Ce studio refait à neuf de 15m², très lumineux avec de nombreux rangements, est situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur (pour le 1er étage seulement). Ce logement moderne et confortable est composé de :
- un espace de vie chaleureux avec canapé-lit,
- une cuisine ouverte équipée (bouilloire, machine à café Nespresso, four, plaques de cuisson, frigo),
- une salle de bain avec douche,
- lave-linge, sèche-linge, sèche-cheveux, matériel de repassage,

I requested an electric fan due to extreme hot weather and he kindly provided one, which made our stay comfortable. I really appreciated his hospitality and would happily stay here again but not in july I swear the heatwave got my son sick. But we still enjoyed Paris though.

Квартира оказалась очень маленькой, душной и, что самое неприятное, грязной — прямо в помещении обнаружили таракана.
Мебель полностью изношена и испорчена: диван в ужасных негигиеничных пятнах, на него неприятно садиться, а шкаф-купе сломан и требует починки. Жилье нуждается в генеральной уборке и полноценном ремонте. Настоятельно рекомендую хозяину заменить диван, починить шкаф и привести квартиру в божеский вид перед тем, как снова сдавать ее людям. Не рекомендую здесь останавливаться в текущем состоянии.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Paris! The location is perfect – close to everything, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the whole space felt safe and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home.
A special thank you to the owner, Hacene, who was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy and smooth from the beginning until check-out.

A hospedagem é excelente! O apartamento é muito agradável, confortável e extremamente bem localizado. O metrô fica literalmente em frente ao prédio, o que facilita muito a locomoção. Além disso, é perto de tudo e há um supermercado colado, na mesma rua, o que é super prático.
O apartamento é bem completo, com cozinha equipada e fogão, tudo funcionando muito bem. A cama é maravilhosa, muito confortável, e o aquecedor funciona perfeitamente. O ambiente é silencioso e o quarto é muito agradável.
O proprietário é muito simpático, atencioso e prestativo. Gostei de absolutamente tudo na hospedagem.

В цьому приміщенні ми провели 5 днів. Постіль була порвана, фен не працював взагалі, слаба вентиляція у ванній , тому в ній пахло вологістю та почала проявлятися пліснява. Але останньою краплею терпіння стала поломка унітазу, який на 3 день нашого перебування у апартаментах перестав набирати воду та зливатися. Ми 3 дні зливали унітаз відром для прибирання. Господар апартаментів звісно був у курсі поломки та недоліків, але не відреагував. Просив тільки фото, відео та опис що саме трапилося. Була все ж надія, що хоча б унітаза полагодять, але все марно.
Розташування дуже гарне, близько до всіх визначних місць. Ми майже не використовували громадський транспорт.
Але рекомендувати ці апартаменти не можу, перш за все через байдужість господаря до проблем які виникають.

The only thing to notice is that they did not clean my room. However, they asked to leave a key for the cleaning crew at the box, but they never cleaned the apartment.

The room wasn’t clean when we got there , dirty towels were on the floor , the bed wasn’t cleaned . The host sent we mr someone at 10 pm at night and they used the same dirty sheet to spread the sofa bed . We only had 1 pillow!

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The photos posted by the host do not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be in an unacceptable state—filthy, poorly maintained, and completely uninhabitable. It was clear that it had not been properly cleaned, and we were unable to stay there because of the unsanitary conditions.
To make matters worse, the host refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that we had to move out immediately and find alternative accommodation. I strongly advise anyone considering this listing to look elsewhere, as the experience was nothing short of awful. The apartment is nothing like what is shown in the pictures and should not be listed in its current condition.

Siamo arrivati nell’abitazione verso le 15:30/16 e abbiamo trovato diversi problemi, a partire dalla tv che, diversamente da quanto detto dall’ host nella descrizione della casa, non funzionava. Poi l’appartamento nel complesso era molto impolverato. Ma il problema principale è stato trovare delle lenzuola maleodoranti e con qualche macchia sopra. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto all’ host per avere delle lenzuola pulite ma dopo un po ha smesso di risponderci. Alla fine abbiamo chiamato il servizio clienti di airbnb che ci ha aiutato e in serata abbiamo cambiato appartamento.

