La déco a des touches contemporaines funky et il y a des références subtiles aux cygnes mentionnés dans le nom de l'appartement, que vous rencontrerez certainement au bout de la rue sur les canaux et le lac d'Annecy. Les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a beaucoup d'espace de stockage, et une grande cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon.

Great location. The apartment is great. We love Annecy and the location was right in the middle of all the action. Close to the train station and busses, so a car is not necessary. We rode bikes along the lake and also rented a boat and went around the lake. This all with walking distance, so no car needed. It was very clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and communicated throughout the whole check in process. Would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is surprisingly quiet despite its location. Host was very organized making checkin/checkout simple. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay in Annecy
Beautiful Annecy added a completely different experience to our trip to France. The snowy mountains, tranquil buildings, and lake create a comfortable atmosphere. The host was kind and attentive, and the detailed service made us feel very warm. The facilities in the house were complete, making our stay perfect.

The accommodation itself was very comfortable, with cozy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and inviting seating areas that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

Do yourself a favor and book this villa! It is literally in the heart of Annecy and you can walk any place you like. Laurent met us for check in which was an extra special personal touch. The home is spectacular and finished to perfection. Stay here and be part of an experience you won’t forget!

Laurent was very accommodating and helpful. The space was perfect for a two night stay to explore Annecy, beautiful decor! The location was perfect, great restaurants and bars, lots of recommendations in the booklet, thank you! A trip to the Gorge du Fier is a must!

Attention, on ne peut pas se garer devant l’appartement apres 11:00 (accès vieille ville restreint) et le parking est proche mais il faut monter une rue avec une pente plutôt raide.
Comme pour tout logement en vieille ville, attendez vous à quelques nuisances sonores liées au touristes en soirée.

Déco, équipements, qualité des matériaux, emplacement, top top top. Nous étions là 4 adultes et 1 enfant de 3 ans, c'était parfait.

Central location
Ideal location for those who want to enjoy the energy of the historic center, just a few meters from many restaurants, shops, and tourist sites, and also close to the lake. Old building but interior fully renovated, nice decoration, pleasant and comfortable facilities, good bathroom, good heating, well-equipped kitchen. The owner Laurent, extremely attentive, welcomed us very well and even gave us good advice. Everything is very good, but you should know that there is no elevator, so you have to walk up one flight of stairs. But this did not spoil our stay, which was very pleasant.

Localização perfeita para quem quer desfrutar da energia do centro antigo, a poucos metros de muitos restaurantes, lojas e pontos turísticos e também próxima ao lago. Prédio antigo mas o interior todo novo, decoração bacana, boas e confortáveis instalações, bom banho, bom aquecimento , cozinha bem equipada. O proprietário Laurent extremamente atencioso nos recebeu muito bem e ainda deu boas dicas.

Tudo muito bom mas é bom saber que não há elevador, então tem que subir 1 andar de escada. Mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia, que foi muito agradável.

Convenient and Central Stay
Great apartment in the heart of the city, very well equipped and with parking, which is a real plus! The location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from the lake and close to all tourist attractions. L’emplacement dans la vieille ville a ses avantages : tout se fait à pied, le lac est à deux pas, l’endroit est vivant… mais un peu trop animé à 4 h du matin à mon goût !

We have travelled extensively throughout France and wanted to have the experience of “living” (for a week), in the center of old town. This place delivered. The photos and description are accurate. The apartment is a surprisingly quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle right outside the street entrance. Clean and well appointed. The owner was excellent with communication and offered lots of local info and recommendations. The apartment came with an off site parking spot (a 5min walk - uphill) which was nice and somewhat handy, but challenging at times with how tight the spot was (we had a Peugeot 3008). We loved Annecy, but would not need to spend a full week there again. 3 days would be sufficient from our perspective.

Central and Comfortable Stay
This flat was perfect for our short stay in Annecy. It was well located right in the center and convenient for visiting everything we wanted to see. The flat felt spacious, and we appreciated having two bathrooms. As others have mentioned, it was very hot during our stay in August, and due to the noise, we couldn’t open the windows. Fans were provided, which helped, but the heat was still a bit much—a small price to pay for staying in such a central and historic building! The host was very welcoming, met us upon arrival, and was very flexible with our arrival time. Overall, a lovely stay, and we would stay again.

This flat was great for our short stay in Annecy - it was well located right in the centre and easy to get to everything we wanted to see. The flat felt spacious and we appreciated the two bathrooms. As others have noted it was very hot during our stay in August and due to the noise we weren’t able to open the windows - fans were provided which helped but we still found the heat a bit much - a sacrifice for staying in such a central and historic building! We were also asked to pay a €1000 security deposit and saw warnings in the welcome booklet that we would be charged for “hotel like amenities” - while we got our full deposit back it did make us nervous to drink the juice that was left and use the hotel size bottles of body wash - maybe something to remove from the booklet! The host was v welcoming and met us on arrival and was v flexible about our arrival time - overall a lovely stay and would stay again.

The start of our adventure in Europe, we couldn't ask for more than what Annecy and this apartment provided. Comfort in the accomodation, vibrant town, breathtaking views around lake Annecy, paragliding for a peek from above... Truly memorable two days.

This was a very centrally located apartment if you want to be in town. It is in the busiest part of town, though, so if you don’t like crowds this may be a challenge. It is about a 5-10 min walk to the lake. The house was clean upon check in.
Keep in mind you will only have 1 roll of toilet paper and no paper towels.

The apartment is beautiful, and full of
charm yet still with all the modern ammenities you could want. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Annecy. We walked everywhere to restaurants, shops & attractions.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Annecy. We walked everywhere to restaurants, shops and attractions. Biked around the lake and went for a paddleboat ride and swim in the lake as well. Annecy is lovely! Thank you fro taking the time to review everything with us, you were a wonderful host. We hope to be back.
