Al dar a un patio interior no se oye el ruido de la calle (pero sí de los vecinos que también den al patio)

- El apartamento para 4 personas es muy pequeño. Hay 2 armarios pero 1 está ocupado con enseres de limpieza por lo que solo queda 1 armario para 4 personas...
- En el baño no había colgadores para las toallas.
- Únicamente nos dejaron 1 rollo y medio de papel higiénico para 4 noches y 4 personas; tuvimos que comprar... Lo mismo ocurrió con las bolsas de basura.
- El apartamento es muy caluroso. No tiene aire acondicionado ni abriendo las ventanas have corriente. Hay 2 ventiladores de pie pero que ayudan poco (y estaban sucios)
- Al llegar vimos que una puerta del un armario estaba rota. Se lo dijimos al chico que nos entregó la llave y nos dijo que ya lo sabía, que habían sido los anteriores inquilinos. Di por hecho que vendrían a arreglarla pero no fue así. Me parece inaceptable y más aún pagando más de 400€ por noche...
En fin, salimos muy decepcionados. Por el precio que se paga el apartamento debería ser mucho mejor.

Što se tiče lokacije, nisam sigurna je li mogla biti bolja, blizina svih atrakcija na pješačkoj udaljenosti, metro na 3 minute, to nas je oduševilo s obzirom da smo bili s dvoje male djece. Kvart u kojemu se apartman nalazi je pun kafića i restorana, a budući kako je riječ o dvorišnom apartmanu ništa od buke ne prodire do njega. Definitivno apartman za preporuku svima, a kojega ću i sama ponovno odabrati kada budem putovala u Pariz.

The inner courtyard is very atmospheric, and the building itself has a real Parisian vibe. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Even though there are many restaurants nearby, the windows face the inner courtyard, so the apartment is very quiet. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is extraordinary at Marche St Honore - surrounded by cafes and restaurants while just a short walk from Tulleries Gardens and Louvre. And despite the crowds around the square, the noise then doesn't reach the apartment in the courtyard. Guests will need the key to be handed over in person as there is no key box, but the pre-arrival / check out communication with Hacene was really good - he was proactive in communication - communicated with us days in advance, arrived timely and available for communication during the stay - thanks Hacene. The apartment is well equipped and the furniture is not old/worn. Washing machine works well. Internet good as well for standard use.

All was good - just some small practicalities - obviously the building structure is oldish as this is inner Paris, so a heads up to those having issues with steep staircases. There is no lift and you will need to carry your luggage up two floors. No issues for us, but could be for others. Also, heads up for the water heater - appears it turns off during night time and needs to be turned on in morning - but hot water is available after 10 mins (it is a new modern heater) and the facility responsible (Hacene) gave us an instruction on how to operate it upon arrival.

The location is ideal for exploring Paris: it is right in the city center, with metro and bus connections just around the corner. We arrived in Paris by car, and it was very convenient to have an underground parking garage literally 20 meters from the apartment’s front door. The price was also reasonable—we paid €130 for a week. The apartment itself is cozy, and the beds are excellent.

The location is very close to Louvre Museum, and in walking distance to many museums, restaurants, and markets. The apartment is large enough for family travel and a separated bedroom provides privacy. The room is very quiet although there are restaurants outside. The heating is good and adjustable. The host is easy to communicate and waiting for us in the room when we check in.

Like other Paris apartments, the staircase is narrow and no elevator. There are only two rolls of toilet paper in the room. The neighbor room is under innovation and makes big noise for the first 2 days during the day time.

Super good location with restaurants, supermarket downstairs and key attractions within 10-15mins walk. Despite being in the bustle, the apartment is tucked away in a courtyard and security is good. Hence, it is not noisy.
Apartment is good size with 2 big double beds. Perfect for a family of 4.

The instructions to find the main door of the apartment was not so clear and hence we ended up walking around the area for a while.

We (two adults and a child) stayed at the flat during the first week of the 2024 Olympics. The accommodation was slightly larger than I'd expected from the photos, which was a pleasant surprise! There is no air-conditioning (as with most places in Paris), but two large fans were provided which kept us cool enough to sleep. The washing machine was easy to operate, and a large drying rack was also provided.
The best thing about the flat is its location, which was perfect for us: we could walk to the Louvre / Tuileries quite easily, there are several useful Metro lines within a five- or ten-minute walk (including, for our sporting purposes, line 14 which goes up to St Denis), and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the market square (not that we had time to use them, although we did have an amazing buffet brunch at Nomad's). There's also a very good convenience store (Auchan) nearby which had all the things we found ourselves needing during our stay.

Great location, lively street but quiet in the apartment. Clean and tidy with nice decor. Slept four comfortably for a few days.

Horrible staff and problems with bathroom and sink. Never again!

The staff is not helpful and ignores the problems that occurred before our arrival. The bathroom and sink drains were clogged with hair and dirt when we arrived. We couldn’t take a shower for the first two nights because of the dirt in the drains. The company told us they would send a technician which took 2 days for him to come. During that time we were helpless. The money and time spent on the phone was a disaster. Our holiday was ruined. No elevator. You have to climb the stairs.

