## Neighborhood
Les appartements de loisirs de Kaag Resort sont situés juste à côté de la rivière Leede. Cette rivière offre un accès direct aux lacs de Kaag et de Braassemer, ainsi qu’au centre-ville de Leyde. C’est l’endroit idéal pour faire une balade en bateau le samedi à travers le marché culinaire ou pour visiter l’un des charmants restaurants situés au bord de l’eau.
Les environs regorgent d'activités de loisirs. Le terrain de golf est accessible à pied, tout comme le sauna, les courts de tennis, la salle de sport, les restaurants, le supermarché et le centre de Warmond. La forêt de Warmond se trouve juste en face du complexe. Vous pourrez également rejoindre facilement la plage pour une belle promenade au grand air marin.

The room was as described. It had one spacious bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was convenient for a larger group. However, there was only one shower and one toilet available.
The balcony was extremely dirty, and going outside often resulted in bringing dirt back into the apartment.
There were very unclear instructions regarding the ventilation system in both the toilet and the kitchen.
We were told that the check-in instructions would be sent a few minutes before the 4:00 PM check-in time. However, we did not receive them until 4:30 PM, which delayed our trip and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Des Weiteren waren wir sehr dankbar, nach einer Autopanne länger am Abreisetag in der Wohnung verweilen zu können, bis wir abgeholt werden konnten. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

The living and kitchen area was spacious, there were 4 of us - 2 couples, one bedroom was large and the other a lot smaller. The bathroom was okay and the separate toilet was convenient. The area was very pretty with lovely parks and a supermarket, bistro and other eateries within walking distance. The deck area was large but untidy and the chairs were broken so sitting outside to enjoy a view of the water and boating activities wasn't an option. Overall I would recommend this apartment.

Einziges Manko:
1) Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Bei 4 Personen reicht das Geschirr nur für einen Tag und dann muss gespült werden.
2) Nebenan ist eine Werft mit lauten Arbeitsgeräuschen ab 8:00. Für Langschläfer sicher störend.

Wir haben die Wohnung für 2 Wochen gebucht und es war toll, sehr heimisch und eine ruhige Umgebung. Die Wohnung war gross und mit allen angegebenen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Pfannen könnten ersetzt werden, da der Belag weg ist. Die Lage ist gut erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad von Leiden ca. 15 min (Fahrrad mieten sehr empfehlenswert) sonst gibt es ca. 10min von der Unterkunft eine Bushaltestelle mit einem direkten Bus in die Stadt. Warmond selbst ist sehr süss und hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, Restaurants und Pärke zum Spazieren oder Joggen ;)
Die Kommunikation mit dem Rental Valley Team war super, schnell und effizient.

Nuestra estancia fue impecable! El alojamiento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, sin sorpresas. La vista es maravillosa, ideal para relajarse, y el barrio es sumamente tranquilo. La logística es muy fácil, ya que hay transporte próximo que conecta rápido con la estación de Leiden. Mención especial para el descanso: las camas son muy confortables y la calidad de las sábanas es excelente. ¡Súper conforme con todo!

Wir fahren sehr zufrieden. Es war schön ruhig und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind besonders für Abende oder Morgenstunden am großes Esstisch geeignet. Wir haben dort oft bis spät in die Nacht Gemeinschaftsspiele gespielt. Einziger Punkt Abzug, bezieht sich auf die Ausstattung der Küche, Geräte und Geschirr waren genügen da nur leider eine recht geringe Auswahl an Tee sowie Kaffee, sowie kein Salz noch Pfeffer. Dies wurde leider nicht genau beschrieben, weshalb wir fälschlicherweise davon ausgegangen waren es wäre vorhanden. Trotzdem würde ich gerne wieder hier meinen Urlaub verbringen.

Mooie rustige locatie
Mooi en ruim appartement, heerlijke bedden. Wel hinderlijk dat het brand alarm meerdere keren laat op de avond afging. Ondanks wat gebreken, werden dingen snel opgelost. Let wel, je krijgt maar 1 sleutel, dat vinden wij echt te sober. En zorgde op nodige momententen voor ernstigd logistieke problemen als je met een gezin bent.
Voor de rest is alles netjes geregeld.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement était très agréable : spacieux, propre, cuisine bien équipée, douche et WC très propre et le couchage très confortable.
Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire autour du logement mais il se trouve à 30 min en voiture de La Haye, Rotterdam, Amsterdam qui sont des villes magnifiques. Après des longues et belles journées de visite, le logement était très appréciable par son calme et son confort.

A really lovely apartment with an amazing view from the sitting room and terrace . First impressions were mixed as it was situated on an Industrial Site. It was very quiet though when we were in during the late evenings so no problem.
Ate in the evenings at relatives houses so did not find any resturants. Good supermarket nearby, similar to our Waitrose for our breakfast requirements..

Der Ort ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, die Aussicht auf das Wasser war sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busverbindung befinden sich nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, sind aber in 15min zu Fuss erreichbar.
Gestört hat uns die Tatsache, dass die Schlafzimmerfenster nicht gegen aussen, sondern gegen einen Gang im Inneren des Gebäudes öffneten. Ein Lüften der Zimmer oder allgemeines Öffnen der Fenster war somit nicht möglich. Die Lufttemperatur in der Wohnung blieb somit konstant hoch, da die Lüftung für eine Abkühlung am Abend nicht ausreichte.

