Ceci est un spacieux appartement d'une chambre, une décoration moderne, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée où vous pouvez préparer votre nourriture quotidienne. Près de la chambre, vous trouverez la salle de bains contemporain. Toutes les chambres donnent accès à un balcon, et l'un d'entre eux est très spécial, c’est ou vous pouvrais regarder le magnifique coucher de soleil sur Lagos.
➤ Veuillez noter : Nous souhaitons être transparents et vous informer à l’avance de deux projets de construction en cours près de l’appartement. Les travaux ne sont généralement pas très bruyants, mais ils sont visibles depuis le balcon et peuvent parfois être entendus. La construction a lieu uniquement pendant les heures de travail habituelles. Nous croyons en la transparence et souhaitons établir des attentes réalistes tout en veillant à ce que votre confort reste notre priorité.

Vous aurez l'accès à l'appartement complet, et aussi au toit avec la piscine et la salle de gym.
## Interaction
Malheureusement, je ne vis pas au Portugal, mais vous serez accueillis par ma mère. Elle vit depuis plus de 15 ans à Lagos et et se fera un plaisir de vous aider dans tout ce dont vous avez besoin et aussi vous donnera quelques conseils de connaisseur.
## Neighborhood
J'ai de bonnes nouvelles pour vous, vous pouvez tout faire, je dis tout, à pied! La plage est à seulement 10 minutes à pied, le port de plaisance à seulement 3 minutes, le centre-ville pas plus de 10 min, et le supermarché à 10 min. Vous pariez, je l'ai fait! La gare principale de Lagos est encore plus proche, à seulement 2 min à pied.
## Transit
Vous êtes libre de faire tout à pied, mais si vous souhaitez explorer la Montagnes de Monchique, de profiter des mondialement célèbres spots de surf ou de visiter la pointe la plus sud-ouest de l'Europe (Sagres), il est préférable de louer une voiture. Ne vous inquiétez pas au sujet du stationnement, vous trouverez facilement un gratuit directement devant le l’immeuble. De l'aéroport de Faro, vous pouvez louer une voiture très bon marché ou vous pouvez prendre le train de la gare principale Faro directement jusqu’à la porte de l’immeuble.
## Notes
L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble très calme et pour l'harmonie de l'endroit je voudrais vous demander de bien vouloir respecter vos voisins. Cet endroit pourrait facilement accueillir plus de 2 personnes, mais il était ma décision d'autoriser seulement 2 personnes pour éviter de perturber la vie quotidienne de l'immeuble.

No air conditioning- just two stand alone fans provided, some of the crockery and utensils were dirty, construction right outside property started at 8am every morning. We were unable to access the gym as the fob had gone missing from a previous stay- only solution offered was for us to walk to their offices to pick up a spare fob.

Nice apartment with two balconies. On the one balcony you can enjoy the sun from mid day to sunset. On the second balcony you can enjoy the sun only in the evening. Kitchen has all utensils you need. Bathroom is quite small but alright.
The view from the roof with the pool area is amazing, you can overview the whole city and a bit of the sea.
Walking distances: To the beach 10 minutes, to the train station 3 minutes, to the bus terminal 10 minutes, to the main city centre 15 minutes.

We stayed 2 weeks & had everything we needed. A decent location within walking distance to marina and Pingo Doce grocery store. Old town about 20 minutes away on foot. Stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils and misc. items. Great views from the roof top deck but given it is February, we did not use the pool due to temperatures. Gym is basic but functional with a handful of machines, yoga mats and a treadmill. Bathroom is on the small side of average although it served its purpose. Having a washing machine in unit was a plus as we only travel with carryon luggage so being able to launder our clothing during the stay was perfect. The listing does mention construction happening in the area, be we were taken aback by the amount of noise and disturbance that was actually experienced. I would say that they are nowhere near completion on the project, so I imagine the noise and disturbance will last for several more months. Would consider staying again as it was a good value.

W kuchni zużyte, rozklejone szafki, stary zużyty i brudny piekarnik. Sprzęty kuchenne niedomyte i w dużej mierze mocno zużyte/uszkodzone. Okropna, poplamiona sofa - chyba nigdy nie uprana a jedynie przykryta starym kocem. Mieszkanie jest zupełnie nie przystosowane do pobytu zimą - brak ogrzewania (wstawione małe grzejniki ale to niewystarczające rozwiązanie). Z okien widok na budowę apartamentowca. Opuściłem to miejsce, nie zostając na noc i zgłosiłem do Airbnb.

A well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Well maintained apartment building located in a safe and quiet residential area with a great location to the beach, old town, train station, restaurants, marina and even a car rental. We booked a car for 3 days to do some travelling in the area. Free street parking is available next to the apartment.
Overall it is a great place to stay and visit Lagos. We were very happy with our selection.

