblick über Aix en Provence.
Parken ist auf einem zugehörigen privaten Parkplatz gut möglich. Klimaanlage , WLAN, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind verfügbar.
Negative:
Das Apartment ist im 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug Das Stiegenhaus ist eher eng , sodass es mit Gepäck schon etwas herausfordernd wird. Es gibt einige Dinge die instand gesetzt werden sollten z.B. der WC-Rollenhalter, die Fugen in der Dusche etc.
