Notre appartement est situé au premier étage d'une charmante maison traditionnelle des années 20. Nous avons juste acheté cet appartement calme et lumineux de 55m2 en 2019 et l'avons aménagé à notre goût. Il est équipé de la fibre optique qui permet d'avoir un WIFI très puissant. Très rare à Antibes, nous disposons d'un parking privatif en sous sol à 100m de l'appartement.

Brilliant location, close to shops, bars, beach and Old town. Hosts very responsive and happy to have people come and fix issues immediately, like the towel rack and water temperature.
Sadly little things add up, bathroom smells like sewage, becomes wet due to poor extraction, all 3 taps have water-blaster like pressure. No spare rubbish bags provided, no general amenities that are not technically included in the stay but come with the title of Air BnB such as tea, coffee sugar, oil or Pepper.
Mosquitos are a downside through no fault of the owner, we got eaten alive despite keeping windows closed which is what confused us the most.

Our family is very low key and not demanding by any means. That being said, this apartment can use some love from the owner - the team managing this property should declutter and spend some time on repairs/upkeep. Kitchen in particular - chipped in some places, broken in others, had old broken or chipped dishes amidst the newer ones, what seemed like old leftover utensils and items from previous guests, other people’s leftovers, half empty box of pasta from unknown time, random old flowers, little Christmas tree on the shelf in the living room in the middle of August - all the things that if simply thrown away during cleanup between tenants would make the space feel refreshed and new for the next guests, instead of cluttered by prior people’s belongings.
The place was fantastically located, short walk to the beach, nearby attractions, myriad of restaurants nearby. Included parking spot was crucial in that neighborhood - there would nowhere to park otherwise.

The air conditioning works well in the bedrooms (a bit less efficient in the living room). Communication with the host was excellent, and any small issues were promptly addressed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Purtroppo arrivate nell'appartamento mancavano i copricuscini e abbiamo dovuto attendere il giorno dopo per averli. Tendenzialmente l'appartamento riportava polvere e utensili non puliti. Ultima brutta sorpresa sono state le blatte nel bagno, probabilmente attirate dall'umido. Peccato, sarebbe stata un'ottima esperienza.

The only issue was the bathroom was fairly small and stuffy. After six people had showers in it - it would end up smelling a bit.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix à Antibes! L'appartement est très bien localisé et il est spacieux et très fonctionnel : nous avions tout à disposition (même certains équipements pour la plage). Nous avions tout visité à pieds pendant notre séjour. La plage est à 10 minutes à pieds. La gare à 6min.

Avec mes 5 amies nous avons passé une super semaine dans l'appartement d'Eric. Il s'est montré extrêmement à l'écoute, bienveillant et disponible durant la durée du séjour, et nous a même conseillé sur des restaurants et balades à faire que nous avons beaucoup aimé. L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description, nous avons même été surprises de l'espace que nous avions par rapport à la surface. Nous avons par dessus tout apprécié la localisation du logement, à dix minutes à pied maximum de tout. Nous le recommandons chaudement !

It is a 5 min walk each from the port, some of the cities' beaches and the city centre. Communication was great and his welcome folder with tips what to explore in Antibes helped us to feel right at home. I'd definitely recommend staying at his apartment.

Stationnement en ville compliqué dans tout Antibes, prévoir un abonnement parmi les nombreux parkings proposé (pré pecheur ou poste les plus proches) pour vous éviter de tourner longuement pour trouver où stationner. Machine a laver la vaisselle, machine a laver le linge , cuisine équipée spacieuse avec un vrai four + micros-onde ... Chambres spacieuse avec de vrais dressing dans chaque et une literie propre et moderne . Salle de bain spacieuse avec une grande douche a l italienne .

