Ce chalet 4 étoiles est situé sur un chemin privé, à tout juste 7 minutes à pieds (1 minute à skis!) du centre de La Clusaz mais suffisamment à l’écart pour profiter du calme des montagnes.
Récemment rénové, c'est une propriété mitoyenne répartie sur 4 niveaux. L’aménagement du chalet est moderne et fonctionnel, et privilégie les matières nobles, avec de beaux canapés en cuir, des plaids de fourrure, et du bois naturel, le tout agrémenté de tableaux et d’éclairage contemporains.
Vous pourrez profiter de deux balcons et deux terrasses ensoleillées, l’une d’elle avec un jacuzzi offrant une vue imprenable sur les pistes: l’endroit idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil après une journée bien remplie au coeur des Aravis!
Wifi, ménage, linge de maison et serviettes inclus.
Veuillez noter que cette propriété mitoyenne possède 2 terrasses mais pas de jardin. Le chalet se répartit sur 4 niveaux. La propriété peut accueillir un maximum de 3 bébés (moins de 2 ans). Cependant veuillez noter qu'un lit pour bébé et une chaise haute sont disponibles.

La salle tv est un vrai plus et beaucoup mieux que sur les photos.
Petit bémol. Le chalet est mitoyen et je ne suis pas sûr que cela était mentionné dans la description.
L’hôte était très réactif et flexible ce fut très agréable pour l’organisation de notre week-end!!
Je recommande vivement pour le cadre et le niveau de prestation des chambres/salles d’eau/salon et jacuzzi !

In 15 years on Airbnb I’ve left only one bad review, this is my second one. The Chalet is not up to par for what you pay. There was mold in the shower, mold in the jacuzzi, dust, and stains on the couches. The jacuzzi was unusable during our stay due to dirtyness. OVO offered a €250 refund (versus approximately €5k total cost) and a 10% discount for a next booking at that chalet. They keep a €1000 deposit for two weeks after you leave (so you write the review before you even know if you get your deposit back).
The positives: the location is great, 10 minutes walk to the village, right next to the pistes, nice balcony when sunny, nice size chalet for families.
I thought I was unlucky with the Jacuzzi being dirty and not useable, but the mold and dust in the house made me understand the upkeep isn’t there.

The property was amazing! The location is a 10-minute walk downhill into town, and a short walk across the road allows ski-in/ski-out access. The chalet facilities, including the hot tub and mountain views, were just perfect! Great communication with the chalet manager before and during the stay, so I would recommend it 100%.
A Chalet Designed for the Perfect Ski Stay
Lovely chalet in a very quiet area, with plenty of space and great features. We loved the hot tub and cinema room. It was also nice to have heated boot warmers and plenty of space to store ski gear. A short walk across the road leads to the piste to ski down to Bossonnet, or you can catch the ski bus just outside.
A Modern and Perfectly Equipped Property
The property had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean, and we loved the layout. It was modern and family-friendly, and the kitchen contained every utensil we could possibly need. There is quite a walk into town, but we found it well worth the trek up the hill (the free bus service was also a great help).

A Fun-Filled Stay with Plenty to Do
We loved staying in this fantastic chalet with plenty of space for two families. The teenagers loved the theatre room, and we enjoyed the living room, balconies, and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped for raclette and fondue; there was also a Nespresso machine and BBQ. Parking was easy and free at the front of the chalet. We were a 10-minute walk from the town (15-20 minutes uphill on the way back), which has great restaurants and shops. There’s lots to do nearby, including via ferrata, stand-up paddleboarding on Lake Annecy, canyoning, and picnics. We had a great time — thank you.

We loved staying in this fantastic chalet with plenty of space for 2 families. The teenagers loved the theatre room and we enjoyed the living room, balconies and hot tub. We had a lovely week at Chalet Les Enfants. The chalet was just as we hoped—very spacious and welcoming. The location is excellent—a short walk down to the town of La Clusaz. The bus stop is nearby, and we used the local free buses quite a few times. There are lots of excellent walking and biking trails nearby, as well as other summer activities like mini golf, luge, and swimming. The kitchen is well equipped, and we ate in most nights. Everything you need to prepare all your meals is there. The dishwasher and washing machine were also very useful.

This chalet has a stunning view of the mountains, is in a quiet location opposite the ski bus stop, and—under good snow conditions—is also opposite the Nant piste. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and always warm. It is spacious and comfortable. The chalet manager is very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful Chalet in a Great Location, Perfect for Two Families
We spent one week with two families at Chalet des Enfants. The chalet is very nicely situated, close to the city center of La Clusaz, yet very calm. We were able to enjoy the sun all day long thanks to the different terraces and balconies. It is very well suited for two families.

10/10 for this great chalet
Fantastic place - spacious and comfortable and really well-equipped - it’s obviously lived-in and not just rented out. It’s set over four floors, with an amazing TV room (“the theatre”) in the basement, and is easily big enough to accommodate two families with grown-up kids, but retains a welcoming and cozy feel despite its size.
It’s within walking distance of La Clusaz, which was a real selling point for us, although the 15-minute uphill walk back to the property will keep you fit if you do it regularly!
Our stay was marked by unseasonably hot weather (approaching 40 degrees down in Annecy), and the upstairs bedrooms did get very hot, even with the shutters closed during the day. However, it’s fair to say that this is a general issue with Alpine chalets - they’re primarily built for the winter and air conditioning is not a thing in this area - yet. The TV room was the star on the really hot days - it stayed cool in all conditions.
All in all, highly recommended.

The location is great for skiing once we found our feet and worked buses out. Warning though: ski bus ends at 6 pm which meant a long uphill walk from bottom part of village if you go out at night.

