Très bien situé: le lieu est vraiment agréable avec sa vie de quartier, très vivant, proche de lieux touristiques mais avec une vraie vie de quartier. l’ appartement est calme pour se reposer.

I had a generally positive experience staying at this apartment. The location is unbeatable — you’re right in the heart of the action, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. However, there are a few things potential guests should know before booking.
First, the apartment is up quite a few stairs with no elevator, which can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you have heavy luggage or aren’t up for a bit of a workout. Additionally, the check-in process was a little inconvenient; you need to walk about 5 minutes offsite to pick up the keys, which adds a bit of time and effort to the arrival process.
The sleeping arrangements were decent, nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a few nights. Unfortunately, the climate control didn’t work as well as expected, and I had trouble getting the temperature just right during my stay.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location is perfect - ideal for exploring the Marais. The apartment has a beautiful view overlooking the rooftops and was nice and quiet at night. The apartment was very clean and was well equipped with kitchen supplies.
There are a lot of steps up to the top floor, without a lift. This wasn’t an issue for us but something to consider if you struggle with stairs.

Logement très bien situé, au centre de tout. Cependant, l’accès à l’appartement au dernier étage reste compliqué (pas d’ascenseur) avec des grosses valises et un enfant en bas âge.
L’appartement est plutôt bien équipé. Le ménage est selon moi à revoir.
Si vous êtes plusieurs, prenez des douches très rapides car la capacité du chauffe-eau est très très limitée.

We enjoyed our stay with Jean Jacques very much. The apartment is lovely and can host up to four people or three people without having to share beds. The location is also perfect!
Check in was easy and the host was very communicative about when and how to get the keys.
The cleanliness of the apartment was okay, they only thing missing was towels for the guests and the showerhead isn’t fastened. This mean we had to stand in the corner in the shower to be hit by the water that changes temperature every now and then. And after that we had to use small hand towels to dry off. Informing guest about the need to bring towels would be great.
Otherwise everything was good and the host answers messages. Thank you for our stay 😊
