Na het verblijf kregen wij een betaalverzoek voor een verloren tas die niet bij onze boeking hoorde. Verder prima voor 2 nachten

The place feels pretty hot, even though we didn’t have particularly high temperatures during the days we stayed. However, there’s a fan, and if you open the windows during the day, it cools down quite a lot.
We received incorrect instructions for check-in, but Khaled was always very responsive and willing to solve the issue quickly.

Overall the stay was amazing and definitely up to the expectations! Location was absolutely perfect (2-3 metro stations at 2 min walks and dozens of restaurants) and the fact that the studio was within an interior yard made it feel calmer and safer. The instructions to check in and out were clear and everything went smoothly with the self-check-in. The french balcony was so cute and gave such a cozy vibe to the studio, loved it!
Some minor inconveniences came along the way. When we got there the trash from the previous guests was not thrown out, and the bathroom was quite meh (but nothing a few disinfectant wipes couldn’t solve). There was no dish soap or other cleaning supplies which could be important if you stay for longer. Independent of the owners, though, construction work was going on in the courtyard right outside our window which was really loud in the morning during work days (~8AM). At night the neighbors’ window (also Airbnb) was quite bright if lights were left on.

The location is everything. Everywhere is mostly walkable, especially if you like walking and looking around the Paris, it is just perfect. Also the metro station is literally 5 mins away, this two lines go most of the important tourist spots + main stations directly such as Saint Lazare, North and East. Price was slightly more expensive than our travel plan but it was so worth it, because we could go everywhere we wanted. Saved so much time. Host let us did early check in for free and was super nice. Located in 1st floor (2nd floor in Asia&American floor) without lift. We brought small luggages so was no problem. Very quiet and beautiful place. Sofa bed quality was good. Spacious bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. The only thing is no air conditioner (but has fan), but if you are not staying in summer, or if you are going to be outside most of the daytime, it’ll be fine.

Wunderbare Lage und ein schönes Apartment für zwei Personen. Hacene war sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Bei der Ankunft waren wir jedoch sehr enttäuscht: Das Apartment war nicht sauber, überall waren Haare zu finden und auch das Geschirr war schmutzig (u. a. Lippenstift auf Tassen). Das war ein sehr unangenehmer Start.
Nach meiner Nachricht wurde das Putzteam nochmals geschickt und anschließend alles gründlich gereinigt, sodass wir uns danach wohlgefühlt haben.
Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und der Platz im Apartment absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt nach der Reinigung dann wirklich angenehm.

Despite instantly notifying both the young man who had let us in and the customer service team by both email and WhatsApp, we never had a working shower during our four night stay. The team was not responsive and actually at one point lied, sending an email that they had fixed the shower when no one had even tried to do so. There also are no lights in the hallway and the walls are paper thin.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Host Hacene lief tadellos und man hat sich sehr umsorgt gefühlt. Als Tipp fürs Übernachten in dieser Unterkunft empfiehlt es sich Nachts die Heizung Runterzudrehen da die Lage des Bettes die Warme Luft an der Zimmerdecke gut nutzt.

How ever, we were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the cleanliness. Dirty woman underwear wrapped on the iron cable, cockroaches in shower tub, extra pillows covered with stains and no pillow cases, dishes in cupboard dirty, garbage bins with no bin liners and dirty, hair and pills/candies under the sofa... just filthy.

Check-in was easy with Hacene and he was very welcoming. Management was very accommodating with a late booking for an extra day.
Cleanliness was an issue during my stay. The bed sheets and towels were unclean and smelled musty. I asked if replacements could be sent but got no response.
If not fixed, I recommend planning on doing multiple loads of laundry. This isn’t a big deal but it isn’t how I wanted to spend any amount of time during my vacation.

The location where I stayed was very well located and was a great space for 1-3 people to stay (though 2 for comfort). The location is near very good shops, coffee places and restaurants with multiple metro lines within 5-10minute walks and bag drop around the corner. The person who received us was also very lovely and helpful and kept in contact incase we needed any help or information (his name was Hacene). The only real “problem” was that we found a retainer in one of the bathrooms draws which wasn’t nice but was easily fixed and put in the trash, the washing line in the bathroom also needs re-screwing back in place, and the towels could’ve been better - they had a weird smell and were quite old and small. Aside from that the place was great and I greatly recommend staying for a short stay in paris - definitely check out the brasserie next door (Dubilot) and the Coffee shop across the street (San Carlo)

Hacene was an amazing host! Very responsive and the location was amazing. Near 3-4 metro stations and bus. My wife and I never felt like the location was too far from anything. We loved the stay and will definitely stay here again if we could. The apartment was clean, definitely only for two people as it was on the smaller side but my wife and I never felt it was too small. Thank you for the wonderful stay

The location is great and the studio itself is small but feels spacious enough. However, I was very disappointed with how unclean the studio was. It screams professional cleaning. Also, I’m not even sure the bed sheets were washed before precedent guests. There were female and male hair everywhere in the bathroom, on the floor, even in bed.

Cuando entramos en el alojamiento la primera impresión fue muy buena, coincidía con las fotos, era bonito y estaba en una zona buena de Paris. Pero cambió al darnos cuenta de que la limpieza era mala. Las sábanas estaban manchas y olían muchísimo a humedad, las toallas también manchadas, el baño con mucha suciedad... además no paraban de aparecer por todo el apartamento una especie de cucarachas pequeñas.
Si no mejoran el tema de limpieza no lo recomendaría.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Studio und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist die perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man häufig unterwegs ist und einen kleinen aber feinen ruhe Ort braucht. Die Matratze war sehr bequem, der aufstieg zum Bett etwas steil also nicht so empfehlenswert für Leute die Schwierigkeiten damit haben. Das Badezimmer war akzeptabel. Das Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr einfach und angenehm.

