Vi hyrde denna lägenhet i Paris över helgen och var två familjer, totalt åtta personer (fyra vuxna och fyra äldre barn). Lägenheten passade oss mycket bra och fungerade fint för vårt sällskap.
Läget i Marais är perfekt, särskilt om man uppskattar konstnärliga kvarter med charm och liv. Själva lägenheten var fräsch, trevlig och bjöd på fint ljusinsläpp från flera håll.
Entrén var något speciell och det var fler trappor än vi först uppfattat, vilket kan vara bra att känna till. Vår värd, Hacene, var dock mycket tillmötesgående, lätt att kommunicera med och hjälpsam genom hela vistelsen.
Vi är mycket nöjda med både boendet och vår resa till Paris!

De plus, le lit bébé était facturé SANS matelas et SANS draps 80€/ nuit qui est selon moi scandaleuse quand on accueille les enfants dans un logement.
Je suis passée par un organisme privé qui m’a facturé 35€ les deux nuits avec draps et matelas sur Paris.
De plus, des frais m’ont été demandés pour un canapé taché mais nous n’avons ni état des lieux d’entrée et de sortie.
Dernièrement, la femme de ménage était présente jusqu’à 16h15 alors que l’heure du check in était à 15h.
En revanche, le concierge Jérémie était très professionnel et réactif et a essayé de nous arranger pendant tout le séjour.

The team allowed us an early check in which was so helpful from a long stay and check in/out was seamless. Jeremie was very kind to work with and we loved the vibe and spaciousness of the apartment. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement.
La localisation est idéale, en plein quartier du Marais ce qui permet un accès direct à beaucoup de bons restaurants et d’activités, visites etc.
L’appartement est très calme, bien aménagé et la décoration est faite avec goût. Logement très propre, pratique avec 3 salles de bain dont 1 suite parentale. Nous voyagions à 4 et avons eu chacune notre chambre ce qui permet une intimité.
Je remercie Jérémie, notre point de contact pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité tout au long du séjour (Check in, Check out etc).
Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à le réserver à nouveau lors de mes déplacements à Paris.

If you want to stay in the Marais and have a large group, this place is what you want. The location cannot be better. The apartment is adorable. The layout felt choppy at first but it actually worked out well because it allowed smaller groups of people to have privacy and do their own things. Its wifi is not very reliable but we didn't go to Paris to spend time online, so it wasn't a big deal. Definitely recommend this apartment!

Frutto di una ristrutturazione conservatrice dello charme del palazzo, offre tutti comfort per visitare Parigi a partire dalla zona del Marais. L’host è stato molto ricettivo ad accogliere le nostre richieste come il check-in anticipato e ha mantenuto per tutto il periodo una comunicazione amichevole e proattiva.

Ficamos por 3 noites em família neste apartamento no Marais e a experiência foi excelente. A localização é simplesmente perfeita — no coração de Paris, com tudo por perto e fácil de explorar a cidade a pé. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi ágil e atenciosa do início ao fim, o que nos deixou muito tranquilos. O check-in também foi gentil e cortês, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa chegada. Our concierge, Jeremie, was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a nice size and the furnishings nice, though the floor plan is a bit peculiar and challenging with numerous levels involved. As we were only there a few days we were disappointed that there we not a few basic supplies on hand like a few dishwasher and laundry pods, sponges, paper towels etc. If you are accustomed to air-conditioning and visiting during hot months - I have to say it is quite warm (for us softies who are used to AC!).

Showing up to a disgusting filthy dirty apartment was unacceptable

Jeremie was there to give us keys. The apartment was filthy disgusting dirty, laundry everywhere dirty dishes, debris everywhere and then we had to wait two hours for the cleaners to show and then we had to leave the apartment for another two hours for them to clean it. This was completely and totally unacceptable.

The fact that we showed up to a filthy disgusting apartment that nothing was clean, laundry everywhere, dirty towels on the floor debris, everywhere garbage everywhere, dirty dishes, and then when the cleaners did show up, they start rinsing the dirty dishes in the dishwasher in the sink and wipe them with the old dirty tile that the previous guest had left

What I liked the most about this apartment was the location. Le Marais was a perfect area for our family with 3 middle to elementary age kids to stay. It feels like a village in the middle of the city. The apartment itself was very quiet, entered through a courtyard off the street & we heard no city noise despite being well-placed for restaurants, bars, a lovely bakery & supermarkets & a covered market.
I found it impractical that 1 bedroom had no covering on the skylight (no one needed to be woken at sunrise!) so we did end up rooming 2 kids together, despite planning to have them separate. Kitchen being on a different level would have been annoying if we’d planned to prepare meals there, but since we didn’t, it was fine.
Finally Wellkeys were a great host - friendly and flexible at checkout. I would stay here again on our next visit to Paris! Thank you.

