A l'ombre des pins et des chênes verts, nichée à Roussillon sur une colline d'ocre privée, à 7 minutes à pied du coeur du village, mas provençal en pierre fraîchement rénové d'environ 150m2 bâti sur un parc de plus d'1 hectare sans vis à vis, idéal pour découvrir la Provence.
Une pièce à vivre lumineuse et voûtée donnant accès à la piscine chauffée d'une dimension de 10 m sur 4,5 m, une cuisine tout équipée, une arrière cuisine/buanderie, deux grandes chambres à l'étage à la décoration soignée avec chacune sa terrasse, salle de bain ou salle d'eau et toilettes séparés, ainsi qu'une chambre indépendante au rez de chaussée avec salle d'eau et toilettes séparés, font de cette maison un havre de paix dans un site classé remarquable.
Différents coins terrasse ont été aménagés dont une avec vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil face aux ocres et au village et un superbe boulodrome.
Piscine à effet miroir d'eau avec volet électrique intégré, équipée de pompes doseuses pour une propreté irréprochable.
La piscine est ouverte de début mai à fin septembre
C'est en toute intimité que vous pourrez profiter en famille ou entre amis des points de vue exceptionnels sur les ocres et sur le village provençal, le mont Ventoux et les monts du Vaucluse.
Vous apprécierez également son atmosphère propice à la détente et proche de tous commerces, restaurants ainsi que les nombreux loisirs de la région.
Nous suivons un protocole de nettoyage et de désinfection rigoureux entre chaque locataire, la propriété est isolée et il n'y a pas de voisinage direct.

Absolutely fantastic home in a beautiful and convenient location for activities in Roussillon and surrounding villages. Despite hot temperatures outside, the house was a comfortable temperature and the pool and back garden had lovely shade options throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again and really appreciate that this beautiful home was available for our time in Provence.

Super relaxing, amazing views, very private and secluded and yet within walking distance to lovely village which has all the basic supplies. Lovely and cool despite the heat wave. Some great restaurants in the village (get recommendations from the hosts) and surrounding areas and great walking too.

Es gab nur einen W-LAN Router unter der Treppe, der auch so eingestellt war, dass unsere Geräte keine Verbindung herstellen konnten. Uns war es egal, für andere könnte das aber ggf. wichtig sein. Die Auffahrt ist für sportlichere Fahrzeuge ggf. nicht befahrbar. Wir sind mit unserem Kombi an zwei Stellen aufgesessen.

The Rousillion Maison is one of my all-time favorite Airbnbs. My family and I spent a wonderful week in the house. The entire property is stunning - the old stone house sits on a small hill surrounded by pine trees, with views of the valley below and Rousillion above. There is much natural beauty and privacy. Inside, the house is lovingly cared for and filled with a thoughtful collection of art and books. Each day, we took short drives from the house to explore the surrounding towns and outdoor markets. And we also loved simply walking the property and swimming in the heated pool. I hope to return sometime soon!

It is just a short walk from Roussillon. which has a small well-stocked supermarket (check opening days and hours) and some great restaurants. We were met at the property and shown round. The location and the pool were great! The mattresses were uncomfortable at best. Definitely should consider replacing mattresses. The kitchen was smaller than pictured but we managed. The kitchen chairs and bench were uncomfortable - better cushions would help. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and the cover on the sofa was stained. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. Overall, it was clean enough, but not spotless. At the price that is charged, you should be supplying face towels, pillows, and extra rolls of toilet paper. One extra roll for each would have been sufficient. Belinda and Annie were both very nice. Check and check out was seamless although check out needs to be at 10 or 11 9 AM is way too early. loved walking to Rossillon every morning for croissants It was a great location to explore at least eight of the surrounding villages. 4 stars because there was a lot we liked about the house, especially those items we’ve noted - Definitely room for Improvement

This property was exactly as advertised and photographed! We loved its proximity to Roussillon, which was a short walk away. The house was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the house was set up well for 3 couples. It was a little too cool to swim, but the pool was pristine! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, beautiful place to stay in Provence. It is centrally located and day trips are possible to Aix, Avignon, and many of the smaller towns that make Provence a must-see place to visit.

We loved our home away from home in Roussillon. It was ideally located for walking into the village, and yet very private. The pool was a welcome oasis on hot afternoons. AC worked great, the kitchen was well equipped (maybe could use on more cutting board and a large knife) and the beds were comfortable. It was convenient to have a washing machine, but would have been nice to have a small supply of clothes detergent available. We were so happy with our stay and would love to return. Thank you Annie and Roman for your kind hopsitality!

Hard to do justice to just how beautiful and full of character this house was. The stone from which the house is built is extraordinary and the building itself is beautifully proportioned and designed, and the interior gorgeous. In itself, that would have been enough to make our stay special but the setting ... in a clearing in the middle of a pine wood, on a hillside with a clear view of Mont Ventoux, 400 metres from the very centre of Roussillon, which is a glorious village; really it could not be improved on. We will most certainly return

Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Toller Pool, keine Nachbarn, weit und breit Natur und einen traumhaften Ausblick in die Landschaft und sogar auf den Mont Ventoux
Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus sind sehr groß und wunderschön, mit Bad und Flur wie 2 kleine Wohnungen.
Super geeignet für 2 Paare und Jugendliche im Nebengebäude.
Auch sehr gut für 3 Paare geeignet, wenn man vorher weiß, dass das 3. Zimmer mit Bad sehr schlicht , einfach, kleiner und im Nebengebäude ist.