Квартира соответствует предоставленным фото, оснащена всей необходимой техникой, мебелью, кухонными и постельными принадлежностями в чистом, достаточном и рабочем состоянии. В квартире спокойно разместится 6 человек. Мы отдыхали впятером и все чувствовали себя комфортно. Квартира находится в центре Антиба: 8-10 минут пешком до авто- и железнодорожного вокзала, 3-5 минут до близлежащих супермаркетов, 7-8 минут до пляжа, 2 минуты до порта Вобан с красивейшими катерами и яхтами, 7 минут до музея Пикассо.
Хозяин быстро и информативно отвечал на все вопросы, любезно разрешил нам воспользоваться квартирой ранее заявленного времени и организовал передачу ключей сразу же по нашему прибытию в аэропорт Ниццы.
Никакого шума со стороны соседей не наблюдалось. Единственное, что хотелось бы изменить, так это шум от движения автомобилей по улице, на которую выходят окна обеих спален. Приходилось закрывать окна на ночь для уменьшения его уровня.
С удовольствием повторили бы этот опыт в будущем. Большое спасибо Эрику за наш отдых)

Стиральная и посудомоечная машина выручали. Во всех комнатах кондиционеры. В квартире есть пылесос, он тоже был нам в помощь т.к. у нас маленький ребенок и постоянно крошки после еды и куча песка приносилось с пляжа. У дома если получится припарковаться, то очень выгодная парковка. Я просто вставал и ждал когда кто нибудь уедет.
Квартирой полностью довольны. Рекомендуем. Антибы прекрасны! Не хотелось уезжать)

Le sejour a Antibes etait merveilleux, l appartement correspond tout a fait aux photos, il est propre, tres bien equipe, assez grand pour loger au moins 5 personnes, mais le plus grand triomphe est sa location - tout est a proximite. : gare d Antibes, arrets de bus, centre historique, port, restaurants, marche provencal, markets, plages de sables (plage de la Gravette, plage de Salis) les musees, la cathedrale etc. Le choix de cet appart etait vraiment une bonne idee! Merci pour tout :)

Everything is like the description. Especially the location is the highlight. There were just some tiny equipement missings/difficulties. But Chrystelle was acting so that I believe it will be OK for future stays.
Tip 1. to open the main residence entrance, sometimes you can back turn (anticlock-wise) a little then forward turn the red key. Normally it will be OK.
2. The indicators on the internet box are defective but the WIFI is working well. If not, just restart and be patient during the reboot.

Avis sur le logement : Problème d'eau chaude non résolu, mais logement agréable
Le logement est agréable, bien fonctionnel et bénéficie d'une très bonne localisation. Cependant, mon expérience a été impactée par l'absence d'eau chaude durant tout mon séjour. J'ai signalé ce problème dès mon arrivée, et bien qu'une entreprise soit intervenue deux jours plus tard, le souci n'a jamais été résolu.
De plus, la personne en charge du logement sur place n'a jamais pris le temps de venir constater le problème elle-même, sauf après mon départ. Étonnamment, le problème a disparu à ce moment-là.
Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été courtois et très agréable, jusqu'à ce que je mentionne mon intention de signaler la situation à Airbnb, ce qui a entraîné une tension dans la communication.
Je recommande de vérifier avec l'hôte que tous les problèmes éventuels ont été résolus avant de réserver, car malgré les aspects positifs du logement, ces soucis peuvent nuire à la qualité de votre séjour.

Wir – Familie 5 Personen – waren im August 5 Nächte bei Eric. Eine tolle Lage unweit der Innenstadt ohne störenden Trubel und nur 5 Min vom Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke.
Für den Fußweg zu einem sehr schönen Strand haben wir um die 10 Min gebraucht. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten die dazu noch klimatisiert sind.
Leider ist die Wohnung insbesondere die Küche deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und . Das Badezimmer dagegen ist neu gemacht. Das Schloss der Haustür war schwergängig.
Wir hatten vor Ort Kontakt zu Chrystelle die am besten Telefonisch zu erreichen war.

