Enjoy and Stay vous propose ce beau studio avec mezzanine situé au 2éme, sans ascenseur, d'un immeuble au cœur du Vieil Antibes (attention, l'accès peut s'avérer difficile pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher).
L'appartement a été décoré avec goût. Son ambiance mêlant le bois, le blanc et la pierre créent une ambiance cosy dont on ne se lasse pas.
Le studio se compose d'une pièce de vie où vous aurez un coin salon et un cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Au même niveau vous disposerez également d'une chambre double, d'une salle de bain et d'un WC séparé.
Sur la mezzanine vous trouverez le coin nuit.
Sa situation centrale vous offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités.
La gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds et la plage a 5 min à pied.
Et vous aurez de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants à proximité immédiate.
Le marché couvert provençal se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied.
L'appartement dispose du wifi haut débit et de la climatisation. Les draps et les serviettes de toilette sont fournis

## Neighborhood
Le Vieil Antibes est l'un des lieux les plus prisés de la Côte d'Azur. Vous séjournerez dans le quartier le plus recherché et le plus vivant, à proximité du port, des plages de sable, des bars et des restaurants et du marché provençal. Grâce à son double vitrage, vous dormirez au calme sans entendre aucun bruit.
## Transit
La gare se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et de nombreux bus desservent Antibes.
Si vous venez en voiture, de nombreux parkings (payants) sont à votre disposition et un parking gratuit avec navette se trouve à l’extérieur de la vieille ville, au début du Port.

Have to crawl into bed and what ever you do, don’t sit up in bed ! Will hit your head . Ladder is steep , and sketchy , for getting to bed . Shower found dirty with old razor left behind

Nice place to stay, would overall recommend it and we'd stay there again, a few points so you know what you're getting into:- everything was as advertised, no surprises- communication to check in/out was super easy, there's just a lock box with a key- the bed area ceilings are very low, don't plan to sit up in bed and it's definitely a "crawl" not "stoop" situation- was pretty clean but could use a good vacuum and the range hood, under the microwave, etc. were pretty dusty- the shower is tiny, you can't bend down to wash your feet and if you're 200lbs you may have trouble fitting at all- says it has "laundry" but it's only a washer, you need to dry your cloths in front of the AC - they provide a drying rack which works fine overnight, but you can't dry your suit/towels in 20min like you would with a dryer

La machine à café mérité un bon détartrage car elle ne fonctionne quasiment pas, la climatisation ne diffuse le froid que dans le salon mais pas sur la mezzanine donc il faut chaud en haut, cette dernière est également bruyante

This apartment’s biggest strengths are its location and air conditioning. It’s very centrally located in Old Town Antibes, on a safe-feeling, quiet street that’s close to everything. The air conditioning was a huge plus during the summer heat and worked well throughout the space. There’s also a washing machine, which was convenient to have during our stay.
That said, the apartment is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The shower in particular is tiny. We’re both under six feet tall and even we found it cramped. Anyone over six feet would genuinely struggle with the height and size of both the shower and parts of the apartment overall.
While the linens and kitchen area were clean, the apartment itself could really use a deep clean. There was visible dust on surfaces and there was mould in the shower.
We were also surprised by the lack of basic amenities that are typically standard in a vacation rental. There was no shampoo, no beach towels, and no hand soap in either dispenser. There was a hair dryer and iron, but otherwise very few of the little touches that usually help make a space feel guest-ready.
All in all, this was a good home base for two shorter guests who were mostly out exploring. If you’re tall or looking for comfort and amenities, this might not be the best fit — but for us, it did the job.