Great house, perfect location (5 min walk to Roussillon), kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner! We had a wonderful stay. Washer AND dryer worked great and allowed us to pack light. Pool was heated and clean. Rooms are spacious and the house is perfect for three couples - each has their own bedroom and space, bathroom, shower, and toilets. It has a working fireplace, which we really needed during this cold and rainy trip. Will definitely stay again if we are in the location. The hosts were very responsive and the woman who met us at the house for check in and check out was prompt, kind and had great communication.

La maison est totalement au calme avec des vues incroyables et une sensation d'être seuls au monde alors qu'elle est située à juste 5 minutes à pieds du très charmant village de Roussillon ce qui est un vrai plus. Annie qui nous a accueillie a été adorable et nous a conseillé d'excellents restaurants. Elle a aussi été très réactive et nous a rapporté dans la journée une bouilloire quand celle de la maison a rendu l'âme. La maison en vieille pierre est vraiment pleine de charme et très agréable à vivre, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous ! A noter que l'une des 3 chambres est accessible uniquement par le jardin et a une plus petite salle de bain que les deux autres très grandes "suites" ce qui est parfait pour des ados par exemple. L'espace piscine est également très agréable et nous avons pu nous baigner car celle-ci était chauffée. Bref, un excellent séjour et une superbe maison à recommander !

Pasamos unos días estupendos en Roussillon. La casa es perfecta para una familia: espaciosa, bonita, limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario. La ubicación también es excelente, porque está al lado del pueblo, pero tienes mucha tranquilidad. Es el lugar ideal para hacer una escapada a Provenza. ¡Nos encantó la colección de libros de arte de Roman! ¡Esperamos poder volver pronto!

La personne qui nous a remis les clés était très sympa. Le logement était propre. Il y a 2 chambres qui correspondaient à ce que nous étions en droit d'attendre et une avec une salle d'eau trop exigu.
Negative:
Le lave-vaisselle était en panne et n'a pas été réparé durant notre séjour. Personne n'est venu nettoyer la piscine durant la semaine, alors que la personne qui nous a remis les clés nous l'avait annoncé. L'éclairage extérieur: devant la maison: toutes les lampes au sol sont hors d'usage, dommage

This property (with pool) is beautiful and is in a fabulous location. Secluded yet within walking distance of Roussillon - a pretty town with a charcuterie, fresh fruit/veg shop, boulangerie and small supermarket. And a great variety of restaurants - would recommend Castrum for galettes and Restaurant David for delicious food with an amazing view. For information; the walk to the town is a short one but hilly (down to the main road and up into the town) and the road to the property is an unmade one which was very uneven to drive up when we were there. Also, one of the rooms (a lovely one!) is in a separate annex attached to the main building - great for privacy but maybe not so if you want the whole group under one roof (e.g. family with kids). Communication with Roman and Annie (housekeeper) was excellent - makes all the difference.

La maison est magnifique. Aussi belle et agréable en vrai que sur les photos. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du barbecue et du boulodrome. L’emplacement est incroyable : vue face au mont Ventoux, sous le calme des pins face à la colline de Roussillon et à quelques minutes à pied des commerces du village. Très pratique pour recevoir des amis (trois suites avec SdB et WC pour chaque chambre). Idéal pour visiter les plus beaux villages de France aux alentours. Un petit paradis de Provence.

This is a very lovely house in a great location. Total tranquility guaranteed while being in a short walk from the great village of Roussillon. Roman/Annie made us feel very welcome and all practicalities were perfectly arranged before and during our stay. Everything required is present. The house is very well decorated so you feel at home rather than having rented an "empty holiday home". On top you get a very large library of books from which to select... so no need to bring books :-)

Das Haus ist liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet bis hin zu Büchern und Kunst. Der Swimmingpool ist gepflegt und gut gewartet. Betreuung und Kontakt durch Roman und Nathalie waren ganz exzellent, sehr hilfreich und unaufdringlich. Beim nächsten Besuch in Roussillon kommen wir gerne wieder.

Stunning villa, pool and panoramic views !
The villa and outside space (including boules area) were beautiful, we spent quite a bit of time just sitting around enjoying the pool, great walking and restaurants in the area - highly recommended, would like to return sometime.
A Great house in Roussillon!
What a fantastic house and experience! The house is very clean, quiet , and well equipped.( kitchen pots/pans, dishes etc., washer/ dryer , TV, hairdryers) lots of extra touches too ( like interesting art work, books, and games )
The house is a close 5 min. walk into the town of Roussillon and a great home base if exploring other towns in Provence via automobile.
We were met by Annie when we checked in/out and she was very friendly and explained the specifics we needed to know re: house operations.
We visited in October so the weather was a little too cool for swimming but the pool is stunning and I’m sure adds to the experience in warm weather months.
