## Emplacement
Le 18ᵉ arrondissement se trouve au nord de Paris et comprend les quartiers de La goutte d'Or et de Montmartre. Ce dernier est l'une des plus hautes buttes de Paris et la vue du sommet vaut le déplacement. L'église du Sacré-Cœur, Bastion de la Commune au XIXᵉ siècle, Montmartre est ensuite devenu le quartier de nombreux artistes comme Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec et bien d'autres. Le 18ᵉ arrondissement est donc très contrasté, intégrant îlots ethniques à un secteur bourgeois ou le contraire. Séjour globalement agréable avec un bon emplacement et des équipements pratiques, malgré quelques problèmes de propreté

J’ai globalement bien apprécié mon séjour. La connexion internet était très bonne, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le logement se situe au premier étage, donc il n’y avait pas besoin de monter les valises, ce qui est très pratique. Les équipements étaient corrects et bien adaptés.
Nous étions finalement 2 personnes au lieu de 3, car mon père n’a pas pu venir avec nous, et nous sommes restées 5 nuits dans le logement.
J’ai particulièrement aimé le miroir avec lumière LED, qui est vraiment très pratique, surtout pour se préparer et se maquiller. L’emplacement est aussi plutôt bien : environ 20 minutes du centre de Paris en métro, 40 minutes de la Tour Eiffel, et environ 1 heure depuis l’aéroport d’Orly en transports publics.

Cependant, certains points étaient moins satisfaisants. Les couteaux n’étaient pas aiguisés, et il manquait de la place dans l’armoire pour ranger les habits, car elle était déjà occupée par du linge et des sacs, y compris sous le lit. Cela a causé quelques petites odeurs, même si cela restait supportable.
Concernant la propreté, c’était moyen. Nous avons retrouvé des vêtements laissés par les précédents locataires, et certains endroits n’étaient pas nettoyés.

Skroz okej odnos cene i kvaliteta.

Stan je bio cist i sve je kao na slikama. Imale smo sve sto nam je bilo potrebno. Metro stanica je udaljena oko 5 minuta hoda. Host je uvek dostupan i tu je da odgovori na sva pitanja i pomogne!

Confortable et fonctionnel, cuisinette bien équipée avec lave vaisselle et lave linge. Très calme et sécurisé. Proche des lignes de métro 4 et 12 très pratiques et à 10 mn à pieds de Montmartre.
Consignes d'arrivée très complètes avec vidéos reçues la veille et personnel joignable si besoin.

Quartier animé et très populaire, qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde, surtout le soir. Pas adapté pour sortir manger à proximité du logement mais les lignes de métro sont directs vers des quartiers sympa pour aller dîner en famille.
Le système de caution ne permet pas un état des lieux à l'arrivée alors que c'est prévu au départ par l'envoi de 5 photos sur un lien transmis par la plate-forme de caution.

Les clés étaient dans une boîte à clés et nous avons reçu les codes la veille avec des vidéos bien expliquées. L’hôte a été très arrangeant en nous faisant confiance pour laisser nos bagages.

Le système de caution: une empreinte bancaire est demandée, par un système Swikly. Qui facture 2,70 euros pour ça. Qui pousse à prendre une assurance pour être sûr de récupérer la caution en disant que si on casse une assiette on prend le risque de ne pas récupérer la caution! Et qui envoie un ou plusieurs messages par jour environ 10 jours avant d’arriver pour qu’on laisse l’empreinte bancaire et quand on l’a laissée qui relance 2 fois par jour pour qu’on prenne leur assurance. Et on doit faire soi même l’état des lieux en mettant des photos sur le site à l’arrivée (même si on arrive tard et qu’on est fatigués) et en partant. Et il n’y a la place que pour 6 photos, ce qui est angoissant si on doit mettre des photos de la moindre tâche sur un coussin ou sur un mur. Alors que l’hôte est très aimable et dit qu’il ne faut pas s’inquiéter sauf si on cause vraiment un dommage anormal (ce qui est le comportement attendu pour une location).

Unhealthy environment, sewer gases, awful smell. We were sick from the fumes. Doesn’t meet the minimum conditions standards. A terrible neighborhood, we couldn’t walk outside, couldn’t enjoy the neighborhood. Even the taxi drivers said that it was a very dangerous area.
They should not mislead future customers at all. We had to leave earlier than what we planned because we ran out of toilet paper and I told them about it. The just don’t provide essentials

A localização é perto do metrô facilitando o traslado aos pontos turísticos. Tem máquina de lavar roupa e louça, e atravessando a rua há uma lavanderia onde é possível usar a secadora de roupas por um preço acessível. Há mercados e restaurantes nas proximidades. Não é um bairro turístico mas em nenhum momento minha família se sentiu insegura tanto é que fomos ao Montmartre a pé. Foi um passeio muito agradável para conhecer os bairros parisienses.
O apartamento é pequeno, mas foi suficiente para a minha família (2 adultos e 2 crianças).

El apartamento no estaba mal. Salvo el frigorífico que no cerraba y producida escarcha el resto de equipos estaban bien. Prácticamente solo lo utilizamos para dormir, si hubiésemos hecho un poco más de vida en el se queda chico para 4 personas. La estación de metro estaba a 5 minutos andando (linea 4) que te llevaba al centro.

The apartment was clean and very cosy. The communication with the owners was so easy and there’re so helpful and kind. In the apartment there was everything that we needed. The metro was about 5 minutes by foot. There was a supermarket nearby.

The apartment was in sort of bad location. There were groups of men gathered around in the night. It smells awful. The apartment is in the first floor and in the night it was so hot but we can’t open the window because it was so close to the ground. The doors were so hard to open, it took us around 5 minutes to open it each time we entered.