L'appartamento ha il pregio di essere spazioso e luminoso con quattro camere da letto e tre bagni. È arredato con gusto e si presenta pulitissimo e dotato di biancheria di qualità. Ha però il difetto di essere su vari livelli con una cucina senza finestre e male illuminata e un bagno appena entrati. Dato che la camera da pranzo, comoda e luminosa è al piano superiore, bisogna fare su e giù con i piatti e non è certo comodo. A livello dello spazioso soggiorno pranzo ci sono due comode camere da letto con affaccio esterno, mentre le altre due camere sono raggiungibili con scale e affacciano solo all'interno dell'appartamento. Inoltre il soffitto di una camera ha un lato molto basso.
Sono tutti particolari presenti nelle fotografie, ma senza una descrizione adeguata è molto difficile capire la disposizione degli spazi. Un appartamento che merita, ma molto particolare. È stata comunque molto apprezzabile la disponibilità e l'assistenza di Jeremie che ha curato il check-in

The apartment was perfect for our group. Lots of communal space for us to play games and have a drink before heading out. Rooms were clean and comfortable and good showers in the bathrooms. Location was great and walking distance to most places we wanted with lots of cafes and restaurants close by.
Check in was very easy however I was disappointed to be charged €25 euros to check in at 9.30pm as this was considered a late check in only for it to be a self service check in process at the apartment. That being said I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay in le Marais with a group!

The good…
3 bathrooms - we traveled with 7 people and having an extra shower/toilet was perfect.
Kitchen was good and we enjoyed breakfast at “home” often going to local bakeries then cooking up eggs and other breakfast goods.
Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

If you like a firm bed this place is for you…. The beds were not for us and made for long nights
1 set of keys…. With 7 people we sometimes wanted to go our own way but coordinating a key to the home made things tough. Definitely would recommend they put a keyless lock or a lockbox to help manage.

The apartment was immaculate, well represented in the photos and the beds were comfy. There were 6 of us and it worked really well. Limited wifi in the bedrooms but you are in Paris so suck it up. The apartment had everything that we needed. Great area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

The layout of the apartment is poor. The ground floor contains a kitchen, a shower and a washer. Steep stairs with no handrail to get to the living room and the bedrooms. One bedroom has stairs descending to it with no handrail. Another bedroom has a steep ladder to a loft. No fresh air or windows to 2 bedrooms. The Wifi didn't work in the master bedroom at all. The few windows all open to a courtyard where construction was underway - we were awakened by incredibly loud construction noise - a steel blade cutting steel pipe. The beds were hard and the pillows the stiff oversized cheap ones that leave one with a sore neck. One couch was comfortable, the other was hard as a rock. The light fixtures in the bedrooms and dining room were of poor quality, dim bulbs that barely worked. Right up there with the worst accommodation ever. Peeling paint on the wall outside the front door, really tacky.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! A representative met us at the apartment and opened it an hour early for us. Great communication. It was perfect for 7 adults—very spacious and spread out with two large, beautiful bathrooms plus a separate toilet and shower, and very quiet. The laundry machine was very helpful. It’s also close to several grocery stores and many cafes, restaurants, and boulangeries. We used metro and RER lines all week; stations for many lines within a 10-15 minute walk.
A logistical note for groups of adults: there was only 1 key and you need it to lock and unlock the door from the inside and outside. We locked the door when someone was staying at the apartment alone, but then she couldn’t open it for part of the group who returned, so they were locked in and out, and the key was with the group who wanted to stay out after the others went to bed.
The Sheri on top was our host, Jeremy was very welcoming, and even helped us set up the Wi-Fi and find a good restaurant

Terrible experience with this VRBO. Never had a bad experience until now. The location is NOT a great area, homeless people outside of this compound. The communication with property manager was also terrible. He didn't communicate within the VRBO only on WhatsApp. Not until we called several numbers and after multiple hours did we then get connected with the property manager. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice in a bad way. The bathrooms were so small barely one person could fit in. No lock on the entrance door. Overall, unsafe, not responsive and misinformation posted!

