Il est très rare de pouvoir cumuler, une position centrale dans Calvi (tous commerces à pied, vue mer et à 300m de la plage), un accès indépendant et pas de voisin au dessus de vous, une piscine chauffée (du 1er Avril à début novembre) un parking privé et sécurisé, et tous les prestation d'accompagnement avant et pendant le séjour.
L'appartement est entièrement climatisé.
Il est situé au sein d'une petite propriété de 800 m² avec piscine chauffée. Les propriétaires (Elodie et Jérome) présents sur place.

It was simply incredible. Centrally located (both to the beach and into town!), yet quiet and extremely cozy, with attention to detail and perfect amenities – even more so than the photos show. A little oasis in the heart of Calvi, especially the large terrace, which is a real highlight! But the apartment itself is so much more than "just" a vacation rental. You immediately feel at home, and we didn't want to leave this "home away from home." Anyone coming to Calvi simply has to stay here, otherwise they're missing out.

Séjour très agréable en famille. La piscine chauffée en avril nous a permis de profiter au maximum du temps ensoleillé. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de solliciter beaucoup Élodie car les instructions étaient très claires mais elle a été réactive lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'elle. Le logement est agréable, avec une belle vue sur la baie de Calvi et bien placé pour visiter la ville et ses environs ou aller à la plage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ich habe meine Ferien in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht – sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Der Strand war in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie ein Einkaufszentrum mit allem, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Auch die Terrasse ist gross und gut ausgestattet mit einer bequemen Lounge und einem Esstisch. Unsere Kinder hatten grosse Freude am Pool.
Die Wohnnng ist super gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, zur Altstadt und zum Super U.
Für uns war die Strasse sehr lärmig. Die Aussentreppe zur Wohnung (einziger Zugang) ist sehr steil und für ältere Leute eher ungeeignet.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unsere Ferien in der Wohnung von Elodie und Jérome sehr genossen.

Lovely place, very nicely styled and very walkable to the centre of Calvi. Also very close to a big supermarket with everything that you need. It was a bit windy and cold to swim while we were there, which was a shame because the pool looked very inviting. Rooms are both a great size, which is great if you are travelling with two couples. We also had our baby with us and Elo made sure we had a cot and high chair which was very useful. There were lots of condiments etc too, so you might not need to bring all the basics. Worth a check before you shop. Thanks for a good stay!

We spend 12 wonderful days at this beautiful apartment. Everything we could possibly need was there. Spotlessly clean and very well presented. All of the rooms are a good size and the terrace is amazing with fabulous sea and mountain views. Location is perfect with supermarket, restaurants and the beach all a short walk away. Elo and Jerome were charming and very helpful. Although they live on site they are not at all intrusive but there if you need them. We would higlhly recommend. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Leuk appartement met een mooi uitzicht vanaf een groot terras. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op een top locatie. Op loopafstand van strand en stad, echt ideaal voor ons met 4 kinderen. Iedereen kon zijn eigen gang gaan. Mooi zwembad in een mooie tuin en hele vriendelijke,attente en behulpzame gastvrouw! Slaapbank in de woonkamer was ook prima en airco in het hele appartement!
Slaapkamer naast badkamer was wel wat licht doordat de luiken niet goed aansloten. Heerlijke tijd gehad! Komen graag terug!!

Central (but adjustable for each room) and very quiet air conditioning which was very pleasant. Lovely big balcony and big rooms. Great value for money, can highly recommend. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern zu Besuch und sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Elodie und Jerome sind überaus freundliche Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und groß, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die große Terrasse ist hervorragend zum Sonnen bzw. Essen. Auch die Kinder konnten dort super spielen.
Ein Supermarkt ist in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Altstadt sowie der Strand mit tollen Strandbars erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten.

Nous avions l’impression d’être toutes seules (nous avons très peu croisé Elodie et les autres locataires). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wir sind überaus glücklich, diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und die gesamte Ausstattung/Einrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll. Hervorzuheben sind der zwar kleine, dafür wunderschöne Pool- und Gartenbereich und die große Terrasse.

Eine schöne, geräumige und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz, Terrasse und Pool. Unsere Gastgeber Elodie und Jerome waren aufmerksam und liebevoll und jederzeit für uns da. Vielleicht könnte man nach der Saison an der Einrichtung ein paar kleinere Reparaturen vornehmen. Dies tut dem Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch. Es war sehr, sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder - Danke !!

Die Wohnung und auch der Aussenbereich/Pool waren genau wie beschrienen und abgebildet. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet, das hat es uns leicht gemacht, uns sofort wohl zu fühlen.
Die Lage ist fantastisch. Sehr zentral, Altstadt, Meer, Supermarkt - Alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Sehr praktisch, vor allem da die Parkplätze schon voll werden und man sich damit das nervige Suchen spart. Trotzdem ist Elos Unterkunft eine Oase der Ruhe. Sonnenaufgang auf der Terasse nicht verpassen.
Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch den Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.
Elo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. In der Wohnung gab es zahlreiche Infos zu Calvi und Umgebung. Für Fragen war Elo trotzdem immer gut erreichbar.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Elo nur empfehlen.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Elo’s Airbnb. Elo was super helpful and responsive in messages. He came to the property to show us around and answer any questions we had. The house was beautiful. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. Our only complaint was that the stairs to get up to the space were very steep and not in the best conditions. Would not recommend this Airbnb for elderly guests, but otherwise it’s a perfect spot! Thank you Elo for your hospitality!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement était parfait, avec une terrasse très agréable. L’appartement était très bien situé, nous pouvions rejoindre le centre très facilement à pieds et tout aussi simplement sortir de la ville en voiture pour partir en excursion.

Appartement très propre, déco sympa et bien équipé. Proximité du centre (avantage mais aussi inconvénients) La piscine chauffée.

La proximité du centre est appréciable...en revanche il faut en accepter les inconvénients. A savoir le bruit ! Notamment la nuit...passage incessant de scooters et voitures....c est le point négatif.

Had a great stay in Calvi. Apartment was beautiful, clean, well-equipped and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Fab terrace, deck chairs and pool. We travelled from the UK by train and ferry. Short walk from Calvi station. Also only a couple of minutes from the supermarket. Calvi is a great base - lots to do - wish we could've stayed longer! Thank you!

Wir verbrachten drei erholsame Tage in der hübschen Unterkunft mit Dachterrasse mit Meersicht und Pool. Die Wohnung befindet sich an ruhiger Lage und in Gehdistanz zum Strand von Calvi sowie zur Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenso vorhanden wie Restaurants.

Magnifique appartement au centre de Calvi

Bel et spacieux appartement (avec tout le nécessaire à disposition) au top d'une petite résidence! La terrasse est fort appréciable et la vue au top! A proximité de tout (restaurants, plage, magasins, ...), il est facile de s'y rendre à pieds. La piscine et l'extérieur sont magnifiques et on a l'impression d'être privilégié! Le parking est également parfait pour y laisser sa voiture en toute sécurité. Merci à l'hôte pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité.

Pas grand chose si ce n'est : suite à la récente tempête, la climatisation ne fonctionne plus... Ceci s'est passé il y a quelques semaines et nous trouvons qu'il aurait été fort appréciable d'avoir été mis au courant tout de même avant notre arrivée... et l'escalier est un peu étroit et pentu... Du coup, pas forcément idéal pour les familles qui ont beaucoup d'affaires.