We didn’t have a great experience with the Chalet manager, who sent us quite a hasty message about a hot tub valve cover he blamed us for losing, when it certainly wasn’t us. Also, the internet wasn’t working during our stay, and he didn’t respond to messages about that. Otherwise we were very happy.

Propriété conforme à nos attentes
Un chalet très spacieux, idéal pour une grande famille (espace de vie largement suffisant pour 2 familles avec enfants), et parfaitement situé. Le jacuzzi a été fort apprécié, ainsi que la possibilité de stationnement pour 3 voitures. La salle de jeux au niveau inférieur est très appréciée des petits (et des parents pour la tranquillité qu'elle procure!!). La proximité du centre village est également un argument dans le choix de ce chalet.
Malgré la fermeture des remontées, nous avons pratiqué de nombreuses activités : randonnée, luge, free style et même ski lorsque l'accès aux pistes était possible par navette.
Clients de ce chalet pour la troisième année, nous y avons toujours apprécié l'accueil de l'équipe locale.

Cela fait 6 ans que nous louons ce chalet pour sa situation excellente avec des enfants. Cette année, malgré l'absence des remontées mécaniques, nous avons profité à fond du domaine et découvert les raquettes.

Le chalet correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos du site. Un lieu reposant pour les parents et idéalement agencé pour les enfants avec une superbe pièce de détente et de jeux pour eux. Merci à Janelle pour son accueil et la délicate attention de bienvenue des propriétaires (produits du terroir). Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la météo ensoleillée du mois d'octobre, avec toutes les saisons en une journée: apéro au soleil en terrasse, balades sous des couleurs orangées magnifiques, et pour très bien terminer: bataille de boule de neige sur les hauteurs pour les jeunes et moins jeunes redevenus des enfants!

Le Chalet des Enfants est très bien placé, proche du village tout en étant au calme.
Pour les petits enfants nous avons apprécié la piste de luge juste à côté. L'accueil fut excellent. Tout était parfait.

Beautifully finished chalet in a quiet position on the edge of the village, has absolutely everything you would need for your stay. When we arrived the cleaning team had finished and every room was immaculate.
I could not think of one thing that had not been provided for a fantastic holiday. Janelle was very helpful, personable and efficient providing assistance and local knowledge. Very quiet location, ideal for a family. The hot tub was amazing at the end of the day. The chalet is very well set up and ideal for extended families to share.

My family and I had a good time in this chalet. The fact that it was semi detached was not a problem at all like I first feared. It's very close to the resort center. The area is also fantastic to explore.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce chalet très chaleureux. Sa proximité avec les pistes et la station est un plus incontestable. Nous étions dix (trois générations de la même famille) et chacun a facilement trouvé sa place grâce à l'espace qui ne manque pas. Chalet des Enfants is a beautiful chalet, extremely well equipped for a self catering stay in la Clusaz. The chalet was lovely and clean on arrival and plenty space for the 9 of us. It was extremely cosy in living quarters. The hot tub was great, and easy to operate.

Le confort est extra, tout comme à la maison : la chaleur, le confort des lits, bonne distribution des toilettes et douches.

Nous avons séjourné dans votre chalet du 3 au 10 mars 2018. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa situation géographique, le calme, la literie et le spa sur la terrasse !
Un autre des avantages du chalet : la proximité de la piste verte et de la piste de luge.
A noter, il serait pratique d'avoir un petit peu plus de rangement dans les chambres et quelques plats complémentaires pour cuisiner.

Nice house with all the things you need. Very easy to access the skiing area.
If you haven´t got a car, there is quite some way to walk to the Supermarket or the center in town.
And we liked the authentic town.

Its position in resort is great, despite not being able to ski in ski out. All the slopes were accessible. The size of the ski area is fantastic. Easy driving distance and good roads.

Un joli chalet chaleureux, accueillant et spacieux avec une très belle pièce à vivre lumineuse bénéficiant d'une très jolie vue sur la montagne. La présence d'un chalet manager est appréciable, et les documents reçus avant l'arrivée sont très clairs et très précis en termes d'information. Convivialité , espace, lumière... bref on se sentait comme à la maison ! Très jolie station faite de chalets et de nature.

Everything we needed to relax
We had a brilliant week in La Clusaz, a great chalet with everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves on a skiing holiday. Location couldn't be beaten with a very short walk to the piste for access to lifts and a 10 minute walk into town for shopping and restaurants, great not to have to get in a car at all!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre superbe chalet. Le confort et l'espace étaient au rendez-vous. Nous avons profité au max du jacuzzi! Nous espérons revenir, et recommandons le chef Jean-Christophe pour une savoureuse soirée!

Nous avons sincèrement passé un excellent séjour. Il est vrai que nous avons été gâtés par le temps, mais le chalet y a beaucoup contribué. Il est vraiment très agréable et très fonctionnel. De plus, étant proche des pistes, le départ et l'arrivée en ski étaient très pratiques!
Great stay during the New Years holiday.
The chalet really does look as on the pictures. Spacious and offers plenty of room for everyone to have their space if needed. Kitchen is well equipped, location is good (15min walk to the centre, 10min to first bakery). We had a pleasant stay!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce chalet, tout était parfait! C'était notre premier séjour au ski et nous n'avons pas été déçus, le chalet est très bien situé, prés du village et des pistes, pas besoin de l'auto. La vue du balcon est splendide! La Clusaz est superbe à Noël, les spectacles, les lumières, les magasins,... nous y avons tout trouvé. Super le jacuzzi après les efforts au ski, la tête dans les étoiles... nous y reviendrions sans hésitation!

Perfect venue for a screen-writing weekend!
It's warm and cosy and has an excellent well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace and supply of wood were great. The kitchen/living room was a really comfortable area for the group. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Lots of fridge space and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the nice walking in the snow, so early for the season, and the easy access to La Clusaz.