They said they were going to deduct 58 euros from me for using the towels they provided. They charged me TWICE for 'checking in late', which amounted to 44 euros when I turned up like you do anywhere at 10:00 pm, which is absolutely normal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE if you don't want to have a stressful unpleasant time on your trip. I have demanded a refund for them putting me in a dirty room and they have not answered and instead charged me for using the towels.

Je ne parle pas du voisinage au-dessus avec séance ménage et claquement de porte à 23h00. Pour le voisinage, cela peut arriver et je l'accepte, pour le reste, le manque d'entretien est vraiment regrettable.

15 minutes before we arrived o our first night, the host texted us to meet her on the other side of Paris at a different apartment because she didn't have the keys to the apartment. Told repeatedly to book a hotel instead if we wouldn't meet her at a new location a half hour away from the original location (far from city center). Then we hear four hours later that she has the key to the original place and when we arrive the host is very angry with us for not meeting her at the other location. Screamed at us before she left and we were very disturbed. Very negative experience.

Ausgezeichnete Lage ! Nicht nur die üblichen Hot-Spots sind zu Fuß oder in Kürze mit der Metro zu erreichen, auch das alltägliche Paris, wie es wusselt und pulsiert, ist in all seinen Facetten unmittelbar vor der Haustüre.
Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch Ihre Innenhofausrichtung ruhig gelegen.
Zugegeben, die Unterkunft ist wirklich mini-klein, aber durch Schnitt und Anordnung prima zu nutzen.
Wir hatten jedoch den Fokus auf Paris und waren praktisch nur zum Schlafen dort - im Gegensatz zu einem Hotel bietet die Unterkunft den Vorteil sich selbst Versorgen zu können (kl. Küche mit Kühlschrank).
Kontaktaufnahme, Abstimmung der Übergabe, Treffen vor Ort und Schlüsselübergabe super freundlich, reibungslos und pro-aktiv, besser kann es nicht laufen!
Wir beide (50+) haben den einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lo positivo de este alojamiento es la ubicación, que te dan shampoo y jabón y te reciben en persona, tiene agua caliente y está limpio. Sin embargo recomiendo para jóvenes sin problemas de espalda o que estén muy familiarizados con sofás cama un poco desiguales, así como para estancias cortas. Cabe mencionar que la televisión no está disponible para su uso y recomiendo llevar tapones para oídos por el refrigerador que por la noche podría despertarte.

Prédio em obra, acordei as 8 da manhã com um barulho insuportável. Lugar sem ar-condicionado e sem ventilador, no anúncio dizia ter ventilador mas quando chegamos o anfritrião falou que iria providenciaria e depois não deu nem notícia. Fui no verão e estava muito quente, impossível está de dia no apartamento.

I liked the location (tourists spots are very walkable). I like that it has a mini kitchen, fridge and a washer. I liked that there is a grocery down stairs.

I didn’t like that I had to download Whatsapp just to see the video where I can see the lockbox, in which could be done via email before we check in. I didn’t like how I waited outside in the cold, tired, waiting for whatsapp to download and make an account. I don’t like that the dishes and utensils weren’t really clean, I washed them before using. I had to but new sponges because the one that was provided looks dirty. Need to provide clean spoon and fork. I didn’t like that there is no microwave.

I do not like that we have had check in about 22:00 - 23:00 (for this apartment check in starts from 15:00) the flat wasn't cleaned. A lot of dust on the shelves, no washing powder for washing machine (just empty box), broken wardrobe, and it didn't look like in the photos of booking - towels were only 2 for 2 people ( must be 4 towels)

Un équipement très limité : aucun ustensile de cuisine à part une spatule en bois et un seul torchon pour essuyer vaisselle, table et plan de travail... etc, pas de véritable mobilier pour les repas, juste 2 petites tables et assis sur le canapé.
Et surtout pas de télévision fonctionnelle, j'ai appelé dès notre arrivée et envoyé un SMS, il devait y avoir une intervention mais rien n'a été fait. Nous avons donc passé les soirées sans télévision.

seul petit bemol: pas de télé et je trouve (avis personnel) qu'une poubelle un peu plus grande serait idéale pour un séjour de plus de deux jours surtout qu'il n'y a pas de conteneurs à poubelles dans l'immeuble.
En cas de grosse chaleur prévoyez un ventilateur.

