## Neighborhood
Commune de plus de 17 000 habitants, Mauguio prend place en Occitanie, dans le département de l'Hérault. Elle se situe en périphérie de Montpellier, sur les rives de l'étang de l'Or, à la limite d'Aigues-Mortes. Sa station balnéaire, Carnon, offre une belle façade maritime sur la mer Méditerranée.
Aux portes de la Camargue, Mauguio dévoile encore aujourd'hui un modeste patrimoine architectural, mais surtout des paysages de rêve qui attirent chaque année un nombre important de touristes désireux de profiter du calme de la mer Méditerranée.

Pour vous déplacez à Mauguio, vous pouvez utiliser la voiture pour vous rendre dans la ville de Montpellier, ou profiter des plages du Grau du Roi.
Vous pourrez aussi profiter d'un réseau important de bus vous rendre à l'Odysseum par exemple.

What I hated was hidden DEPOSIT of 20% of booking value outside of booking! . No word about this deposit was mentioned in the booking add, welcoming message etc. I only received request to pay deposit 2 days prior my arrival when there was no cancellation available. If I had any other option I would just cancel for I don’t like to put in the position of no option.
Also concierge for the premises except for calling about the deposit did nothing. 3 days into our stay AC in the master bedroom broke down- the issue was not addressed at all.
Location and the house was great, but concierge service and the deposit issue - BIG no!

The location, the pool and the beach is great. It offers a lot of space. It was only superficially clean, not cleaned, although you pay a lot of cleaning fee. The house and most of the furnishings are old and used, so we thought the price was too high. We have had more comfortable and clean vacation homes for less money. After a few days of getting used to it we really enjoyed the vacation, the direct location on the beach and the nice pool made up for the rest. Communication with the property management was great, they were quick to respond, friendly and understanding. Even on a Sunday.
All in all it was a nice vacation and the accommodation was ok, just overpriced for the condition.