Wer es ruhig haben möchte sollte es nicht nutzen da immer wieder Flugzeuge drüber fliegen und weil es am Wasser ist auch die Motorboote da fahren aber für uns war das nicht schlimm da wir tags über fast nie da waren und abend wurde es weniger wir konnte es gut beobachten alles
Küche ist top kann man gut kochen es wäre nur toll wenn noch 1 bis 2 ordentliche Messer dabei wären und nicht nur ein Brotmesser und ein weiter Topf wäre auch toll gewesen aber es ging auch ohne😁 (wir sind köche deswegen war es uns zu wenig an den punkt😁) super war es auch das Kaffee vom vorbesitzer dabei war den wir nutzen konnten wir haben unseren auch da gelassen
Ein kleinen Manko gibt es aber der TV könnte Bluetooth haben dann könnte man übers Handy was anschauen

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer tollen Lage – ruhig, gemütlich und ideal zum Entspannen. In nur 8–10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Leiden, der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 3,5 km entfernt. Die Umgebung eignet sich wunderbar zum Radfahren und Spazierengehen. Auch Amsterdam ist in ca. 40 Minuten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Support: Der Kundenservice reagierte innerhalb von 30 bis 60 Minuten auf Nachrichten, und kleine Probleme wurden blitzschnell und freundlich gelöst. Vielen Dank dafür!
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir waren zu viert für 4 Nächte da. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an einem kleinen Hafen und wir haben sie vor allem für kleinere Ausflüge nach Noordwijk und ins Zentrum von Leiden benutzt. Die Küche war okay um kleinere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Ansonsten war alles sauber und wie beschrieben. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

You will want to bring things like extra toilet paper and plan for your own amenities like coffee pods, cooking oils, etc., as the flat is very minimal. But what it lacks in those little details it makes up for in space. It is very roomy. Have a car if you plan to stay here as train/bus service is what you expect in the suburbs and walking takes a bit to get anywhere.

Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Falsche Nummer für den Schlüsselkasten sowie falsche PIN erhalten. Zum Glück war der Call Centre noch telefonisch erreichbar. Ziemlich ein Drama nach einer 8-Stündigen Autofahrt.
Erhaltene Instruktionen zur Parkordnung sind nicht aktuell. Man darf doch nicht parken wo man will. Die Parkplätze sind inzwischen nummeriert. Dh jede Wohnung erhält einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Einige Parkplätze sind in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich hinter einem Tor. Ohne den Schlüssel kommt man nach 18 Uhr nicht rein.
Zimmer nach Zigarettenrauch - ein No-Go für uns als nicht-Raucher.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal in diesem Airbnb und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Die einzige Sache, die uns sehr gestört hat war die Ausstattung der Küche. Es gab leider super wenig Besteck und generell war die Küche in unserem Apartment sehr schlecht ausgestattet.

Die Küchenaustattung war sehr mau. Für uns vier waren jeweils nur 3 Gläser und Löffel vorhanden. Die Pfannen waren sowas von verteilt und schief. Die Spülmaschine ging leider nach dem 3 Tag kaputt. Andauernd flog der FI Schalter raus und zu guter letzt war das WC verstopft. Wir haben am Anfang per Mail kommuniziert aber nach dem WC Debakel haben wir mal angerufen. Aber die Person sitzt ja in Portugal und die Verständigung war etwas schwierig. Bei der Person war lautes kindergeschrei im Hintergrund zu hören. Aber er hat gleich jemanden geschickt der das WC repariert hat. Das hat gut geklappt.
So viele Mängel hätte ich in dieser schönen Wohnung nicht erwartet und war echt ärgerlich

Excellent stay at Kaag Resort. The appartment is big, spatious, very comfy, everything is very clean. Very helpful to have a washer and a dryer for when you're traveling and need to do laundry.
It is a little bit remote, so going to Leiden required a bit of commute, but it is etremely quiet and perfect for relaxation.
The building itself is like a sort of greenhouse. This is a fantastic idea because it keeps heat inside, and all the rain+dust outside. (but we got "unliky" to have the warmest week in a decade, without any rain, so it was a little bit hot)
Just one con is that rooms are facing the corridor, meaning that when windows are open, you hear all the people getting in and out of their homes.
Lastly, the hosts were extremely helpful and reactive.

Gebäude laut. Wenn in der großen Halle (dreistöckig) Leute reden, hallt es bis ins Wohnzimmer
Auf dem großen Balkon gab es eine Bank und vier Stühle, aber keinen Tisch zum Essen oder Zeitunglesen (DIE ZEIT)

Große, helle Wohnung, Küche gut ausgestattet, Blick auf den kleinen Hafen war schön, Abstellraum und Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, Parkplatz am Haus, gute Lage (zwar etwas am Ortsrand, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Gaststätten, Bushaltestelle und Zugang zur Polderinsel fußläufig erreichbar).
Vermieterservice per E-Mail erreichbar, hat immer schnell geantwortet.
Negative:
Als Rollstuhlfahrerin bin ich leider nicht auf die Terrasse gekommen. War Innen und Außen eine sehr hohe Stufe. Sauberkeit auf der Terrasse ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Die durchgehende Matratze im großen Schlafzimmer fanden wir nicht gut. Wenn sich einer bewegt oder aufsteht, wackelt die ganze Matratze. Auch die Doppelzudecke fanden wir nicht gut. Wir haben uns dann andere Zudecken, die noch in der Wohnung waren, genommen. Die Schlafzimmerfenster gehen zum Treppenhaus hinaus und Leute gehen direkt an den Fenstern entlang. Da es keine Gardinen gab, musste man immer die Verdunklungsvorhänge zugezogen haben, wenn man keine Zuschauer haben wollte. Das hat uns nicht gefallen! Blickdichte Gardinen oder Folienbeklebung an den Fenstern wäre angenehm!
Wenn man nachts die Fenster angekippt hat, hört man die Geräusche und Unterhaltungen im Treppenhaus deutlich.