This apartment is on the expensive side of the offers in Lagos but it also brings a lot of value. the apartment is large with a very well equipped kitchen. the apartment in general is very well equipped. The location is a bit farther than expected to the beach and also is in the middle of many construction works, so it is quite noisy.
it doesn't have air conditioning, but Lagos is often windy so you can cool the apartment in the evening.
I think this apartment is very suitable for a couple with a small kid.
We loved the idea of the pool , but at the end we never used it as it was a bit dirty and also we preferred to do other activities most of the time, so was not really worth for us. in the area near the apartment you can find some small gyms and yoga studios, also on the expensive side but very near (they are poorly advertised on the web so you need to have a walk in the area to find them).

Die Gegend ist ruhig und man ist zu Fuß schnell am Hafen, am Strand und in der Altstadt.
Eine klare Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Een mooi appartement met alles voorzien. Binnen 10 min loop je naar het strand of naar Lagos zelf. Het is een rustige omgeving met mooie bijhorende faciliteiten, zoals het zwembad op het dak. Prachtig uitzicht heb je vanaf hier. Gratis parkeren, duidelijke instructies, snel contact, flexibel in aankomsttijden, dus prijs kwaliteitverhouding klopt helemaal.

We spent 5 weeks in this apartment, which has potential but is poorly managed. It was very dirty on arrival - unclean floors, hair on the sofa, sticky bathroom cabinets, and stained furniture. The white curtains were filthy, and when we asked for cleaning, they were removed and never returned. Many items were broken, outdated, or useless. The bed was uncomfortable, and pillows were in bad shape. Some cookware was unusable until replaced. The agency refused a second set of keys, which was inconvenient. The gym air con didn't work making it too hot to use at times. Noise from a nearby construction lasted 12+ hours a day, six days a week. Despite these issues, we liked the location, spaciousness, and heating, but the apartment desperately needs better cleaning, fresh paint, and attentive management. It has potential but must be properly maintained and cared for.

Wir waren 5 Wochen in dem Apartment zum Leben und Arbeiten. Das Wlan war gut, die Wohnung ist größer als erwartet und die Lage ist wirklich top. Innerhalb von 6-7 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Altstadt und den Strand.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön.
Leider ist direkt vor der Wohnung eine Schule und eine Baustelle, die teilweise laut waren tagsüber, zum Arbeiten also nicht optimal.
Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Il est très bien situé : près de la plage et à 15min à pied du centre ville ce qui assure une tranquillité très appréciable. Nous l'avons trouvé bien insonorisé.
Il est très bien équipé : idéal pour un long séjour, il y a même des accessoires pour la plage.
Il est très facile de stationner.
Le seul point à améliorer serait là propreté, notamment de la vaisselle et de l'étendoir à linge.
Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était super, nous recommandons ce logement.

In die Wohnung zu gelangen war ein bisschen wie in einem Escape Room und auch danach ging das Abenteuer noch weiter… Die Wohnung war völlig abgedunkelt und bemerkenswert geschmacklos dekoriert, so dass wir erstmal geschockt waren. Mit ein paar wenigen Handgriffen ist es uns jedoch gelungen die Wohnung gemütlicher zu gestalten und sie zu unserem Wohlfühlort zu machen. Die Lage der Wohnung, exakt zwischen dem herrlich langen Sandstrand und der Stadt ist perfekt. Von Vorteil ist sicher auch die direkte Lage am schönen Lagoser Bahnhof. Die Dachterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool war cool, wenn auch etwas ungepflegt. Ein paar Gegenstände in der Wohnung sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden und das Bad ist eine architektonische Sünde. Alles in allem trotzdem ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und evtl. sogar wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement, l’emplacement est idéal à Lagos dans un petit quartier résidentiel avec des places pour garer la voiture. L’hôte nous as répondu rapidement.

Es hat alles gepaßt. Wir werden das Appartment bei unserem nächsten Besuch gerne wieder buchen.
Einziger Punkt ist, daß man wissen sollte, daß der eine der beiden Balkone direkt an eine Schule grenzt. Es war dadurch nicht zu laut und hat auch nicht den Aufenthalt gestört, aber von Montags bis Freitags lebt man tagsüber über einem Schulbetrieb. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört.