The location was great, there are many restaurants and markets nearby. Jeremie the concierge was responsive and offered us an early check in. The apartment itself looked good, but there were some major and minor inconveniences that could have been fixed during our stay.
Wifi did not work in the main area upstairs as the router is downstairs hidden behind the staircase. This was noted several times during our stay without any solution.
There are only 2 sets of keys for a 4 bedroom/8 person apartment. And the main door can only be opened from the inside with a key. So if someone leaves with the key, you can be locked inside. This was a major inconvenience until they put a lockbox outside. This was also mentioned without much of a solution. We had to coordinate and figure it out ourselves.
One of the main bathrooms shower drain did not drain properly, but this was fixed. One of the main bedrooms floor is warping quite bad.
The light at the entrance to the apartment is very dim and needs to be replaced. Can be tricky and need to use a flashlight to open the lockbox and entry door.
Bedsheets were not 'hotel quality' as it is stated. It's literally one standard sheet on the mattress. Not sure if this would be sanitary after multiple guests stay.
We asked for a few more towels since we were staying almost two weeks. Extra charge
These issues could be easily repaired to upgrade the apartment for future guests. Honestly would not recommend until these issues are resolved.

Went for a girls trip and loved out stay here! Location was super convenient and we enjoyed the night life down the road. This street and building was very quiet. The concierge was very prompt in meeting us for check in and check out. Rooms were clean and well decorated!
Only heads up I would share for folks who like details
- no central air, but one fan is provided. Opening the windows was enough for our group, though the lofted bedroom was warmer.
- one bedroom has a skylight and is extremely bright and no way to dim.
Neither were dealbreakers. Had such a great stay here, would recommend 😊

The place in itself was very good. The location was great. However, when we arrived at 3pm (check in time) the flat had not been cleaned yet and we had to wait around for the cleaners to show up. They did a rushed job so the flat was not 100% clean. Also we had drilling and a construction site from 8 am everyday all the way through our stay, making it impossible to hang out in the space.
The place could have been a little bit more well kept and the hosts could have been a bit more helpful.

The neighborhood. A quiet street in the heart of the Marais. Close to best, food and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.
The apt felt safe with a key code at the main door to the courtyard. Couldn’t really hear any street noise.
The apartment is we’ll appointed design wise. And beds are comfortable.
The layout is a bit wonky: the kitchen on ground floor and stairs up to the main living areas and dining room. We had large heavy bags so ended up leaving in the kitchen and taking out what we needed. There are 2 rooms in the center of the apartment and do not have a window you can open up to fresh air.
Jeremie, who let us in and help facilitate and early check in was SO helpful and kind. Great communication. The app was far less helpful.
The not so highlights:
No fans at all. Would advise against when very hot. We had to buy toilet paper, there was very little. 1 kitchen rag. Light on basic amenities.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property in the Marais. We were a group of 7 adults plus an under-2 year old and the place is spacious, beautifully appointed and homely. Large modern bathrooms, two dining spaces (kitchen and dining room) which is great for a large group and lovely bedrooms. Our point of contact Jérémie was wonderful and he easily arranged for fans on our request (it was 32 C pretty much the whole time) and extended our checkout by an hour which was very helpful considering we had a baby. Perfect location - close enough to the touristy places but great cafes, shopping and boulangerie/pâtisserie on your doorstep. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a great area but we did not have a good experience with check in. After contacting Wellkeys the night before they instructed us that the concierge would be there from 3 to let us in. We arrived just after 3 and no one was there to let us in until 4:30 which was less than ideal after a full day of travel. The concierge did not respond to my text messages but instead used whats app which I do not use. Very disappointing check in with no apologies either.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Paris and wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, I must apologize for not thoroughly reading the fine print, as it stated that there was no wifi available. In this day and age, it was quite disappointing to be without internet access, especially considering the weak cellular reception in the area. It’s something to keep in mind before booking.
Additionally, the lack of ventilation in the bedrooms was a challenge during the summer days. With two bedrooms lacking windows, the rooms became uncomfortably warm. A fan would have been greatly appreciated in this situation, considering the old building’s limitations.
Upon arrival, there was a shortage of essential amenities such as shampoo and shower gel. However, the concierge, Jeremie, was quick to resolve this issue the following day. His assistance and dedication were definitely a highlight of our trip.

This is a wonderfull place and a wonderfull stylish apartment. It was a very good experience for us. Only missing issue is Wifi. It was written that there is no internet in the apartment details but it was difficult to stay without internet. Also our French mobile phone line did not work inside. With a wifi this house will be wonderfull.
