We enjoyed our stay here, it felt at home.

House is beautiful, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Every window looks out onto trees and greenery, which gives a great sense of privacy. You can hear a bit of road noise, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The decoration feels warm and personal, like a real home rather than just a rental.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, oven, microwave, dishwasher, all kinds of dishes and glasses, knives, chopping boards, and even cooking essentials like spices, baking paper, and foil. It made settling in very easy and comfortable.

Location is ideal, right on the edge of the old town easy to walk around but not too crowded. There’s a tram stop right in front and a lively small park nearby.

Bedroom is nicely decorated, with comfortable bed and a closet. It can get quite cold as there’s no built-in heater, but the hosts kindly provided portable heaters upon request, which helps.

Bathroom is narrow but still manageable.

Spacious, bright and homey

Wonderful apartment that had all of the amenities we needed for a week's stay. Incredibly bright, surrounded by trees with no sight of any other apartments around. Great sense of privacy. Location is not prime, just on the edge of the south end of Montpellier, but very well connected to the rest of the city. If we come back to Montpellier we'd love to stay here again.

La cuisine est bien équipée.

Attention, la porte est difficile à fermer et le robinet d'eau froide et chaude est inversé dans la douche.
(Des instructions spécifiques à ce sujet seraient les bienvenues.)

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, il est beau, propre, spacieux et bien situé ( arrêt de tram à 50 m, à pied ).
Parfait pour un petit séjour à Montpellier.

Le logement était conforme à la description faite ! Il était chauffé à mon arrivée et l'environnement très vert et paisible à deux pas du centre-ville était un vrai plus !
Je recommande vivement ce logement.

L’appartement est très spacieux et joliment décoré. Il est à 3 mn du tram et ainsi à 8 mn de la place Comédie.
La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire y compris épices et café ce qui est appréciable notamment pour le premier jour avant de faire ses courses. Il y a une épicerie à 5 mn et une boulangerie à 8 mn de marche.

Le seul petit désagrément est que l’appartement était glacial à notre arrivée et cela a mis du temps avant qu’il soit chauffé. On aurait aimé qu’il soit un peu chauffé avant notre arrivée car il faisait 8 degrés à Montpellier.
Nous recommandons l’appartement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Not your place if you're aged with heavy bags...no lift in Building

Positive:
Very spacious apartment. Lovely water pressure with good hot water. Plenty of utensils, and kitchen supplies. Tram pretty well outside front door, either into town or to the Bus terminus...excellent.

Negative:
If you are like us, nearing 70yo., then 3 stories of stairs and no lift is a killer when you have heavy bags.

Müllentsorgungssymbol sehr kompliziert. Mülltrennung wird überall angepriesen, aber letztendlich muss man sich eine Tonne irgendwo an der Straße suchen.

Lovely, airy apartment that was beautifully decorated and came with every amenity

Positive:
Very large, bright and airy apartment with every conceivable amenity. All the windows had screens and looked out onto a garden. The location was terrific… just across the street from tram stop (2 and 4). Comfortable bed with nice bedding. It was a great place to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

Negative:
Everything was great except the shower pressure…very weak. The skirting board below the cabinets fell off twice during our stay. Nothing tragic but it needs to be secured.

L’appartement est très joli meublé avec goût et très bien équipé. On avait même du sel et poivre et un peu d’huile et épices pour se sentir comme chez soi.
On se sent que l’appartement est vraiment investi par les propriétaire et entretenu. La literie est extra et tout était conforme.

Negative:
On a tout apprécié. Je dirai seulement qu’il manque un plateau pour transporter de la cuisine au salon.
Il y a une tige en fer qui tape contre la canalisation de la chambre lorsqu’il y a du vent . Heureusement il n’y avait pas de vent tous les jours.

Nicely furnished, comfortable bed and bedding; fully eqipped kitchen. opposite the tram station for #2 and 4 lines five minutes to train station and main plaza. The shower was awkward with low water pressure.

Pleasant place with a couple flaws.

Positive:
Charming old building, spacious, airy, and bright apartment. Stylish enough decor. Convenient placement of property, close to transport. Easy check in (lockbox). Fully equipped for any occasion.

Negative:
Apartment really needs servicing and renovation. Horrible sewage smell in the kitchen needs addressing. Communication was non-existent, just a couple automated messages. Thankfully we didn't have a need to contact property, but that one time I asked for small clarification nobody answered. The check-out time is a bit earlier then usual, the check-in time is a bit later than usual.

Séjour super

Super logement, très bien équippé et propre, lit très comfortable, avec les fenêtres fermées, on n'entend plus la rue. Je recommande fortement !

El alojamiento está bien decorado y es muy bonito pero tiene algunos fallos. Entre ellos, la limpieza: a pesar de que el anfitrión tiene instrucciones de salida demasiado estrictas, el apartamento no estaba suficientemente limpio para el importe que habíamos pagado por la limpieza. Además, aunque está bien situado al estar delante de una parada de tram, hay que ser consciente de que NO está en el corazón de la ciudad como indica el anuncio. Los recursos en el apartamento, a pesar de proporcionar especias, aceite y sal, eran escasos: no había jabón de manos fuera de algunas muestras de gel de ducha de hotel, toalla de manos ni estropajos de cocina limpios. A tener en cuenta también es que está en un tercer piso sin ascensor! Aún así, el apartamento es muy acogedor, espacioso y agradable.

Really lovely apartment. Spacious, clean, twelve minute walk to town or a quicker tram (although it’s like one stop so kinda pointless). Really nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable bed, too!

There were two issues I had with the apartment, the first of which possibly won’t affect everyone: parking. The three most nearby car parking spots on G0ogle maps… just don’t exist! It seems like Montpellier is undergoing some rapid renovations (writing this in March 2024) so there is construction and change EVERYWHERE. As such, listings on G0ogle maps are out of date, and also, sometimes you’re directed to go down one way streets that aren’t the direction you’re going! Anyway.. there is street parking available and it would be helpful if the host was able to point out some street names that you can park on. For instance, we parked on Rue Denise.

Secondly, the check out requirements are a bit high considering the high cleaning cost.

La décoration crée un espace apaisant.
Par la fenêtre, la végétation locale est plaisante à contempler.
De plus l'immeuble est situé juste en face de l'arrêt de tramway, très pratique!!
