First, the positive: The apartment itself was clean and did have a pretty good view. But everything else was negative. The check in process is, I kid you not, 16 pages long. Have you ever tried an escape room? It's like that, with multiple codes, lockboxes, keys, and combination locks. One particularly vexing part was aligning the number on a lock placed sideways in a mailbox, making all the numbers hard to read.They also do not provide you with a blanket, just a sheet, presumably so that you will not try to use the air conditioner.And as for checkout, you have to take out the garbage, but nowhere does it indicate how to do that, and there are no chutes. So we spent quite some time trying to figure out where the compactor room was.But worst of all, the bed is tiny! The pictures show the bed as if it can accommodate a couple. It cannot. The moment we got in there we wanted to leave. When we called the owner out on the misleading picture and asked for at least a partial refund, he derisively responded "the suite has a 140190 bed, as indicated in the ad and on the photos the layout is very well shown.. so I don't see how you couldn't see that". As if we travel with a measuring tape.Final verdict: DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances. You will find much more spacious accommodations, complete with kitchenette, and a concierge, at the Tahiti Nui for basically the same price. That's where we ended up going after this disaster.

The positive: the apartment is well kept, has a nice porch, and a good view.
The negative: the check in process is, I kid you not, 6 pages long, including having to line up numbers on a lockbox that faces sideways and is hard to see. You will have to enter multiple codes and use multiple keys.
The picture of the bed shows it set for two. It does not fit two, so if you are a couple you cannot fit on this bed. And we are not big people. Plus there is a wall on one side so you will have to climb over your partner to go to the bathroom. And the bed is uncomfortable.
They also do not provide you with a blanket, just a sheet, presumably so you will not use the air conditioner.
Should you do a laundry, there is a washing machine, but not a dryer so plan accordingly.
They also make you take out the trash upon checkout, but the building has no chutes and they leave you with no instructions as to where the compactor is, so you will be hunting around the entire complex for the garbage room.
We booked for four nights and stayed for just one, as we couldn't handle this disaster.
My recommendation: you will have a much better experience and value for your money, as well as a much larger room, if you stay at the Tahiti Nui. Hotel Reva is nice too.
We stayed in both. I would give this zero stars if possible.
