We loved this place! It was clean, beds were comfy and the view from the windows is beautiful. Definitely would recommend it! Only thing I would note is that it is on Level 4 with no lift (like many places in Europe), so if you have accessibility issue it could be tough. We LOVED our stay here!

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war super, Hafen, Zitadelle, Restaurants, Geschäfte sehr nah zu Fuß; auch zum ersten Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet.
Die Dusche hat Platz, und auch wenn es ein Innenbad ist, hat die Abluft gut funktioniert.
Es gibt sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Sofaecke zum gemütlichen Sitzen.
Negative:
Die Wohnungstür in diesem Altbau ist sehr alt und schließt nicht wirklich gut und sicher.
Und man sollte wissen, daß die Wohnung über eine alte und teilweise ausgetretene Treppe im 3. Obergeschoß erreichbar ist.

Perfect spot I am incredible location. Located on the main road with schools and restaurants and just a 2 min walk to the port and a few more minutes to the gorgeous beach. You have everything you need within feet from the house (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, amazing restaurants and stores). Calvi is a gem and this flat is in the heart of it all!

Prachtig ingericht appartement midden in de centrale, maar toch rustige, straat van Calvi. Twee fijne slaapkamers met goede bedden en een airco die zelfs tijdens een hittegolf het appartement aangenaam koel hield. Loopafstand naar de citadel en naar het strand. Fijne grote keuken met oven, magnetron, wasmachine en vaatwasser. De perfecte plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen!

Very central apartment right on the street that turns into music street every Thursday.
The apartment is well equipped, there is everything you need.
The view is not spectacular, but it is nice. You can see the small sea port, city life on a very nice square, and even church bells.
Negative:
The payment process is quite cumbersome. (After the booking you receive bunch of emails with payment details, many of these emails contradict each other, also they require registration at the portal of the provider).

Très bonne réactivité de la part de la gestionnaire tout comme du propriétaire qui a su fixer un problème au niveau du frigo en moins de 2h! Notre séjour à Calvi a été réussi en grande partie grâce à ce très joli et confortable nid douillé Je recommande chaleureusement!

Vi lånte leiligheten i Calvi i desember, over jul. Calvi var rolig og stemningsfull på denne tiden av året, med vakker natur og fin utsikt mot havet og fjellene. Et minnerikt juleopphold utenfor høysesong. Julemarked nedenfor citadellen og bål utenfor kirken på julaften, som vi kunne følge fra kjøkkenvinduet de følgende dagene.
Da det oppstå problemer med kjøleskapet var vertskapet veldig hjelpsomme og fulgte opp saken på en veldig god måte.

We had a wonderful stay in the top floor apartment so close to the lovely church tower and view of the sea! We highly recommend if you are fit and can climb the stairs while carrying your luggage. It's location is perfect with many wonderful restaurants right by the sea and a long white sand beach to walk! Just remember the front door is "push in" unlike most American front doors that pull open!

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen man bekommt das bunte Leben und die Musik mit, was toll ist gerade wenn man mit Kind nicht so ausgehen kann. sehr bequeme Betten. etwas mehr Licht im Wohnzimmer wäre schön. sehr gute Ausstattung mit Liebe ausgesucht. wir hätten gerne verlängert, was leider nicht ging, könnten aber super einfach in eine andere Wohnung im Haus wechseln und durften dafür länger in der Wohnung mit unserem Kleinkind bleiben bis die andere geputzt war, dass ist ein mega Service.

The place is amazing to stay and comfortable. The location was perfect and walkable for everything you would want to do in Calvi. The apartment itself was beautiful and had amazing views.
The no so great things:
The place is in city center so there was club music on Saturday night till late night.
There is no free parking. The only free parking is from 9pm-9am otherwise you pay for parking which adds up.
The AC was only in the hallway and not the rooms.