Есть всё необходимое для того чтоб приготовить завтрак и отправиться в путешествие по Парижу. Рядом есть всё необходимое: пекарни, супермаркеты и кафе. Удачная транспортная развязка. Владелец жилья всегда был на связи, и очень быстро отвечал во возникающие вопросы.

The apartment is very well organised for its size and well furnished, the kitchen ditto, the sofa bed on which I slept was fine, there's a good shower with hot water 24/7. Local hosts available and helpful.

When booking the apartment I absent-mindedly mistook 23 M for the apt number - it is its size in square meters. My mistake, but I'm writing this so other people will be able to estimate its fitness for them and not make the same mistake: the apartment in itself is a nice one for a couple, also I believe for a couple with a small child (and of course a single person), but it is really too small for three tall adults - I travelled to Paris with my two sons, ages 26 and 30, and we couldn't sit all three at the table. My older son opted to take a hotel room for himself, so in the end for the cost of all this we could have taken a much larger apartment more to the centre of Paris.
But the worse thing was the app you're forced to deposit (security) money to, some time after booking. It was a hell of a bother, the app didn't work properly, you were sent to some link which again and again said oops mistake not working etc - and the booking was irrefundable, so I couldn't cancel it - it was a real hassle, so superfluous on a holiday, I shall never book any place using this app (or preferably, any) again. Watch out. However, the moment we had finally crossed this borderline and got to our local hosts (it's a real estate agency), they were fine and very helpful. But it was some road.
The neighbourhood is ok but I'd stayed in better ones. It's pretty far from the centre and on rush hours can be extremely crowded.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris.

The host and satellite company were very helpful prior to check-in. The host went above and beyond to provide instructions for our stay, sending videos and photos of all necessary information to get into the apartment. We were also allowed to leave our bags before the check-in time which improved our day tremendously. Additionally, the host was quick to respond with any questions and reassured us that we would be able to contact him with any questions along the way. The apartment itself was clean and bright as described and was located close to the metro and tram. It did not take us long to get to the city center and other main attractions.

Although the apartment was very clean and fully prepared for us, it had a bit of weird smell. It seemed that the cleaning staff had left wet rags in the cabinet beneath the sink. This could be improved for the next guest.

Арендодатель дает изначально неправильный код от ящика с ключами, чтоб арендатор не имел возможности оставить ключ в положенном месте (приходится его оставлять в квартире), говорит, что все ок (ключи у него), затем, спустя несколько недель, требует возмещение ущерба (пока в 60 евро). Остерегайтесь!!! Не рекомендую.

BONITO Y CÓMODO PERO DEBERIAN DE CUIDAR LOS DETALLES.

El apartamento es muy bonito y aunque es pequeño, resulta bastante cómodo.
Negative:
La cafetera estaba rota y tras avisar a la persona responsable, no nos hicieron caso y compramos las cápsulas del café para no poder usarlas.
Los cubiertos de la cocina eran muy escasos.
Encima del armario había una bolsa de ropa de hogar, aparentemente sucia y no fue agradable tener esa bolsa ahí.
El armario estaba lleno de cosas y resulta muy complejo meter la ropa.

Appartement calme, clair et bien situé (proche du métro, commerces de proximité). Literie lit et canapé excellente. Kitchenette bien équipée. Entrée spacieuse avec plusieurs patères très utiles - placard de rangement - patères très pratiques dans la salle de bains également.

- difficultés pour ouvrir la lockbox et la porte de l'appartement.
- difficile de prendre ses repas à 4 (table pas assez grande et seulement 3 chaises).
- veilleuses du plafond un peu gênantes la nuit.
- impossible de programmer les chaînes de la TV (pas de notice explicative).
- le linge de lit situé dans le coffre du canapé ne paraissait pas être fraîchement lavé.

Buona posizione, accanto allafermata metro ed in un quartiere con market e posti dove mangiare economicamente. L'appartamento ha una stanza ricavata con del carton gesso, un piccolo bagno ed una cucina soggiorno.

Non è per 4 persone. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 ma non è adatto a 4 persone ed infatti c'erano solo due sedie. Il divano letto è scomodo, lenzuola mancanti e cuscini con federe già messe ma conservati sotto il divano alla mercè di polvere e capelli.

Nah an die U-bahn und sehr ruhig!

Die Lage war gut - U-Bahn nah und es war sehr ruhig (man konnte nichts von der lauten Stadt hören!).
Wohnung war sauber und alles hat funktioniert.

Die Matratze war ein bisschen zu weich. Man musste 2 Apps ausfüllen (Swikly und Hostnfly), was einbisschen nervig war (ich habe die vorher nicht gekannt) aber alles ging reibungslos.

Poca elasticità nella fornitura di set bagno, costituito da solo 4 tovaglie, per una prenotazione per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 bambini): alla richiesta di un altro posto di tovaglie ci è stato risposto che erano extra, come anche le cialde di caffè (ne abbiamo trovate solo 2, per un soggiorno di 2 notti). Non era compresa la colazione, ma mettendo a disposizione una macchina per il caffè, 2 o 4 cialde non penso possano incidere così tanto

Agréable et bien situé

Très propre, très confortable, très facile d'accès avec métro à proximité et comme il est en rez de chaussée, c'est facile avec les bagages. Restaurants très variés et supermarché très proches.

Des petits soucis de connexion de la TV à internet au départ, un sèche serviette dans la salle de bain pourrait être utile pour déposer les serviettes mouillées après la douche

Nous étions avec nos 2 petites filles de 15 et 16 ans et nous avons adoré cet appart