The location of the property was perfect. Right in the center and near the Louvre. Check in was easy. Someone was there at the apartment to give us keys and answer any questions we had. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

We had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towels because they didn't provide enough, but compared to everything else, that was not too bad.

It’s was comfortable, convenient and accommodating! Easy walk to the metro and centrally located to access the sites of Paris! Cutes restaurants right outside of the door as well as a farmers market!

O apartamento tem uma excelente localização, com tudo por perto, bons restaurantes, supermercado, linhas de metrô e ônibus. A rua é segura. Cama e sofá cama muito confortáveis.

Na chegada, demorou 2 dias para que tivéssemos o wi-fi funcionando. O proprietário não é eficiente nos retornos de mensagens. Desde nossa chegada, notamos que o ralo do box do chuveiro estava com dificuldade de escoamento. Não muito depois, a água já não escoava mais e formou-se uma verdadeira piscina. Notamos que a pia do banheiro também estava indo para o mesmo caminho. Após diversas tentativas de contato com o proprietário e com o Booking, o problema foi resolvido. Nos sentimos extremamente lesadas e indignadas da privação de banho por 2 dias. No mínimo esperamos sermos financeiramente ressarcidas.

Negative:
- Der Geschirrspüler war - den vorherigen Rezensionen und dem Geruch nach zu urteilen - wahrscheinlich bereits seit längerer Zeit defekt. Er heizte das Wasser nicht mehr auf, wodurch beim Spülgang mit kaltem Wasser das Geschirr natürlich nicht sauber wurde. Wobei der Geschirrspüler auch sonst praktisch kaum genutzt worden wäre, da nur ein einziger Reinigungstab zur Verfügung gestellt wird und kaum jemand bei einem Aufenthalt von wenigen Tagen eine ganze Packung Geschirrspülertabs kaufen wird.
- Schmale und recht steile Treppe zur Wohnung in der 2. Etage, die jedoch auch mit Koffern überwindbar ist.
- Nur ein Schlüssel zur Wohnung, was bei einer für bis zu 4 Personen vorgesehenen Wohnung ggf. eine kleine logistische Herausforderung darstellt, wenn nicht stets alle gemeinsam unterwegs sind.
- Die für Frankreich typische gemeinsame Bettdecke sowohl jeweils für das Doppelbett, als auch für die Schlafcouch, ist sicherlich Geschmackssache.
- Für den "Service", die geforderte Kaution hinterlegen zu "dürfen", wird eine nicht im Angebot aufgeführte "kleine Gebühr" berechnet. Diese "Servicegebühr" wurde mir nach Reklamation umgehend erstattet.
- Beim geforderten obligatorischen Online-Check-in muss vorab ein Foto des Personalausweises/Passes auf einer Webseite aus Kolumbien (Adresse endet auf ".co", statt z.B. auf ".com" oder ".fr") hochgeladen werden, was durchaus Fragen zum Hintergrund wie auch zur Sicherheit aufwerfen könnte.
- Für die Hinterlegung der Kaution müssen die Kreditkartendaten außerhalb der Booking.com-Plattform auf einer Webseite namens "Swikly" nochmals eingegebenen werden. Booking.com warnt zugleich mehrfach ausdrücklich davor, für Buchungen auf Booking.com die Kreditkartendaten außerhalb der eigenen Plattform nochmals einzugeben.

Wygoda tego mieszkania i bardzo dobra lokalizacja zapewniły nam udany pobyt w Paryżu.

Na pochwałę zasługuje zarówno lokalizacja apartamentu jak i jego układ. Jak na Paryż jest to duże mieszkanie idealne na wyjazd dla rodziny z dużym stołem, w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią i wygodnymi łóżkami (łóżko i sofa). Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Exactly what we expected and wanted (2 adults + 2 kids). Welkeys gave a great service and great explanations to get there.

Great apartment, but beware of theives entering and horrible management

Location is great, close to historic landmarks, shops, restaurants. The apartment is clean and bright.
Negative:
Unfortunately, we know for sure that someone has entered the apartment and stole 200 euros and 100 USD from us, from two different purses. The Welkeys staff was not cooperative or taking any action on such a serious matter. They had complete disregard for our safety, as they didn’t even bother to check on our safety, nor even offer to change the locks in the apartment. This happened within the first 3 days of our stay, and the rest of 7 days we were there, we place objects against the door at night worrying about our safety. We really hope this message reaches the actual owner of the apartment and they change the management team to the one who really cares for their guests in the incidents like this one.

My negative rating has to do with what appears to be a known issue (I should have paid more attention to reviews) and the lack of response on the part of Welkey's and their staff to address the matter when it became a problem. On our first night, one of our group attempted to take a shower, the shower pan immediately filled with water and would not drain. Our Welkey's host was initially responsive and indicated that he would have a technician out to fix it the next day. Not only did this not happen, but he stopped communicating with us at all (five follow-ups). I ended up fixing problem myself (my time and expense). I contacted Welkey's to express my displeasure. Response indicated they would review our experience with their team and that someone would be in touch re: remedy. That never happened either (after two follow-ups). I am sure that they will post a response to this review with an apology and assurance they will use the feedback to improve. I am doubtful that will happen.
