We were very happy with this rental (3 adults, one child).

Excellent location, easy access, clean and good facilities, good beds, good spacious walk in shower. Off the street, so it was quiet. Modern kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine (bring your own tablets for them). Bluetooth speaker unit. Super close to bakery (important for fresh croissants). Fairly close to late night mini-supermarket. Fairly close to subway. On the ground floor, good for the elder in our group. Good instructions for easy access 24/7.

No real closet space for hanging clothes (only a couple of snags) or storing larger suitcases. Two narrow closets instead with already some items in them. Kitchen table chairs very noisy (metal scraping tiles) when you want to be quiet after some have gone to sleep. Would be o.k. to add a few utensils to the kitchen and increase the number of glasses and dishes. We didn't need to use the sofa bed, it was alright as a sofa but seemed to have had better days. None of this disturbed us or detracted from our stay, but we can imagine that the lack of closet space might be a detriment for someone who needs to hang a lot of clothes.

The apartment was perfect for our last few days in Paris. We were provided very easy instructions to access the keys and enter the space. The location in St Germain is fantastic and was an easy access to point to everywhere we wanted to visit with metro, bus, or taxis right outside the main door.
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom size is great for multiple people and includes a separate water closet / toilet room. We loved having a little extra space to spread out after being in small hotel rooms the first part of our trip. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge, but it seemed to be well stocked. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Just steps from the hustle and bustle of St Germain, the apartment is surprisingly quiet as it is well located in a courtyard (not facing the street). Comfortable beds and good curtains plus the quiet space, we slept well here (this is not guaranteed in the city, many apartments are loud or too bright!) We appreciated the many fans available throughout the apartment to circulate air.
The unit is small but a very efficient use of space, with everything you need (including laundry- so nice to have!) and a modern kitchen.
I stayed here with my husband and two children and the apartment was perfect for us to spend a few days in Paris.

There was mold in the bathroom, clumps of dust everywhere even on the high traffic areas.. The rugs were disgusting and had hair and everything else all over them. Hair all over the counters, etc. I should state I had my 3 little kids with me and this made me more nervous as one of my kiddos has allergies/asthma but overall the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Maybe someone came quickly to make the beds up/tidy, but there was zero chance they actually cleaned.

What a beautiful little apartment in a very chic part of Paris! Very small but feels spacious! Well stocked with coffee, tea, bathroom supplies and perfect location with shops, bakeries & restaurants just outside your front door! The washing machine and clothes airer were perfect after a 2 week walk through spain!!! All the attractions are easily accessed by foot or a metro train which there are a few options close by to get you where you need to go!

Overall, my experience was very good with some minor details, the bathroom was very smelly from day 1, there was moisture in walls and bathroom that needed cleaning or repair, and there was no full body mirror. Access was easy, beds, furniture, kitchen and appliances were comfortable and in very good shape. The place felt very safe and quiet for resting. I don’t appreciate being asking for filling the wash disher and taking trash out since I’m being charged a cleaning fee. Check out time could be later, 10am seems early to me. They could add value by adding bikes and a menu with suggestion for local close by restaurants, shops or attractions.

All the facilities we needed in a lovely location. A little squeezy for a family of 6, but we made it work.

As per Paris standards, dining living space is fairy reasonable. Good water pressure and enough hot water sippy for shower for all. Rather larger size shower space for Paris. 2 sinks bathroom was handy.

Very late check in time (5pm). Check out time is 10am, so compare to standard Air Bnb / self catering properties it is extremely long cleaning hours considering they sent you a message from owner to put all dishes in dishwasher and run (only 1 tablet provided), and also asked to put all rubbish out to communal rubbish bin outside. (To be fair you are allowed to leave your bag after noon on the check in date.)
It is a management company owned property and one of many apartments they manage - so not much room for negotiations and communication is rather less personal. But considering locations and size of the property it still is a good Paris accommodation.

Really great location in easy walk of everything you want to see in Paris. Great street with cafes and bakery next door. Apartment has everything you need, is small but that’s Paris. A little more outdated than the pictures but warm, cosy and clean. Only recommendation would be to ‘leave’ a few extra items as we had this with another air bnb in london and it makes that final difference. For example, some more toilet rolls given our stay was 7 nights, tea towels, a chopping board to make cooking easier. Also some cleaning products particularly toilet cleaner as it has no window so needs to be Kept very tidy and done washing liquid and dishwasher tablets (only left 1 for a week stay). Small complaints otherwise we had a really great stay with great communication from the agent.

Location of this apartment is excellent with supermarket, restaurants and bakery nearby. Quiet, safe and clean apartment. Subways nearby and bus stops just outside the apartment. The size of the apartment though is small but is just nice for 4 adults. The 2 bedroom is a little small but still ok.

De instructie om de woning te betreden was duidelijk en de woning voelde huiselijk.

Our unit in Paris was great - just 2 blocks from the metro so the city was at our fingertips! Unit was comfortable and also in an area with many cafes and stores nearby.