This is a great spot for a solo traveler. I think it would be a little tight for two (the bed is small). It’s up 3 flights of stairs and the elevator doesn’t work. So if you’re not fit for stairs this is not a good choice for you (think about carrying your bags up. I wasn’t ready for that). The building is quiet. It’s a 12min walk to the Louvre, 30 min to the Arc De Triomphe and about the same to the Eiffel Tower. The shower head was broken. The staff member at check in told me they knew about it, yet no one came to fix it. The check in/out requires you meet someone at the building to collect the keys, so plan ahead. If you are looking for somewhere to put your luggage while you wait to check in download the app Stasher. There is a small grocery store at the bottom of the building which is handy. Overall a good stay. I’d prefer a lockbox for the keys, but the staff were very communicative and made it easy.

I don’t believe the apartment has been deep cleaned in a bit. There was some grime in certain spots. The cutlery and dishes were questionably clean.
There was no dish soap to clean the dishes. We ran out of toilet paper on the last day and bought some.
The tv has no sound according to the lady checking us in. We never used it so we don’t know for sure.
The bathroom door handle was very loose was very loose and almost inoperable until I tightened up the screws with a butter knife.
If you rent this place I would ask for extra towels and an extra set of pillows. One towel per person is not enough. The single pillow each were very squishy and wasn’t much to sleep on.
Overall this place was ok at best.

We arrived at 13:00 as they suggested.
When we arrived at the apartment, it was not clean, the sheets and towels of the previous tenants on the floor. We were unable to rest on the sofa bed or take a shower.
We understand that from 10:00 to 13:00 there is enough time to clean a flat of 15m2 and not have to leave our belongings in the flat and have someone come to clean later with them inside.
2-the bed linen, specifically the pillowcases have stains on them.
3-dirt on the floor inside the cupboards.
4- dirty kitchen utensils and lack of cleaning products.
As well as coffee machine and TV remote control.
5-in the shoe rack, to our surprise, we found used make-up and toiletry bags that are not ours.
6-the comunication with them was 0!
Of course, we have sent a whats up to the number that contacted us for the check-in and we are still waiting that they reply us.
7-There is only one chair, there are not even 2.
This makes us doubt all the measures that are taken. Moreover, we are not comfortable to sleep in a space where cleanliness is almost non-existent.
Choose another apartment and your stay would be better for sure!

El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, está bien equipado, la localización es inmejorable y está muy bien comunicado. El sofá cama es cómodo. Para cocinar sí que hay el espacio justo, pero es aceptable. Lo único negativo es que el WiFi no funcionó durante nuestra estancia (5 días) y el agarre de la ducha estaba roto.

check-in perfetto e senza problemi. Posizione super centrale e la stanza è molto silenziosa. Personalmente ho avuto problemi con internet per quasi 2 giorni e sono riusciti a sistemarlo...inoltre lento.
Lo spruzzino della doccia rotto, si faceva fatica ad usarlo...avrebbero potuto sostituirlo prima del mio arrivo, ci vuole poco.

We had a great stay! The apartment is cozy, warm and well equipped. The couch has a very comfortable sleeping mattress. Location is great (10 min on food from the Louvre), the neighborhood is quiet and the owner is helpful and kind. Have in mind the additional cost for late check in (40euro).
We recommend the apartment for everyone for a short stay.
If we are in Paris again we would love to come back here!

The company called us the afternoon of the day before of the arrival to tell us on the phone about a late check in charge of €44 that was nowhere in the Airbnb details, and sent multiple separate emails to ask for this. Never mentioned this change in the app, so we believe this is not legitimate.
The studio is extremely small, once the bed is open you can't walk in the room.
The frigo made noise all night, which was very annoying.
The shower is awkward, there would be water coming out of random places and the hold was broken.
There was only one roll of toilet paper and 4 mini towels to be shared between 2 people.
It is great to brag about a coffee machine and leave no coffee pods.
Not great in general. Only good thing is the location.