Just back from 18 night stay in our favourite place. This being our third stay in the apt.
A new agency now hosts, and there were a number of things that have changed, we were unaware that cleaning, change of bedding and towels were no longer included in the price -missed it on the additional rules when booking.
Some items shown on the Airbnb listing were not available, shampoo, soap, shower gel or cleaning products.
That said the apartment is lovely, very comfortable and well equipped.
Bed is comfy and seating areas and balconies are good. Kitchen is also well equipped and it’s great having the washing machine for longer stays.
The roof top pool with 360 degrees wrap round balcony and seating area is great. Fantastic location close to beach with fantastic views always, the marina and town both with some great restaurants . There is safe and free car parking at the front or back of the apartment.
Hopefully we will get a visit no4 one day.

Our stay was a mixed experience. The apartment itself was really beautiful and was in a great location. It was super spacious with a nice kitchen as well. However, unfortunately, the hot water tank wasn’t working. Although Rental Valley’s customer support was quick to respond, there was inconsistent communication, lack of updates, and the hot water problem remained unresolved until the last day of our stay. While we appreciated the quarter refund provided, having to essentially chase down Rental Valley for an update on the problem everyday detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Really big appartment in Lagos! The pool access is a very nice amenities. We had a great stay, close to everything. We stayed at the end of the season, therefore no problem for parking. There’s a public school next to the airbnb so we could hear the kids playing when the windows were open but very calm orherwise. Would recommend 😊

Man kann im Innenraum nirgends große Handtücher nach dem duschen aufhängen. Ansonsten ist es eine große, helle und schöne Wohnung. Die Kommunikation findet mit einer Rental Firma und nicht mit dem eigentlichen Besitzer statt

Absolutely gorgeous apartment. A lot more spacious then the photos make out. Was very clean apart and was a very central location which made for a lovely holiday. We absolutely loved using the pool which we found to mainly be empty.
We did have a couple of negatives - we thought the shower curtain could do with replacing as the bottom was slightly dirty, the bed could do with two pillows as one was a-bit uncomfortable. Our main criticism was the fan worked very poorly which made the evenings/ night time quite uncomfortable. Would have been ideal if they had a ceiling fan/ or aircon ( or even just a newer fan)
Apart from the above though we still had a lovely holiday and would recommend the apartment. ☺️

Tolle luxuriöse Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht ... und mehr. Sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse und Liegestühle für den Strand sind vorhanden und von uns sehr gern genutzt worden. Sehr schön und wichtig waren auch die elektrischen Rollos für alle Fenster, so dass man ohne Klimaanlage immer angenehme Temperaturen in der Wohnung hatte. Wir waren mit der Wohnung mehr als zufrieden.

The place had a well stocked kitchen and a nice bathroom in addition to two balcony's. The one piece of feedback is that the bed was not comfortable, it lacked additional pillows and had very thin duvets which was not ideal for a two weeks. This place was good value but is more suitable for a weekend break.

Bath towels were old and frayed. Only 1 per person. Stained pillow case. Very uncomfortable bed, each person receives 1 tiny head pillow. Comforter was very thin and uncomfortable. No hand soap was in the house. Manager said he would reimburse us for not having hand soap. This place provides the bare minimum, so be prepared to go to the store after you check-in. Just disappointed, you would think a luxurious apt would offer more. The location was nice, walking distance to town center. Staff was communicative/responsive.

Super schöne Unterkunft, die genauso aussieht wie auf den Bildern. Im März war es in der Umgebung sehr ruhig und das Stadtzentrum war trotzdem fußläufig erreichbar. In der Wohnung gab es außerdem Heizkörper, falls es mal etwas kälter war.
Wir können das Apartement sehr empfehlen.

Bernardo's place was fantastic. We stayed for an entire month and were able to work from abroad very comfortably as two adults.
The apartment itself is much more spacious in reality than the photos make it seem - there was plenty of space for our belongings for an extended stay and the internet speed was fantastic.
The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and had plenty of storage space. The living room was enormous, with lots of light and comfortable furniture, and the two balconies were fantastic to enjoy some afternoon sun. The space heaters provided were an excellent touch for a winter stay. Also, the building has heavy-duty black-out shutters that make sleeping a breeze. The area was tranquil but very well located between a beautiful large sandy beach (10-minute walk) and the old town of Lagos (15-minute walk). The bed was very comfortable and the closet had more than enough space for two people. The Hosts also provided a great list of local recommendations!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Die Balkone bieten auch in den kürzeren Wintertagen ausreichend Sonne und laden zum Verweilen ein.
Die Beschreibung "luxuriös" trifft bei der Einrichtung nicht ganz zu, die Einrichtung ist modern und einfach. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und hallt sehr stark. Vor unserer Anreise hat wahrscheinlich keine Endkontrolle statt gefunden, Möbel waren verstellt und Haare und Straub auf dem Boden und in den Ecken in allen Räumen. Kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen wären fällig gewesen (gebrochener Spiegel im Badezimmer).
Wir haben uns trotz kleinerer Abstriche sehr wohl gefühlt.
