Overall nice, easily located accommodation!
Positive:
The location was very convenient especially for a conference that i was attending at the congress centre. Communication with host was very good and got the keys easily. There is a small supermarket nearby as well open also on Sundays which makes it very easy to get food etc. A good choice if you solo travel or even with a partner.
Negative:
I was not a big fan of the cleanliness. There were some items from the previous clients that were forgotten and not picked up and also the bathroom looked like it was cleaned only quickly and not very carefully as you would expect. Same with the kitchen some forks were not washed so properly.
Also there is a washing machine but not some detergent to use.
Also if you visit during warmer days there is no fan and the balcony door is facing the very main street. So it might be a bit hot especially the way the bed is placed, and noisy.

I really liked how close it was to everything; trams, restaurants, cafés, and Carrefour was just a minute away. It was a very convenient and walkable base for exploring the city. The bed was so comfortable, the place was clean, and the room was really bright with large windows. It felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful decor and exciting to stay here. Location fantastic, close to everything amd tram stop. Boulangerie and carrefour around the corner. However, communications with host was abysmal. Messaged several times about shortcomings needing correction, called several times.ngot bouc3d around between host and concierge but ultimately nothing got resolved, biggest issue - there was no heat, even though advertised as such and they did nothing to mitigate - nights were cold.