Appartement très agréable situé au cœur de Calvi, au 3ème et dernier étage d'un petit immeuble, sans ascenseur. Accès très facile. Les deux chambres avec grand lits confortables donnent côté rue et la pièce à vivre avec ses deux fenêtres vue sur la mer et la montagne. Appartement décoré avec goût et très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et en prime : machine à laver la vaisselle, machine à laver, four et four micro-ondes.
Nous n'avions pas de voiture et nous avons pu faire plein d'activités à pied depuis Calvi plutôt calme en cette saison, les restaurants faisaient leur réouverture pour attaquer la saison estivale. Un bon break très agréable ☀️

Il est non seulement très bien décoré, mais il est aussi idéalement situé au cœur de la ville, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des attractions locales. Les équipements de qualité étaient très appréciables et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Nous aurions pu avoir une très désagréable expérience car nous avons eu une panne sur le cumulus un soir tard nous obligeant à couper l'eau complètement. Mais notre hôte a appelé un plombier qui a réparé le cumulus dès le lendemain matin.

Schöne Wohnung, welche den Bildern entspricht. Ist aber etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern präsentiert. Eher dunkel. Sehr zentral gelegen und alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist die Parksituation sehr erschwert. Auf der Strasse vor der Wohnung gibt es keine gratis Parkplätze (Maximal 2 Std für 17.- Euro). Auch ist es hier sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz für das Entladen zu finden. Das Fahrzeug kann weiter weg abgestellt werden ( ca. 5-10 min) und kostet min. 15.- Euro/24h.

Le seul point négatif est le stationnement qui n’était pas inclus avec le logement, mais il est possible de stationner dans la rue ou tout près dans un parking payant ce qui a été facilement accommodant. Je recommande fortement ce logement !

è un terzo piano senza ascensore, ma vicinissimo al centro e in una via nella quale il parcheggio, anche ad agosto, è gratuito di notte (ma molto costoso di giorno).

Super appartement plein de charme, très bien situé et merveilleusement meublé. Tout était impeccable. Il y a même des jeux anciens en bois, échecs et dominos, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Un bonheur de se réveiller face a la mer. Un bonheur de rester dîner dans cette jolie pièce à vivre. Literie agréable. Aux pieds des 3 meilleurs restautants de la vie. Avec le charme de l église en voisine.

L'appartement d'Elo est vraiment une trouvaille. Situé au centre, c'est parfait pour faire tout à pied. Tout est décoré avec goût et très propre, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dès la première minute. La communication avec Elo etait facile et tout a fonctionné comme convenu.

Very beautiful apartment, easy cheap parking close by and in the middle of all shops/restaurants. Short walk to u trinichello. Just to be aware there is no lift so need to climb stairs to reach the door. Very worth the climb though!

The apartment is great but unfortunately not a place for light sleepers because of the jarring noise of glass bottles being taken out a few times per night by the restaurants. Otherwise it’s a good location for proximity to beach, marina, citadel. Note - parking can be difficult to find. Free if a 10min walk away or budget eur17 per day.

L'appartement est très agréable. Il est bien équipé, fonctionnel. La literie est de qualité, le linge aussi. La cuisine est très pratique. L'emplacement est top avec toutes les facilités à proximité. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette location. Deux points un peu plus négatifs sont à considérer, les parkings uniquement payants aux alentours, et l'accès sans ascenseur au 3ème étage. Ces deux désagréments ne réduisent pas notre avis global.

L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Calvi permettant de tout faire à pieds (citadelle, port, restaurants, excursions en bateau, plage…). On se sent comme chez soi dans ce logement décoré avec beaucoup de goût ce qui est d’autant plus remarquable pour un bien proposé à la location.

This was a perfect stay for a group of 4. It has all the essential amenities, it's clean, comfortable, and the location is the best. We only had an issue upon arrival since the instructions given by a third party website were incorrect indicating the wrong floor of the building, but that was it (why is this website being used other than centralizing everything on Airbnb? it was confusing). Elo was nice to let us check out one hour later than we were supposed to even after I asked her pretty last minute, so I really appreciate that. I recommend! 😀
