The house was lovely; plenty of room for all 7 of us. Everyone has their own space. Outdoor patio was lovely to sit in for breakfast. Location was great; a short 7 minute walk to the Metro. Loved the farmers market several days a week and was 2 blocks away. Cafes nearby as well. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Meine Familie und ich waren während der Olympischen Spiele in Paris. Die Unterkunft war top gelegen und wir haben uns gut zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad und der Metro bewegt.
Das Haus liegt im Hinterhof und es ist super ruhig.
Die oberen Zimmer haben Klimaanlage. Auf den anderen Etagen ist es jedoch nicht zu warm und man kann gut lüften.
Die Terrasse ist grundsätzlich toll, weil wir es genossen haben dort Pause zu machen und zu essen, aber sie sieht leider etwas ungepflegt aus. Es stehen viele Sachen rum; den Grill will man nicht benutzen.

Fabrice and friends were very communicative and helpful when our needs arose. you can tell this place is a loved home. we enjoyed the courtyard and the proximity to the metro for getting around the city. worked as a good landing spot for our family vacation and our larger group of 8.

It had been a long time since I lastly experienced an authentic airbnb. This place is literally arranged as the owners live on their day to day. Its a huge place and the location is really nice.

We enjoyed our stay in here. It was quiet and peaceful, even during New Year Eve we didn’t hear any commotion around it. It felt secured with good privacy. The house is located to many restaurants, markets and metro stations. They are all within walking distances.

Fabrice was very helpful when we have issues with the hot water, he responded quickly.
If you have elderly or young children in your group, be mindful as some of the stairs are quite steep. The house is unique and fun with different levels and spacious. It’s definitely have lots of personal charms. Lastly, it could use a little bit dusting and sweeping otherwise it was a nice relaxing place to stay.

We like staying at this place. It was quiet and peaceful, we didn’t a hear a thing on New Year Eve. It felt secured with good privacy.
It has good location to many restaurants, market and metro stations, all within walking distances.

Our family of 8, consisting of 6 adults and 2 kids, stayed at Fabrice's place for 5 days. It suited our group perfectly, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us and two living rooms as well as a large, well equipped kitchen.

This home was very well situated with the metro and RER just a short walk away. You can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance from the road outside the house, which was an unexpected surprise! And an even better view of the Eiffel Tower was just a 5-10 minute walk away.

There is also a lovely park nearby, which my kids loved!

Fabrice was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to any request we had.

I would highly recommend Fabrice's house.

This listing was in a good, quiet location. The pictures showed a flat that was well maintained with beautiful patio area. Clearly there is a family living there much of the time. The owners could benefit to replace well worn and stained furniture as well as better maintain garden area.

Great long term stay

We rented Maison Paname for four weeks from mid June until mid July. The place has a very nice view of the top of the Eiffel tower from the street directly in front. It was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The courtyard had more vegetation than shown in the picture. Regardless we were able to have several nice dinners at the table in the courtyard while enjoying the summer weather. You are also only two blocks from a great street market that happens every Tuesday and Friday. This is noted on sheets inside the property, but I wanted to stress it here also.

A few notes:
1. There are three above ground floors to the property with the third floor (containing two bedrooms) being accessed by the wood ladder/stair case with the steeper / narrow steps shown in the pics.
2. We did stay for four weeks, and thus we brought more of our daily life stuff with us.
In some of the bedrooms we had to move the owner's items in order to make room for our daily use stuff.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabrice's home. The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient (very short walk to metro, groceries, bakeries, and the Seine). The space was perfect for our multi-generational family (2 couples, 2 small children, and an elderly grandparent). A note - all visitors must be able to climb stairs, and the second set is particularly hazardous for small children and old people. We particularly appreciated the AC in the bedrooms and the quiet evenings (the only noise comes from birds!). The home clearly belongs to a family, with lots of their personal items about, so it may not be a match for you if you hope for a more sparse aesthetic. All in all a good home base for our week long stay.

The location is perfect, close to M10, M8, and RER C. Not too far off the Seine River and is away from tourist locations. Overall, the area was a nice neighborhood filled with locals which made the stay nice and quiet. The garden is a nice peaceful area, a little bit tired where some additional upkeep on it would make it the perfect hang out spot without going outside. House is private, nestled between several buildings that also made it very quiet. Easy access to several grocery stores, boulangeries, and nice local restaurants. The house had two toilets, but the toilet upstairs has no sink so you need to go outside and into the bathroom to wash your hands. Other then that, the house was pleasant to stay in!

This felt like a real home. It was in the perfect location! You can literally see the Eiffel Tower from the street right outside of the apartment. There is also a grocery store a block away. The garden was nice. I’d eat breakfast out there in the morning. The apartment stayed nice and cool, we barely had to use the AC. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the laundry and this is random, but I really loved the iron they provided. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Very clean, multi-floor house with very quiet courtyard and large desk/work area with fast wifi, if you need to get work done as well as vacation. Many nearby stores and restaurants, and three good options of metro stops within a short walk. We had a grandparent who stayed comfortably on the first floor, so she didn't have to climb any stairs at all. Very safe and family-friendly.

The place is in a great location with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and shops. the check in was incredibly easy, and the host even sent videos to make sure we knew how to get in.

We had a couple of small issues (not enough toilet paper and one of the bedroom door handles kept falling off), but we were able to get those issues figured out.

Overall, our group really enjoyed our stay!

Uber and the Metro made it easy to get to the places we planned to tour. It was a relaxing and enjoyable visit and vacation.

The location is a bit far away if you want to do a lot in the Northern or Eastern parts of the city but great for an Eiffel Tower walk.
