Great location, which is the main advantage of this apartment.
However, our experience was disappointing. The apartment is on the ground floor with a window facing an interior courtyard. During our stay, extensive renovation works were taking place in the courtyard and throughout the building areas. The space was covered with protective sheets, and workers started early in the morning, creating noise and an unpleasant atmosphere.
The apartment is quite dark due to the courtyard-facing window, and it does not fully match the impression given by the photos. There was also no hairdryer available. The sofa bed is very noisy and creaks a lot during the night, making sleeping uncomfortable.
This place can be suitable for a short practical stay due to its location, but it does not provide the comfortable tourist experience we were looking for.

During the stay, the studio was very humid; there were also two dehumidifiers, one of which had a reservoir full of water upon arrival. Additionally, the bedspread and towels were stained and not clean.
Also be careful if you check in later than 10 PM; the host suddenly charges €45 just to leave the key under the mat in front of the studio, since the shop where you are initially supposed to pick it up is closed.
No alternative is offered, leaving you feeling forced to pay since you cannot stay overnight otherwise.
This was not mentioned anywhere in the advertisement and was not communicated in advance.
In 10 years of traveling with AirBnB, I have never experienced anything like this.
