La Villa Trois Lauriers est une propriété contemporaine 5 étoiles pour 8 personnes, comptant 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains.
De par son emplacement privilégié, elle offre un accès facile au lac d’Annecy et à son parcours de golf, au charmant village de Talloires, et à la prodigieuse réserve naturelle du Roc de Chère. Le centre historique d’Annecy, à seulement 11km, peut être rejoint à vélo en longeant la rive du lac.
À faible distance également des stations de La Clusaz, du Grand Bornand et de Manigod, vous aurez accès à de nombreuses activités, aussi bien en été qu’en hiver.
La propriété est à la fois somptueuse et fonctionnelle. Elle compte 3 chambres doubles (dont 2 suites), un remarquable dortoir pour les enfants, avec livres, jeux, télévision et babyfoot, un confortable salon avec poêle à bois, une belle terrasse, et une piscine extérieure.

The villa is very well equipped and in a quiet location, being set back from a reasonably busy road. We had a lovely time but cannot give it 5 stars and for the following reasons. Like another person noted, there is no air conditioning and this was a serious issue. Yes there was a heatwave but these are likely in this location. The "solution" was to provide 4 fans - only enough for 1 per bedroom. If you want to try and cool the large main living area, you would need to bring fans upstairs. Even then, the villa was still so hot. Another guest suggested keeping the blinds closed but if you do that, you do not get any view outside and the electrically operated blinds take time to move up and down. Part of the problem is that light and heat still pour through from 2 large skylights. Wi-Fi upstairs is incredible but seriously degrades downstairs or outside. We also had issues with the pool pump / filter which stopped working 3 times while we were there. Lovely but could be better
Gorgeous villa, nothing left to chance
Fantastic villa. Location was superb. Close to Menthon so easy for morning fresh croissants etc. There’s also a superb supermarket and butcher so basically all you need within 5 minutes walk. The villa is gorgeous and very relaxing to live in. We were 4 adults and a teenager and we had loads of room to spare. Cooking facilities are great and we found it easy to eat at home in the evening after a day out.
Check in and out was easy and great attention was paid to our timing. Cannot fault it. We were allowed to check in 3 hours ahead of the designated time which was very helpful.
Lots of games, books and extras for the pool.
Downside- tiny one - no aircon in bedrooms and it was 31+ when we were staying. We got round the issue by putting down the exterior shutters and opening the windows. Nice and cool by 1am.
