The location is lovely and the apartment is really nice! It’s small, but the way it’s furnished makes it feel quite spacious. Perfect for two people. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the backyard isn’t the nicest, but it does make the apartment very quiet. Elisa was also very quick to reply to our questions. The only downside was the unusually early check-out time, and late check-out is quite expensive.
The area is perfect — cosy, with great restaurants and shops, and close to the beach. If you rent bikes, nothing is more than 10 minutes away 😊

I travel to Nice several times a year, and was extremely pleased with this find. Not only was it extremely central to the areas I needed to visit on foot, it was close to both the bus and tram services.
Do take note: it's not the best equipped for cooking meals, and it's a studio, so you probably won't want to cook right next your bed, but it is possible to rustle up a quick meal. The extractor fan works well.
Most importantly for me, it was extremely quiet and comfortable - no traffic to be heard at night, especially those noisy motorbikes! I would definitely stay here again.

Par contre, nous pensions pouvoir prendre un bain dans la baignoire mais nous n’avons pas réussi à fermer l’évacuation. Et la baignoire faisait partie de nos arguments pour le choix de ce logement. Mise à part cela, tout était parfait ! Je recommande fortement !

O quarto era impecável, bonito, limpo e moderno com tudo o que precisávamos( desde frigorífico, microondas, secador, máquina de lavar roupa/loiça) . Foi uma estadia que superou as expectativas e recomendo imenso.

It has all the essentials, is beautifully decorated, and the building is safe and accessible with the fob key provided. Aside from the water being turned off for a period of time -- which, I assume, was out of control of the hosts) -- the only real issue was check-in communication. After the corporate customer service rep told me through the Airbnb app that I could not check in 1.5 hours early, sending me to a pay-for-storage partner, instead, the onsite helper contacted me shortly after and said the apartment was ready. The miscommunication cost me some money, time, and labor, but the apartment itself made up for it.

We loved everything about this heart of Nice studio! Squeaky clean, free late checkin, easy quick instructions,responsive hosts, fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, capsule coffee machine,blowdry,iron and board etc. Luminous huge windows, building has small elevator, everything peaceful quiet. Literally 2 mins from tram or bus stations, 10min walk from Nice Ville train station, full of restaurants and grocery shops Lidl, Intermarche 4-5 mins walking.Make sure to pack for jogging, you are 10min walk from neverending Prom des Anglais by the beach. All the shops from Lafayette to Zara 5 mins walk on Medecin Avenue. We managed to visit most tourist spots nearby using solely public transp (even Bolt for Eze) in 6 days, cote D'Azur should be seen once in a lifetime at least.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine unschlagbare zentrale Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels einer Box war problemlos und es war auch sofort jemand zu erreichen, als wir beim Check out Probleme mit der Box hatten -was aber unsere Schuld war!!!-

It was very Dusty under the bed and there was an empty shampoo bottle under the chairs along with a red liquid which was not from the shampoo. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and we would probably stay there again - but I would expect a higher level of cleanliness as we had to vacuum the floors ourselves immediately upon arrival.
We did not use the chairs and honestly felt they took up too much of the floor space. We ended up moving them to the left of the bed to allow for more floor space :)

A perfect location in a quiet residential part of the city. But central to all attractions.

Highlights were an ideal location for restaurants, wine shops and the Promenade des Anglais. The lift is welcome as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Only a minute's walk from the Jean Medecin tram station (Line 2 from the airport 20+ minutes away) and a Luggage Hero location to store bags pre-post check-out times. Well equipped for a couple on a mini-break.

This unit was as described ,was very nice and in a good location between the train station and the beach. It had a well supplied kitchen ( except toilet paper, tissue or paper towels.) The internet was not working when we were there.
This unit is managed by a company and we found it frustrating. We received multiple requests (5) for the same arrival information from their website, Airbnb and an email from a staffer. The instructions to locate and enter the unit were confusing. On departure we received three more Emails reminding us that checkout was 10:00. The email from the staff included a list of things to do including a request to leave the unit clean. She may not have known we were charged a substantial cleaning fee. I do however recommend the accommodation.

The instructions to check-in and check-out came from different sources, were confusing and not very well detailed. Moreover, these instructions were sent with short notice.

Great stay overall, perfect location, lovely little studio apartment; however, the shower head attachment was broken so we had to hold it the whole time, there was a bit of mold on the shower head, and it smelled overall moldy in the apartment upon walking in.
When we told Welkeys about this, they never responded.
We also had to go buy pillowcases because they told us that they couldn't provide this... they are reimbursing us but it took time out of our first day because of needing to find somewhere to buy them, wash them, air dry them.
Despite these minor things, it was a nice stay and it truly was the perfect location in Nice -- I just hope they fix it for the next people :)

Nice apartment, looks like the photos and good location. Seems to be run by a property management company and we were provided the name of someone who was meant to meet us to check in, shortly before she let us know we’d need to get the keys from a lockbox instead which was fine, but the instructions we received weren’t very clear, the lockbox was very hard to open and identifying the apartment once inside the building was difficult. I reached out with questions and it was hours before I got a response - luckily we had figured it out on our own by then

Studio très bien équipé, spacieux, propre, avec un wifi de très haut débit (fibre) apprécié pour le travail en distanciel. La localisation géographique est parfaite, avec toutes les commodités et lieux stratégiques à portée de sandales !
Negative:
Il manque une éponge pour faire la vaisselle à la main et nettoyer un peu les surfaces. Un spray nettoyant serait bienvenu également, même si le ménage est prévu en fin de séjour, car pour un séjour de plus de 2 jours, c'est utile.

Recently enjoyed a truly enchanting stay in Nice, France! I wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb gem to fellow travellers. Nestled in a prime location, it offers easy access to restaurants, the beach, and the captivating old town. The apartment itself is impeccable and meticulously maintained, boasting a wide range of amenities. The invigorating shower, along with the convenience of a washing machine and dishwasher, added an extra level of comfort. Thoughtful touches such as provided shower gel, shampoo, and a supply of toilet paper were greatly appreciated. Communication with WellKeys was exceptional, thanks to their dedicated and responsive messaging support. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I would not hesitate to choose this Airbnb for future visits to Nice. The floor was sticky on arrival and the bathroom had very poor ventilation. The location was good with many restaurants and shops in the immediate walking vicinity. The host was responsive. check-out was communicated to be at 10 am which is earlier than most other places. That said, we left at 6 am so it was not an issue for us but something for others to take note of nonetheless.

Toutefois, un mini kit de nettoyage ( éponge et produit vaisselle) serait appréciable surtout pour un court séjour.
