Cette maison de ville située à proximité du centre-ville historique de Beaune. Répartie sur trois niveaux, elle peut accueillir six personnes. Elle comprend trois chambres doubles et deux salles de bain. Nous pensons qu’elle conviendrait parfaitement à trois couples en visite dans la région pour découvrir les vins, ou même à une famille venue faire du tourisme dans les alentours.
Le rez-de-chaussée est ouvert et vous disposez donc de beaucoup d’espace. Le premier étage est entièrement dédié à la très élégante suite principale. Au dernier étage, les deux chambres doubles partagent une salle de bain, mais le WC est indépendant. L’ensemble de la maison est équipé de l’air conditionné, atout que les estivants apprécieront tout particulièrement !

Merveilleux séjour à Beaune avec nos amis dans ce gîte. L’emplacement était parfait pour se rendre au restaurant dans Beaune, à 10 min du centre-ville. Le gîte était parfait, chacun son espace, 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes parfaitement propres. Pour la cuisine, tous les ustensiles étaient présents. Parfait. Nous allons sûrement revenir dans ce même gîte. Encore merci !

Perfect Stay Near Beaune
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Mapie was very responsive to us, within five minutes, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic village of Beaune and very close to the local vineyards as well. The beds were extremely comfortable with a very warm duvet, especially good as we were visiting during one of the coldest periods of the year. We would ABSOLUTELY return here and would recommend this to any of our friends and clients.

Comfortable and Convenient Near Beaune
Nice house on two floors (steep stairs), well renovated and equipped, with an excellent heating system (we had snow and -3°C outside). Very quiet, free street parking, fully equipped kitchen, and within walking distance to Beaune city. The first-floor bedroom is huge, with a nice bathtub and shower.

Perfect Stay in Beaune
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved Beaune. Maison Guigone suited our needs perfectly.
Modern Comfort in the Heart of Beaune
The house was recently renovated and is very pleasant to stay in. The beds are large and comfortable. Both floors have a bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is only one 2–3 seater sofa downstairs, which was fine for the three of us, but might be a bit limiting if six adults were staying. The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk to the town center. In the other direction, it’s a short bike ride to the vineyards. Beaune has many restaurants; our favorite was La Ciboulette—very French, requiring a sense of humor, but the food is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house.

The house was recently renovated and is very pleasant to stay in. The beds are comfortable and big. Both floors have a bathroom and toilet. Great location for Beaune — very walkable to the city center. We were initially concerned about parking but always found street parking within a block of the property. The street was quiet. We appreciated having separate AC systems in each bedroom, so no one had to agree on a single temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

Our main issue in terms of the space is that common area (kitchen, dining area and living area) is one relative small space on the first floor. In terms of the fees, I was presented with a demand for a security deposit of 1000 Euros two weeks before our rental was to start. I paid the deposit but we would have rented this home if we had known in advance that this was requirement as it was not listed at the time that we rented the home. Also, having to use OVO rather than just Airbnb was confusing and it seemed unnecessary.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré le mauvais temps. Nous étions 6 copines + un bébé et la maison répondait parfaitement à nos besoins : quartier calme, maison spacieuse (3 niveaux), très charmante et toute équipée. La literie était très confortable et le logement était très propre. L’arrivée se fait de manière autonome avec une boîte à clés, cela nous convenait parfaitement. Il y a de quoi se garer sans problème gratuitement dans la rue, et le centre de Beaune est tout proche (à peine 10 minutes à pied) et tout peut se faire à pied. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Nous étions 6 copines + un bébé et la maison répondait parfaitement à nos besoins : quartier calme, maison spacieuse (3 niveaux), très très charmante et toute équipée. La literie était très confortable et le logement était très propre.
L’arrivée se fait de manière autonome avec une boîte à clés, cela nous convenait parfaitement.
Il y a de quoi se garer sans problème gratuitement dans la rue, et le centre de Beaune est tout proche (10mn à pieds à peine) et tout peut se faire à pieds.
Nous n’avons eu aucun problème.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Le prix est un peu élevé avec une arrivée autorisée a partir de 16h et un départ pour 10h mais Mapie a été sympa et nous a arrangé les horaires ! Tres facilitant pour la communication.
La literie est très bonne.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Alles (bis auf den Backofen) war sehr sauber und und die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Mit dem Hund in 3 Minuten im Park zum Gassigehen und in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Beaune zum einkaufen und essen gehen. Es wäre gut, wenn man auch in den Toiletten Handtücher zur Verwendung hätte. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Our family of five had a superb stay at Maison Guigone! It was in the perfect little town and close to everything we needed. We especially loved the ability to walk safely into town for eating, shopping, etc. The house was decorated lovely and it is clear that a lot of thought went into every special touch. We were a bit squeezed tight on the top floor with two adults and one teen, I think it’s the perfect house for a couple of two. A/C was a plus and the hosts provide a wealth of information to make your stay wonderful.