Ps: rien à voir mais prendre en compte le stationnement pas forcément facile.
Le parking souterrain est disponible vers la poste mais onéreux.
Il y a des places de parking payantes aux alentours mais moins onéreuses

The apartment is in great location and has a good core: spacious, high ceilings. It requires some maintenance and attention from the owner though as sometime it feels like you stay in two different apartments: the bathroom is new and clean, the toilet is outdated and the kitchen is falling apart. There is some useless stuff (e.i eight used anti mosquito diffusers) and broken kids utensils but at the same time there is no bottle opener and just one old skillet. There is also just 1 bathroom (no toilet) and 1 separate toilet although it’s said 1.5 bathroom in the description (which by my understanding should mean 1 bathroom with a toilet + 1 toilet). With all said, the owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Parking gratuit à 10 mn à pied (Fort Carré) sinon possible de decharger facilement le véhicule en bas du logement (arrêt toléré devant jardin public )
Logement suffisament spacieux pour 4 personnes avec de grands placards.
Manque un peu de vaisselles/accessoires cuisine mais pas redhibitoire pour quelques jours.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Eric.
L’appartement est dans un immeuble ancien plein de charme, en centre ville près du port Vauban et à 5mn des remparts et de la vieille ville si pittoresque.
Il est lumineux, propre et très calme.
Éric et Christelle sont très attentionnés.
Nous reviendrons sûrement lors d’un prochain passage dans cette belle ville d’Antibes.

Eric is an extremely responsive host and his apartment is exactly as described. Convenient to Old Town in Antibes, the train and the beach. 1st floor apartment with nice wide steps. Apartment has A/C, which works ok. Beds are comfortable with extra pillows in the closet. Great to also have a washer in the apartment. Weird set up with toilet separated from shower, but not a big deal for us. Thanks for a great stay and your flexibility with check in and check out, Eric & Chrystelle!

I thought this apartment would be a sure bet considering the positive reviews, but my family (me, my husband and two young children) had the worst experience I’ve ever had on Airbnb. I want to give a fair review: The good part is that the place is quite spacious and in a central location which was convenient. There were several amenities that were useful (iron, washing machine, TV, microwave). However, unfortunately we faced several issues during our stay. The apartment was very dusty when we arrived and we had to re-clean everything, especially in the kitchen. The AC didn’t work at full capacity which was a problem during very hot days –unfortunately there are heatwaves across Europe. There’s no freezer, the fridge froze in the back and dripped all over our food, and parts of the apartment literally fell off , which was very unsafe as we were there with 2 small kids. Specifically, a shelf from the wall of the toilet fell off while my 4-year old was using it, and the bottom panel from the kitchen fell off as my 1-year old crawled around. The apartment and building in general needs maintenance.
At first Eric was very apologetic, offering some excuses eg. “I thought that was fixed but I guess it wasn’t,” “I didn’t have time to fix that,” readily offered to reimburse some of our stay, offered to remedy some issues but with proposals that made no sense (i.e. having an AC technician come a day before we left because no one was available during the holidays). In the end I accepted having someone come to clean 2 days before we left – better than nothing. No one was able to check out the AC despite my repeated requests. Finally after my stay, when pressed on the partial reimbursement, Eric completely changed tone, and made several false accusations: The AC worked fine but I had left the windows open, the fridge was fine but I had overstocked it, the apartment was clean before I came and dirtied it. The whole experience, even the fact that I had to message this guy all throughout my vacation to no avail, was just really disappointing.
Other minor but still annoying factors:
- Induction stove turned off after more than 10 min of use
- Very soft, worn out mattress on the queen bed
- The shared yard was absolutely filthy, complete with dirty cushions and an old Christmas tree that no one ever bothered removing
- Toilet (separate from the bathroom) had no fans or windows, and is right next to the kitchen
- The building in general is poorly maintained
I definitely would not recommend this place, especially to families.

There are 3 beds (and a foldout) sofa, but one the beds had no sheets and the host refused to provide the sheets even after we asked.

Our vacation in Eric's apartment was perfect. Modern, clean apartment in the city center, steps from the beach and with everything you need to spend some fantastic days. The highlight is the air conditioning. These weeks were especially hot, so we were grateful that we chose this place to stay.
Eric is a super host, he contacted us before our stay to give us a lot of information about the place and on our arrival he allowed us to leave our luggage in advance to enjoy Antibes. Very attentive before, during and at the end of our stay.
I definitely recommend the apartment, Eric as a host and Antibes as a destination.