Nossos vizinhos também foram um problema, eles chegavam em casa por volta de 2h da manhã, chegaram a fazer festas até 7h da manhã, com muito barulho, risadas altas, nos impossibilitando de ter um bom descanso, tirando isso, a estadia é boa

The place was great: clean and well equipped. Enough space for two and the luggage we brought. The check in was great, host first wanted to welcome us but as we were stuck in traffic we retrieved the key ourselves with no problem at all. He was very responsive and made sure over the phone that we made it inside. Upon checking out we forgot a couple of things and we were contacted 10 min after to remind us that we forgot a couple of things in the wardrobe. Many thanks for that! The only downside is that when it is extremely hot in Paris, it gets extremely hot on the room, especially under the ceiling where the bed is. Regardless we survived that! Thanks again

La pulizia è stata impeccabile, la cucina è molto fornita di tutto il necessario, il bagno era pulito e il letto molto comodo.
L’esperienza di check-in è stata assolutamente ottimale, ad assistermi c’è stato Hacene che si è preoccupato che tutto fosse ok, molto cordiale!
La posizione è perfetta, ho preso i mezzi davvero poche volte perché si trova in pieno centro, accanto al quartiere Le Marais che è uno dei più belli della città.

La zona è tranquilla e vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali quindi per quanto riguarda lo spostamento, ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa era identica a come mostrata nelle foto. Perlopiù si trova in un cortiletto interno e quindi è molto tranquilla e silenziosa.

The only one down side was the walls were quite thin and the neighbours liked to play music quite loudly. Overall, this was the perfect airbnb for our trip and I would definitely recommend!!

I can say that the apartment is almost how we expected. The shampoo, soap, bed linens, extra blankets etc. The cleaning was as we expected. The heating was great and the kitchen stuff were all clean. Hacene, the person in charge of us, was very responsive. He was online all the time, and I contacted him on the phone about the small delays. We had no problems. He described and texted all the information about the apartment such as passwords, adjusting the heaters, TV etc. He did his job well. Thanks a lot! The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. It is correct that in high season, you may be disturbed by the neighbors as the walls are thin but we didn't have such a problem in January. If I really need to find a drawback, I have to say that the windows face the inner garden, not the street, as shown in the photos. It was not a problem for us because we were out all the time. But some people may find it disappointing.

Really good location with an easy route to the metro and other sights, space was exactly as described and great for a two person visit. Everything was clean and tidy and easily accessible. (It also felt very safe with a set of locked outer doors to get into the premises).
Our host Hacene was also extremely helpful and responsive with any issues or questions we had!

Decent Location, but Poor Hospitality
The studio’s location was quite convenient, which was the biggest plus of our stay. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. Before our arrival, we reached out for directions from the airport to the studio, but unfortunately, the hosts were unhelpful in providing guidance.
Once we arrived, we noticed that the room lacked basic essentials like hand soap, which we had to purchase ourselves. When I requested extra blankets, I was told there would be an additional charge, which felt unnecessary and unaccommodating.
Overall, we didn’t feel very welcome during our stay, as the hosts didn’t seem very attentive or eager to assist.

The location is very convenient, and Hacene was proactive and responded quickly to messages. He also offered help whenever needed, making the stay smooth and hassle-free. The room matched the description and was very clean. Guests should note that personal items like shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. The soundproofing is not great, but this seems common for Paris apartments. I highly recommend visiting the nearby restaurant, Brasserie Dubillot – it’s fantastic!

This was our first experience, we typically stay in Hotels but wanted to try something new. The studio is conveniently located in close proximity to everything - Les Halles, Le Marais, Opera. Studio is just after renovation and has everything needed. You can hear neighbors as walls are thin, for few days stay is okay but can be hard when staying longer. Unfortunately, dishes were dirty and we had to re-wash all and cleaners left dirty knife in sink. Little dusty. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall it is good value for the money. Highly recommend to try Braserrie just outside the building.

Me pareció increíble todo, ubicación precio etc, solo tuvimos un inconveniente ya que al llegar el departamento que rentamos estaba sucio suponemos que por la alta demanda sin embargo nos hospedaron en otro y nos hicieron el reembolso de las primeras noches que dormimos en otro lado

Lage und Ausstattung grundsätzlich in Ordnung.
Negative:
Haben am Anreisetag das hochpreisige Appartement wegen fehlender Reinigung nicht beziehen können. Ersatzappartment einige Metrostationen entfernt, winzig, ohne Fenster, Erdgeschoss zum Hof mit Mülltonnen, ungewaschene, alles verfusselnde Geschirrhandtücher. Das gebuchte Appartement ab dem zweiten Tag o.k., aber schmutziges Geschirr. Auf Reklamation keine Reaktion.

Das Apartment ist zwar recht klein, aber für die Lage und den Preis echt toll - außerdem ist es sehr modern und platzsparend eingerichtet. Hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Negative:
Leider war das Apartment beim Eintreffen nicht gereinigt und wir mussten zwei Stunden warten, bis eine Putzkraft die Räumlichkeiten gereinigt hat. Dass eine Kaution von 500€ mit 4€ Bearbeitungsgebühr zu zahlen ist, stand zwar im Kleingedruckten, fand ich dennoch nervig und ein wenig täuschend.