Petite maison sans prétention extérieure, sur 3 niveaux très bien située pour découvrir Beaune à pieds et proche de la voie des vignes pour le vélo, très joliment décorée et aménagée à l’intérieur. Mention spéciale pour le premier étage lumineux et toute la literie très confortable.
En revanche lumière limitée au rdc et au 2 e étage, pas de possibilité vraiment d’ouvrir et aérer. Odeurs déplaisantes dans les sanitaires sur les 2 premiers jours (après 2 nuits avons été dépannés de produits pour les canalisations). Prestation peut encore s’améliorer avec une cafetière en bon état de marche (surtout quand on est 5) et des contenants remplis pour le produit de douche(vides dans les 2 salles de bains) ou désodorisant Wc.
Avons été enchantés de découvrir cette belle région.

Nous étions 5 et nous avons toutes passées un week-end agréable. La maison est fidèle aux photos, elle est fonctionnelle et les lits sont très confortables. Elle est à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, ce qui est un vrai plus pour se balader. Le nécessaire est mis à disposition ce qui permet de passer un moment serein.

This is our third time to Beaune and we’ve stayed on this street each time in a beautifully renovated stone home. The neighborhood is the perfect spot because it’s right in between the town and the gorgeous Parc de la Bousaize. With kids, it’s a short stroller ride in either direction. Parc Bousaize had a carousel, playground, water features, row boats and is right against a premier cru vineyard!
This property is very special and was the perfect home for our family for a week. It is three stories and while you have to walk upstairs for bed and bathrooms, the stairs are well designed and not too steep. My three year old navigated them solo and held on to the railing or wall. Check in was so easy with a lock box.
The master suite is wonderful- bigger than expected- and the stand-alone tub is fantastic. The kids adored bathtime and I loved soaking after a long day of sightseeing.
Given the current heat wave, the highlight was the air conditioning in each bedroom and in the common room (living room/kitchen). I cannot stress how grateful we were for this, and how well we all slept as a result. These units are built in high into the wall, not portable window units like some rentals have when they list AC as an amenity.
Another nice feature is that the upstairs bedrooms have tiny windows with a black out shade so my kids slept really well.
The kitchen table is huge and the place was well stocked for cooking in.
The beds were firm and SO comfortable. The linen and towels felt high end. You can tell that the owner actually stays here because it’s furnished so nicely and features interesting art, decor, and especially lighting.
A large TV provides Netflix access which was great for the kids.
The only thing possibly missing would be an outdoor sitting area/patio, but it was so hot that I’m not sure we would have used it anyway. Plus the park and vines are literally down the street. We took a wine and walked out to the vines on our last night as the sun set and it was spectacular. I would be lucky to return to this house!
Final piece of advice- I noticed that there was an offer to have the house manager arrange a meal for our arrival. Someone signed the guest book saying it was great. I wish I had arranged that, because we drove straight from CDG to Beaune on a Sunday. It would have been so nice to enjoy a meal instead of rest stop snacks. We met the manager when we asked for assistance with the TV and she seemed so nice, so go for it!

Easy access to bike trails and wineries. Common area was quite small- best for couple or maximum 4 adults. Beds were comfortable-pillows and living room area furniture could use face lift. All in all a lovely visit.

Midden in het centrum van Beaune. Kamer en keuken zijn niet erg groot maar prima voor 6 personen. Ik was wel allergisch voor het beddengoed, maar had mijn eigen kussen meegenomen. Bakker op loopafstand en grote supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden.
Negative:
Nadeel is dat er meer één sleutel is. Soms wilden we apart iets ondernemen en dan was dat lastig. De douche is mooi maar de planken vloer is niet droog te houden. Dat vonden we erg jammer want niet goed voor de vloer.

The house is similar to the pictures but you would expect a much more upscale building. Quite close to the Beaune center. Our stay however was completely spoilt by a completely unreasonable host and very peculiar booking conditions. After paying €950 for 2 nights you are asked to leave a deposit on the card of €1,000. As we left 7 glasses on the table and 5 dishes to be cleaned the host decided to charge us extra €100 for extra cleaning on the card. After over 50 stays on Airbnb I have never seen anything like that
Nice excursion in Beaune
Perfect apartment for a stop in Beaune with the family or friends. We enjoyed our time in this wonderful flat very much.
